A study on factors that affect service quality of SNS based commerce (SNS에 기반을 둔 전자상거래의 서비스 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구)

  • Currently, the e-commerce market in Korea is growing rapidly, particularly in online commerce, and transactions through SNS are constantly increasing. This study assessed the quality of service based on SNS by modifying and combining SNS-based applications and services. Two hundred and sixteen surveys from an online survey conducted using a cumulative sampling technique were analyzed. The confidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, perceived usefulness, and customer satisfaction were independent variables. The perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net profit were considered dependent variables. The results of 11 hypotheses were derived through SPSS 25. The results show that the perceived usefulness and customer satisfaction are affected by assurance, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability. In addition, SNS - based commerces show a significant relationship between perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net benefits. The significant results are expected to help in future related research.

Fake SNS Account Identification Technique Using Statistical and Image Data (통계 및 이미지 데이터를 활용한 가짜 SNS 계정 식별 기술)

  • As Internet technology develops, SNS users are increasing. As SNS becomes popular, SNS-type crimes using the influence and anonymity of social networks are increasing day by day. In this paper, we propose a fake account classification method that applies machine learning and deep learning to statistical and image data for fake accounts classification. SNS account data used for training was collected by itself, and the collected data is based on statistical data and image data. In the case of statistical data, machine learning and multi-layer perceptron were employed to train. Furthermore in the case of image data, a convolutional neural network (CNN) was utilized. Accordingly, it was confirmed that the overall performance of account classification was significantly meaningful.

Analysis System for SNS Issues per Country based on Topic Model (토픽 모델 기반의 국가 별 SNS 관심 이슈 분석 시스템)

  • As the use of SNS continues to increase, various related studies have been conducted. According to the effectiveness of the topic model for existing theme extraction, a huge number of related research studies on topic model based analysis have been introduced. In this research, we suggested an automation system to analyze topics of each country and its distribution in twitter by combining world map visualization and issue matching method. The core system components are the following three modules; 1) collection of tweets and classification by nation, 2) extraction of topics and distribution by country based on topic model algorithm, and 3) visualization of topics and distribution based on Google geochart. In experiments with USA and UK, we could find issues of the two nations and how they changed. Based on these results, we could analyze the differences of each nation's position on ISIS problem.

  • Unlike existing social platforms that seek openness, an audio-based social platform is characterized by its limitations. This study uses the Value-Based Acceptance Model(VAM) to analyze the role that such limitations play in the user's acceptance of audio-based social media. In this study, restrictive properties are defined as access-limitation, communication-limitation, and content-limitation. This study aims to analyze the effect of each variable on the perceived value and usage of audio-based social media. The hypothesis test was conducted based on the survey responses total of 207 users and potential users. The results was analyzed that three limiting variables affect perceived benefit factors, usefulness and playfulness, and the user's acceptance intention. This study is significant in that it presents a model based on the VAM and provides guidance for new forms of social media growth.

Examining Determinants of Social Network Service(SNS) Use Based on Smartphones : Focusing on Technical, Hedonic, and Social Characteristics (스마트폰 기반 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 이용의 결정요인 연구 : 기술적, 쾌락적, 사회적 특성을 중심으로)

  • This study focuses on examining the determinants of smartphone-based social network services(SNS) use. That is, the study explores the key factors affecting the use of smartphone-based SNS. People who have been using online-based SNS such as Cyworld and Facebook for years are now using mobile-based SNS such as KakaoStory. Under the situation. the study attempts to draw key determinants of smartphone-based SNS use from the studies of TAM, hedonic information systems, and social perspectives. To test the hypotheses, we conducted partial least squares (PLS) analysis using a total of 233 data collected on the users of smartphone-based SNS including KakaoTalk and KakaoStory. The key findings are as follows : first, it is verified that both ease of use and usefulness, two main factors in TAM, had positive effects on smartphone-based SNS use. Second, for enjoyment and escapism considered as the two main factors of hedonic IS characteristics, only the effect of enjoyment on SNS use was significant. Finally, social ties as a factor of social characteristics had the most significant effect on smartphone-based SNS use. The result implies that smartphone-based SNS can be one of the major means of maintaining existing social ties.

The Moderating Roles of Perceived Responsiveness of SNS Friends and Self-Esteem in the Relationship between SNS Use and Perceived Social Support among College Students (대학생들의 SNS 이용과 사회적 지지와의 관계에서 SNS친구들의 반응성 인식 및 자아존중감의 조절 효과)

  • The present study explored the moderating roles of perceived responsiveness of SNS friends and self-esteem in the relationship between SNS use and perceived social support among college students. Using a panel owned by a research firm, a nationwide online survey was conducted (females N = 264, males N = 239). The results of regression analysis suggested that there is no significant main effect of SNS use but a significant main effect of perceived responsiveness of SNS friends. In addition, a three-way interaction effect was found among perceived responsiveness of SNS friends, SNS use, and self-esteem. This study contributes to elaboration of the extant research as well as providing practical implications to SNS-based intervention programs for college students' psychological well-being.

  • 최근 스마트폰의 급속한 보급에 따라 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 실시간 SNS(Social Network Service)가 폭발적으로 성장하고 있다. 본래 SNS는 지인과의 소통을 위한 온라인 커뮤니티로 출발했으나 지금은 새로운 커뮤니케이션으로 마케팅, 미디어, 커머스 등 다양한 영역의 플랫폼으로 진화하며, 그 파급력을 이어가고 있다. SNS, 소셜 미디어 시대를 맞이하여 소비자가 수동적 입장에서 능동적 입장으로 변경되고 있는 상황에서 블로그, 카페, 트위터 등 에서의 평가를 통한 고객 피드백 정보에 따라 서비스 제공자의 판매율이 많은 영향을 받고 있다. 따라서 효율적인 기업경영을 위해서는 SNS 등을 통한 고객의 목소리를 분석하는 작업과 그것을 기반으로 고객만족도 평가모형에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SNS를 이용한 활용분야에 대해서 고찰해 보고 SNS가 점차 확대됨에 따라 발생할 수 있는 SNS 환경에서의 역기능은 어떤 것이 있는지 살펴보고 대응방안을 제안한다.

SNS Integrated Management API and Its Application (SNS 통합관리 API와 응용)

  • An SNS(Social Network Service) is an online service that supports an effective way to share information over virtual communities. Recently, as SNSs such as Twitter, Facebook, and Me2day are getting bigger, the purposes of using popular SNSs are expanded to broadcastings, politics, marketings and so on. In this paper, we propose an API to integrate and manage open APIs for various SNSs, presenting a library as an implementation of the proposed API. Also, utilizing the developed library, a smartphone application is provided which supports integrated management of popular SNSs and personal schedules. Using the library, developers can reduce costs when they need to implement specific functions for managing various SNSs. With the developed application, we can read and write to/from the related SNSs on same screen, automatically reminding our schedule and sharing the schedule with friends over the SNSs.

  • Recently, in order to provide the mobile multimedia service cost-effectively, the user's demand has been greatly increasing to use wireless LAN (WLAN). But existing WLAN (Wireless LAN) is vulnerable to attack of outside, as users are connecting AP using Open Authentication. In this article, we have designed and implemented WLAN Information Sharing System using social network service (SNS) which is efficiently managing. WLAN secure key. A proposed WLAN Information Sharing System model has been proposed in which the social trust strength between people is employed for WLAN access control.
