패션 디자이너 브랜드의 SNS 정보전달 유형의 효과 -SNS 소비가치, 제품태도, 구매의도의 관계- (Effects on SNS Communication Types of Fashion Designer Brands -SNS Consumption Value, Product Attitude, and Behavioral Intention-)

  • This study introduces an effective marketing strategy for fashion SMEs and small designer brands utilizing Instagram as a social networking platform. The research compared the impact of two information delivery types (native advertisements vs. live streaming after native ads) and two types of promotional messages (scarcity vs. price discount) on SNS consumption value, and product attitude toward fashion designer brands. The study involved surveying 251 Korean women aged 25-55 with experience in buying designer products and using SNS. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Process Macro v3.5. Results indicated that both native advertisements and live streaming enhance economic and social values in SNS consumption. Live streaming with price discount messages generates higher perceived SNS consumption values compared to scarcity messages. Consumers showed a more favorable attitude toward designer brand products when watching the live streaming of price discount messages rather than scarcity messages. The findings emphasize that the broadcast host actively induced participation to reveal viewers' social presence through comments or emphasized discount messages such as ultra-special prices during live streaming on Instagram.

  • SNS(Social Network Services) is being recognized as an important part in our society, individual lives and corporate business aspects, and the influence of SNS is growing explosively as expansion and supply of infrastructures that support mobile environments increase. Previous studies related to SNS were focused on user acceptance of new technology, based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). However, they had a limitation to focus on technology acceptance, without the consideration of personal and behavioral factors in SNS use. However, above all, successful SNS requires the understanding of users who are active on the network. Therefore, from the user's perspective, this study attempted a multi-dimensional approach by reflecting characteristics that come from SNS usage. This study considered user innovation, virtual skill, self-efficacy, social pressure and network effect as independent variables, and perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness and perceived value as mediating variables, and intention-to-use as dependent variable. The result showed that user innovation, self-efficacy, social pressure and network effect had a significant effect on the mediating variables. The practical contribution of this study is to suggest useful decision alternatives concerned to marketing strategy for acquiring and retaining lone-term customers related to SNS business.

SNS 구전정보특성이 외식제품의 신뢰와 구매의도 및 구전의도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of SNS WOM Information Characteristics on Trust, Purchase Intention and WOM Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effects of Social Capital)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of SNS WOM information characteristics on trust, purchase intention and WOM intention with regards to food products. In addition, the moderating role of social capital was also examined between SNS WOM information characteristics and trust of food products. This survey was conducted on those who used SNS from 13th to 27th on October, 2016 in Seoul and Kyonggi area, using convenience sampling method. A total of 380 responses were collected, of which 365 were used for analysis after excluding responses containing missing data. The results from this study are as follows. First, it was found that neutrality than consensus of SNS WOM information characteristics had a greater effect on the trust of food products. Second, only bonding capital was found to moderate the relationships between consensus of SNS WOM information characteristics and trust of food products. Third, trust of food products significantly impacted purchase intention and WOM intention of food products. These findings intend to propose the effective marketing strategy on the SNS to executives or marketers of food companies.

지역마케팅 콘텐츠의 사용자 반응패턴과 품질특성에 관한 탐색적 분석: 지방자치단체가 운영하는 SNS를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Analysis on the User Response Pattern and Quality Characteristics of Marketing Contents in the SNS of Regional Government)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the pattern of user response and it's duration time through social media content response analysis. We also analyze the characteristics of content quality factors which are associate with the user response pattern. The analysis results will provide some implications to develop strategies and schematic plans for the operator of regional marketing on the SNS. Design/methodology/approach This study used mixed methods to verify the effects and responses of social media contents on the users who have concerns about regional events such as local festival, cultural events, and city tours etc. Big data analysis was conducted with the quantitative data from regional government SNSs. The data was collected through web crawling in order to analyze the social media contents. We especially analyzed the contents duration time and peak level time. This study also analyzed the characteristics of contents quality factors using expert evaluation data on the social media contents. Finally, we verify the relationship between the contents quality factors and user response types by cross correlation analysis. Findings According to the big data analysis, we could find some content life cycle which can be explained through empirical distribution with peak time pattern and left skewed long tail. The user response patterns are dependent on time and contents quality. In addition, this study confirms that the level of quality of social media content is closely relate to user interaction and response pattern. As a result of the contents response pattern analysis, it is necessary to develop high quality contents design strategy and content posting and propagation tactics. The SNS operators need to develop high quality contents using rich-media technology and active response contents that induce opinion leader on the SNS.

