Purpose: Through this study, first, we try to understand the characteristics of SNS beauty advertising using SNS. Second, focusing on S-O-R Theory, we aim to confirm the impact of SNS beauty advertising characteristics on positive emotions, commitment, and voluntary word-of-mouth intentions. Third, we intend to suggest measures related to effective SNS beauty advertising operation. Research design, data and methodology: To analyze the data collected of 308 questionnaires, the SPSS and AMOS statistical program was used, and the SNS beauty advertising characteristics were reclassified after analyzing the credibility and validity of the responses. Results: It was found that all SNS beauty advertising characteristics (interactivity, entertainment, credibility, and irritation) had a significant effect on positive emotions. However, entertainment and irritation did not have a significant effect on commitment. In addition, it was found that positive emotions had a positive effect on commitment, and commitment had a positive effect on voluntary word-of-mouth intentions, and positive emotions had no significant effect on voluntary word-of-mouth intentions. Conclusions: In order to improve consumers' commitment in SNS beauty advertising, it is important to secure trust through interaction, and it is judged that the more commit in SNS beauty advertising through positive emotions, the more spontaneous and positive word-of-mouth effect can be created.

The SNS comments of newspaper articles on 2016 Brazil Olympics were selected and used to analyze types of nationalism with its emotional texts. The results were as followings; First, the words which showed nationalistic tendency represented each sport phase. Second, Korean showed strong resistant nationalism when their historical background was stimulated by the situation. Third, the most dominant type of Korean's nationalism in sport emotion was the closed. This study could be valued with the empirical approach on the sport emotion and nationalism tendency of Korean.
This research has analyzed the influence of information search on festival image, emotional response, re-visit intention and intention to share information. Image of festival was assumed to be composed of three components of cognitive, affective and unique image. Emotional response was divided into positive and negative emotion. As the results of influence analysis, word of mouth-effect and online media such as SNS had a significant effect on unique image of the festival. whereas official homepage showed a significant impact on cognitive image. Among three factors of image, affective image had a great influence on positive emotion. as three image factors are associated with positive emotion. Also, Affective emotion was analyzed to have significant influence on re-visit intention and intention to share information.
According to increasing SNS users and developing smart devices like smart phone and tablet PC recently, many techniques to classify user emotions with social network information are researching briskly. The use emotion classification stands for distinguishing its emotion with text and images listed on his/her SNS. This paper suggests a method to classify user emotions through sampling a value of a representative figure on a trigonometrical function, a representative adjective on text, and a canny algorithm on images. The sampling representative adjective on text is selected as one of high frequency in the samplings and measured values of positive-negative by SentiWordNet. Figures sampled on images are selected as the representative in figures; triangle, quadrangle, and circle as well as classified user emotions by measuring pleasure-unpleased values as a type of figures and inclines. Finally, this is re-defined as x-y graph that represents pleasure-unpleased and positive-negative values with wheel of emotions by Plutchik. Also, we are anticipating for applying user-customized service through classifying user emotions on wheel of emotions by Plutchik that is redefined the representative adjectives and figures.
Creation and Sharing of information which is structured data as well as various unstructured data. makes progress actively through the spread of mobile. Recently, Big Data extracts the semantic information from SNS and data mining is one of the big data technique. Especially, the general emotion analysis that expresses the collective intelligence of the masses is utilized using large and a variety of materials. In this paper, we propose the emotion prediction system architecture which extracts the significant keywords from social network paragraphs using n-gram and Korean morphological analyzer, and predicts the emotion using SVM and these extracted emotion features. The proposed system showed 82.25% more improved recall rate in average than previous systems and it will help extract the semantic keyword using morphological analysis.
Rapid growth of internet utilization consequences in an expansion of individual's social networks via SNS. Recently, Facebook has added six different emotion buttons reflecting suggestions claiming that "Like" button is limited, and thus must be improved. Regarding to how well newly updated six different emotion buttons were utilized, a survey that inquires the usefulness and usability of buttons for further improvement in service was conducted to 35 Facebook users of 20's and 30's, the most active ages with frequent usages. As a result, users responded with negative attitudes considering expression of six different emotions in Facebook, and exhibited less frequent usages of the service. According to respondents, the emotion expression service would lead better approachability if Facebook suggests simpler emotion expression, for example, two emotion buttons rather than current six buttons.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consumers' engagement through SNS sports advertisements on purchase intention through advertising attitudes and product trust for the disabled. In other words, it was intended to investigate how the disabled people's intention to purchase products is formed by acting on various sports product advertisements that are seen during SNS activities. Accordingly, a survey was conducted on 300 people with disabilities participating in sports for the disabled. As a result, it was found that functional engagement had a positive effect on both advertising attitude and product trust, and advertising attitude and product trust had a positive effect on purchase intention. However, emotion engineering and communal engineering were found to have a negative effect on advertising attitudes and not on product trust.

This paper proposes a machine learning-based emotion analysis system that detects a user's depression through their SNS posts. We first made a list of keywords related to depression in Korean, then used these to create a training data by crawling Twitter data - 1,297 positive and 1,032 negative tweets in total. Lastly, to identify the best machine learning model for text-based depression detection purposes, we compared RNN, LSTM, and GRU in terms of performance. Our experiment results verified that the GRU model had the accuracy of 92.2%, which is 2~4% higher than other models. We expect that the finding of this paper can be used to prevent depression by analyzing the users' SNS posts.
The information on SNS, which is created by the forms of postings and comments, is being magnified and redistributed to news media expanding its impacts on real words. This amplifying effects of SNS comments have been increasingly discussed but there still lacks the answers for which dimensions of information is magnified, and what affects the direction and the degree of the amplification. This study, therefore, explores the detailed dimensions that are magnified by SNS comments and how SNS posting structure and social network characteristics affect them by using sentiment analysis. By analyzing 2,378 Facebook postings and news articles and their 26,312 SNS and 74,730 news site comments, this study shows that SNS comments magnify the sentiments of the posting articles they are attached to. In comparison to news site comments, SNS comments magnify the cognitive and social dimensions more than the news site comments. In the affective dimension, they tend to magnify only the positive emotion more than news site comments. Also, the findings reveal that whether the article in the posting is written by the posting owner affects the degree of amplification when the comments are remained positive or switched positive, while the opposite determines the amplification when comments remain negatively, suggesting that the user relationship in social network is the important factor that affects the direction and the degree of the information amplification in SNS.
The SNS(Social Network Service or Social Network Sites), the concept which came along with the Web2.0 is on-line service which focuses on building social network communities of people which used to be established off-line. Foreign SNS sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter and domestic SNS sites such as Cyworld, Me2Day are getting popularity continuously and became one of the most important application in internet environments. Since these SNS sites have the purpose of providing infrastructure which enable all the people to share his/her interests with all the other people, it is necessary to appraise whether these sites provide convenient interfaces with proper accessibility to handicapped people and old people who are considered having difficulties in using internet. Web accessibility refers to the practice of providing equal access to people of all abilities and disabilities. If the web accessibility of a SNS site is so low that handicapped people and old people cannot use it properly, those gaps between user groups may become social problems. Therefore, the paper appraised web accessibility of Facebook and Cyworld using automatic tool, KADO-WAH 2.0 and Standard guideline, WCAG 2.0 and suggested the improvement opportunities based on the results of the appraisal.
