  • While the E-mail is a important way of fast communication in these days. it is real that the E-mail is often misused as a commercial advertisement method and creates many social problems. Even though various filtering techniques for blocking spam mails have been developed, reliability of mail systems is decreased by misreading normal mails as spam mails, i.e. false-positive errors. In this paper, the SMBC(Spam Mail Blocking Center) platform employing spam mail recovery method based on privacy information is proposed and designed. The SMBC is designed in frame layer based on spam blocking system of proxy sewer and can be physically implemented in various topology so that flexible development with layered module is possible. Using privacy information makes the proposed SMBC platform minimize processing load and false-positive error rates so that it can improve mail system reliabilities.

  • Even though lots of research have been doing about spam mail blocking technologies and their systems, the emergence of spam mails of new types causes the spam mail filtering rate to decrease and the occurrences of false-positive mails to increase. Therefore, existing spam mail filtering algorithms suffer from increasing load to be processed and decreasing reliability in spam mail blocking systems due to the shortage of newly developed algorithms and their research. This paper presents the Fit-FA Finder which is able to select appropriate algorithms to be applied and their procedures, and the development of the SMBC platform. The Fit-FA Finder is developed and implemented in the SMBC platform in which recovering process based on privacy information is employed for false-positive mails

  • Recently, e-mail has become an important way of communications in IT societies, but it creates various social problems due to increase of spam mails. Even though many organizations and cooperation have been trying researches to develop spam mail blocking technologies, a lot of cost and system complexities are required because of varieties of spam blocking technologies. In this paper, we designed of the SMBC(Spam Mail Blocking Center) using the Fit FA(Filtering Algorithm) Finder. Fit-FA Finder that search and applises spam mail filtering algorithm of the most suitable confrontation according to type of spam mail. The system of spam mail filtering is decided performance of the system by procedure that spam filter is used. Go through designed Fit-FA Finder and reduced unnecessary filtering process and processing time and load than appointment order filter application way of existent spam mail interception system.

  • Fertilization effects on changes in soil $CO_2$ flux and organic C in switchgrass (Panicum virgatum L.) land managed for biomass production were investigated. The mean daily soil $CO_2$ flux in the manure treatment was 5.63 g $CO_2-C\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$, and this was significantly higher than the mean value of 3.36 g $CO_2-C\;m^{-2}\;d^{-1}$ in the control. The mean daily $CO_2$ fluxes in N and P fertilizer treatments plots were not different when compared to the value in the control plots. Potentially mineralizable C (PMC), soil microbial biomass C (SMBC), and particulate organic C (POC) were highest at the 0 to 10 cm depth of the manure treatment. Potentially mineralizable C had the strongest correlation with SMBC (r = 0.91) and POC (r = 0.84). There was also a strong correlation between SMBC and POC (r = 0.90). Our results indicated that for the N and P levels studied, fertilization had no impact on temporal changes in soil organic C, but manure application had a significant impact on temporal changes in soil $CO_2$ evolution and active C constituents such as PMC, SMBC, and POC.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of sesame monoculture and sesame in rotation (SR) with maize. soybean. barley or rye on reduction of injury by continous cropping in sesame. Field studies were conducted for 3-years (1995~1997) at the experimental field of the Crop Experiment Station. Compared to CS (continuous sesame). SR treatments turned out to keep more organic matter and higher exchangeable cation concentrations in soils. BS (barley and sesame in a 1-year rotation) and RS (rye and sesame in a 1-yea r rotation) treatments had significantly greater available $P_2O_5$ contents in soils than CS, MS (maize and sesame in a 3-year rotation) and SbS (soybean a nd sesame in a 3-year rotation). The pH of the soils under different treatments were not significantly different. SR treatments exhibited significantly lower bulk density and higher pore space than CS. Soil microbial biomass C (SMBC) and N (SMBN) were determined by the chloroform fumigation-extraction method. SMBC and SMBN were significantly higher in soils under BS and RS than those under CS, but only during the 1 year of monitoring. MS and SbS treatments resulted in higher SMBC and SMBN than CS. The occurrence of injury by disease of sesame is the important primary factor of injury by continous cropping, but the disease occurrence with rotation did not decrease in th is experiment. Under CS treatment, the growth and grain of sesame was significantly lower than those under other treatments. Compared to CS, the increments of grain yield of sesame were 68, 63, 57 and 51% for MS, RS, SbS and BS, respectively in the first harvest. In the second harvest, they were 24% for MS, 28% for RS, 20% for SbS and 19% for BS. The average increase ratios during the two years were 41, 41, 34, and 33% for MS, RS, SbS and BS, respectively.

  • Applications of plant residues and green manures generally improve the properties of soil under conventional farming system. Therefore, we investigated the improvement of selected soil physical properties, bulk density, porosity, and water content, soil penetration resistance, and soil microbial biomass carbon (SMBC) content as affected by different management practices: 1) conventional tillage without rice straw or green manure crop treatment (TNT, check plot), 2) no-tillage amended with rice straw (NTRS), 3) no-tillage amended with rye (NTR), 4) no-tillage amended with Chinese milk vetch (NTCMV), 5) no-tillage without rice straw or green manure crop treatment (NTNT), The values of bulk density, porosity, and water content ranged from 1.22 to 1.37 Mg $m^3$, from 48.3 to 54.0%, and from 35.0 to 40.2%, respectively. The management practices might positively influence the changes in the selected soil properties, especially in the second experimental year. The soil penetration resistance and SMBC content were also improved after applying rice straw and green manure crops as comparing with TNT. Therefore, applications of the rice straw and green manure crop management practices under no-tillage system positively influenced soil physical properties and soil microbial activities in paddy field.