  • The digital environment, which has been rapidly developing since the beginning of the 21st century, has become more specific due to COVID-19, and marketing strategies are rapidly changing to suit purchasing activities of Generation MZ, whose online purchases are becoming the center of their lives. A public relations agency is generally responsible for all aspects of making a client's product or service visible to the public through various forms of media. Among them, a company that performs only fashion-related tasks is called a "fashion PR agency". Now, the fashion industry is also centered on the e-commerce environment, and various digital marketing strategies have been developed and directly related to sales. This study examined the current status of online media and digital marketing, analyzes the aspects of fashion brand promotion strategies and methods in the e-commerce era, focusing on the work of fashion PR agencies, and suggests the direction of new online and offline promotion methods based on marketing and technological aspects. As a result of the study, first, theories on strategies for online media and digital marketing were examined, and found that the amount of online promotion has recently increased and become more specialized. Second, this study examines the concept of fashion PR agencies and analyzed their main tasks through interviews with fashion PR professionals. Third, based on successful online fashion promotion cases, the study analyzed fashion promotion strategies and methods that are being integrated online and offline in the e-commerce era. The main methods included SNS strategy, content strategy, performance strategy, influencer strategy, and event strategy, and it is suggested that integrated management is necessary for consistent brand image management, and an IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy, which intensively manages all strategies, should be employed.

국내 Social Network Online Game(SNOG)의 성공 요인 및 전략: Nexon 사례 연구 (The Success Factors and Strategy of Social Network Online Game in Korea: A Case Study of Nexon)

  • 네트워크를 통한 정보의 창출 및 교류는 온라인 커뮤니티를 형성하고 온라인 게임과 접목하면서 Social Network Online Game (SNOG)라는 새로운 엔터테인먼트 분야를 만들고 있다. SNOG는 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 Social Network Service (SNS)의 사회적 요소와 게임적 요소를 융합한 서비스로, 소셜 플랫폼에서 동작하며 사용자들의 오락적 유희와 상호작용 관계를 촉진시키고 있다. 국내 SNOG 시장은 현재 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 급속하게 교체되고 있는 스마트 환경에 따라 빠른 변화가 예상된다. SNOG는 비용적인 측면에서 기존 온라인 게임과 비교해볼 때 경쟁력을 가지기 때문에 더욱 발전될 전망이다. 이와 더불어 페이스북, 트위터 등 해외 SNS 플랫폼 기반 SNOG 서비스와 관련하여 국내 NHN, Daum, SK 컴즈 등에서 개방형 SNS를 선보이면서 SNG 유치를 위한 경쟁이 치열해 질 것이다. 또한, 모바일 연동 기반 서비스와 관련하여 관련 SNOG 개발이 이루어지고 있으며, 관련 국내 인터넷 업체들이 적극적으로 개발 참여하고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 본 연구는 SNOG 시장에 비교적 성공적으로 진입한 Nexon 'Maplestory adventure'사례를 연구함으로써 성공적인 SNOG 요인 분석 및 전략을 정리하고 분석하였다. Maplestory adventure 성공 가능 요인으로는 기존의 인기 있는 온라인 게임에 SNS 접목, 기존의 유저를 통한 marketing, NexonStar 실패요인이었던 Platform문제 해결 등을 들 수 있다. 이 연구는 이후 계속 확산 발전될 SNOG 성공 전략 문제에 함의를 제공하여 국내 게임산업 발전에 기여할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

