The rapid adoption of smartphones led to using SNS(Social Network Service) and many organizations use of SNS as a strategic tool for marketing. Utilization of SNS in the organizations separately operated each channel due to technical problems with SNS. So, the channel separations is required much more operation and management cost to organizations. In this paper, we apply to HTML5 as the web standard technology, and implement to the integrated channels, and the result showed.

An SNS(Social Network Service) is an online service that supports an effective way to share information over virtual communities. Recently, as SNSs such as Twitter, Facebook, and Me2day are getting bigger, the purposes of using popular SNSs are expanded to broadcastings, politics, marketings and so on. In this paper, we propose an API to integrate and manage open APIs for various SNSs, presenting a library as an implementation of the proposed API. Also, utilizing the developed library, a smartphone application is provided which supports integrated management of popular SNSs and personal schedules. Using the library, developers can reduce costs when they need to implement specific functions for managing various SNSs. With the developed application, we can read and write to/from the related SNSs on same screen, automatically reminding our schedule and sharing the schedule with friends over the SNSs.

Recently, mobile SNS traffic has increased tremendously due to the deployment of smart devices such as smart phones and smart tablets. In this paper, mobile integrated SNS gateway is proposed to cope with massive SNS traffic. Most of mobile SNS applications update the information with individual connection to the corresponding servers. The proposed gateway integrates these applications. It is for reducing SNS traffic caused by continuous data request and improving the mobile communication performance. The key elements of the mobile integrated SNS gateway are the synchronization, cache and integrated certification. The proposed protocol and gateway system have implemented on the testbed which deployed on the real network to evaluate the performance of the proposed gateway. Finally, we present the caching performance of gateway system implementation.

정보기술의 발달과 인터넷의 확산 등의 사회적인 변화에 따라 고객을 효과적으로 만족시킬 수 있도록 기업은 고객과의 장기적인 관계를 구축하는 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)을 사용하고 있다. 최근에는 블로그나 SNS등에 기업이 상품이나 서비스를 팔고자 하는 소비자들이 가득 모여 있기 때문에 실시간으로 소비자의 니즈를 파악할 수 있는 방법으로 트위터, 블로그, 카페 등 SNS 상의 빅 데이터를 분석하는 시스템을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 보다 효율적인 피드백 수집분석을 위해 기존의 기업/기관에서 운영 및 관리하는 내부 CRM 데이터와 SNS 상의 외부 데이터를 연동하여 분석할 수 있는 이기종 데이터의 통합 분석엔진 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 의료서비스에 적용하여 내부 데이터인 매출, 방문자 수, 진료과 정보, 환자 정보, 고객 불만 유형 등을 분석하고 소셜데이터를 통해 해당 의료기관에 대한 소비자 경험 (진료, 시설 등) 정보를 수집한다.

Given the prevalence of mobile social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Kakaotalk, it has become important to understand user's continuance behavior in a mobile SNS environment. Although trust and privacy concerns play a key role in SNS users' decision-making processes, most studies on SNS have shed little light on the effects of trust and privacy concerns on SNS continuance intention. In this regard, this paper developed an integrated model to deeply understand the key antecedents of user's continuance intention to use mobile SNS by incorporating trust and privacy concerns into extended expectation-confirmation model. The proposed research model was tested by using survey data collected from 170 users who have experience with Kakaotalk. The findings of this study found that the proposed theoretical framework provides a statistically significant explanation of the variance in continuance intention of mobile SNS. The analysis results indicate that trust serves as the salient antecedent of continuance intention to use mobile SNS. However, it was found that privacy concerns negatively influence trust, whereas it is not significantly related to continuance intention of mobile SNS. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were described.

Modern naval ships are large complex systems with the number of requirements ranges from thousands to tens of thousands. To build a quality ship, the satisfaction of the requirements should be traced. In most shipbuilding projects it is almost impossible to manage all the requirements without a proper CASE (computer aided systems engineering) tool. And for effective management of the shipbuilding project, the integrated database for technical data is very important. This paper describes how the requirements are managed, and the integrated database is built in the naval shipbuilding industry in Korea.

Social networking services (SNS) is an indispensable method in order to obtain information of the Internet participants. The study identified three variables of social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust in terms of social capital theory (SCT) and reviewed intention& behavior variables in terms of theory of planned behavior (TPB). The data were collected from 330 samples of SNS user, and were involved, and the research model uses AMOS to make confirmatory factor analysis. The findings confirmed our hypothesis that social media communication, sharing culture, and online trust affect individuals' behaviors to sharing information. This study emphasizes that not only social media communication but also sharing culture to SNS can stimulate information sharing. while previous research has predominately focused on personal cognition or social network, the study examines the integrated influence of communication, culture and trust on information sharing in SNS. In sum, by explicating the unique role of social capital, this paper aims at contributing to the continued development and success of SNS in general.

본 연구는 spring framework와 각 SNS들의 API를 활용한 각 플랫폼들을 한 사이트에 연동하여 사용자들이 손쉽게 관리하기 위하여 진행하였다. SNS 통합 플랫폼에서의 중요한 요소는 사용자들의 SNS 관리 시간을 단축시키는 것인데 이를 위해 플랫폼들의 게시물들을 한 곳에서 게시, 수정, 삭제 그리고 여러 플랫폼에 게시물을 동시에 업로드하는 기능과 게시물들을 필터링하는 기능을 제공하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 편의성은 올라가며 더 효율적으로 게시물들을 관리하여 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.

In most of the child-care facility, Children's photos, newsletters, menu, training plans, etc. made in print and is delivered through the child's bag. This method does not allow the parents to check their kids' condition and the regarding information. To solve these problems, parents using internet-based CCTV monitoring, or a call to teachers and the child's condition is unknown. In reality, however, is difficult. Therefore, to enable active participation in care SNS-based web integration system is to implement. Through the implementation of this system, the cause of the problem does not completely eliminate but a large portion will be eliminated.

카카오톡, 페이스북 등의 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service: SNS)가 발전함에 따라 이를 기반으로 하는 소셜 네트워크 게임(Social Network Game: SNG)이 지인과 함께 가볍게 즐길 수 있다는 장점을 내세워 유저들로부터 많은 호응을 얻고 있다. 특히 SNG가 갖는 장점은 언제 어디서나 즐길 수 있는 스마트폰 앱에 접목되면서 그 효과가 극대화되고 있다. 이에 많은 개발사들이 앞다투어 SNG 개발에 참여를 하고 있는 상황이지만 다양한 SNS 서비스 플랫폼에 비해 SNG 개발을 위한 공개 엔진은 없는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 SNS 플랫폼을 통해 공통으로 사용할 수 있는 통합 관리 소셜 네트워크 엔진을 개발하는 과정과 구현된 엔진을 사용하여 디바이스를 통한 그래픽 출력 성능을 실험하였으며, 실험 결과 기존의 SNG와의 속도차이가 없음을 보여 주어 게임 구현하기에 충분함을 입증하였다.