Improvement Strategy According to the Change of Hotel Environment

  • This study is to develop a strategy to prepare an improvement strategy according to the environmental change of the hotel. Currently, domestic hotels are implementing marketing through food and beverage as a countermeasure against the sales decrease, and in order to develop effective marketing plan, 5 Force Model environmental analysis and STP analysis are analyzed. 5 Force Model Environmental Analysis showed that domestic hotels are facing various difficulties such as the expansion of accommodation sharing system, the decrease of Chinese tourists due to the THAAD problem, the increase of hotels, the introduction of PMS, the increase of minimum wage, the introduction of 52 hours work week, and the increase in product preference As an STP response strategy to correspond these difficulties, it is necessary to develop products for the main customers of the hotel food and beverage, such as those in the 20s-30s, the workers, smartphones and SNS users. And also hotels should seek ways to lower price of the product to the level desired by the user to compete against substitutes. In conclusion we suggest that hotels are committed to fulfilling their role by meeting guest safety and COVID-19 compliance requirements, but a focus on immediate cleanliness and quarantine against infectious diseases, like Airbnb, will enable greater growth.

시스템 및 정보서비스 관점에서 항공사 소셜네트워크 서비스의 품질영향분석 (The Analysis of the Quality Impact of Airline SNS from the Viewpoint of System and Information)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 항공사 SNS의 지속적인 사용을 유도할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 새로운 SNS 비즈니스 모델 구축 및 마케팅 전략수립에 유용한 가이드라인을 제시하는 것이다. 세부적으로 항공사 SNS의 정보품질, 관계혜택, 만족 등의 요인 간 영향관계를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 항공사 소셜네트워크서비스의 시스템품질과 정보서비스품질은 사회적 혜택, 심리/고객화 혜택, 경제적 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관계혜택중에서는 사회적 혜택과 심리/고객화 혜택이 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

SNS 접속형태와 이용심리에 의한 지속사용의도 영향요인 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors of Continuous Use Intention by SNS Connection Type and User Psychology)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 이용의 중지를 원하면서도 SNS를 지속적으로 사용하게 하는 의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 이용자들의 심리와 접속형태 중심으로 접근하였다. 개념적 틀로써 확장된 기술수용모델(TAM2)과 프라이버시 계산 모델(PCM)을 사용하였으며 선행연구를 기반으로 독립변인과 매개변인을 도출하였다. 가설의 검증은 AMOS 18.0과 SPSS 18.0을 이용하였고, SNS 이용 경험이 있는 IT 계열 학생 및 일반인을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 결측값 및 불성실 응답을 제외한 443부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 SNS 이용 의도에 대한 긍정과 부정의 심리요인이 이용자에게 공존함을 인식하고 각 요인이 SNS 지속사용의 유인요인과 저해요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 고려하여, 향후 개선된 SNS의 서비스 방안 제공 및 마케팅 전략 수립의 기틀마련에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

기업의 위기대응전략에 대한 소셜 미디어 이용자의 반응 연구 (A Study of Social Media User Response about Firms' Crisis Response Strategies)

  • 기업은 자사의 브랜드 이미지 제고, 제품의 홍보와 고객관리를 위해 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 나아가 기업의 위기상황에 대한 실시간 대응 채널로서 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 사용은 확장되고 있다. 특히, 기업의 예상치 못한 위기상황이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 전파되는 경향이 있다는 점에서 기업의 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통한 위기대응은 효과적이다. 이러한 대응은 소비자의 기업의 이미지 형성에 큰 영향을 끼친다. 본 연구는 기업의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 대응 사례를 태도(수용적 vs. 방어적)와 속도(빠른 대응 vs. 느린 대응)로 구분하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 상의 위기 관련 트위터 버즈의 지속기간을 분석하였다. 12개의 기업 위기 대응 사례에 대한 트워터 데이터를 분석자료로 하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 기업의 위기대응 전략 수립 및 위기별 대응전략 수립에 기본자료로 활용될 수 있다.
