  • Recently policy and clouding system to mandate the introduction of BIM in construction industry, various sensors technology, BIM in ICT technology and fusion, such as 3D scanning and printing technology has been further activated. However, the expression level of diversification associated with it, plan within one of the BIM project, design, engineering, it is difficult to have a different application has been consistent for each field, such as construction. Thus fell the efficiency of BIM apply, it is difficult to determine the appropriate level of BIM in the business early stage in order destination of position. In this study, in order to solve this problem, by utilizing SLA used in the IT field, it attempts to explore scheme which can be evaluated targeted level of BIM suitable for business in the planning phase.

  • 국내 초고속 인터넷 가입자 수의 증가와 더불어 이용서비스 형태에 있어서, 인터넷 뱅킹을 통한 각종 조회, 자금이체, 및 대출서비스와 전자상거래 등을 이용한 금전 결재 등이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 또한 인터넷 보급률의 증가와 더불어 이용자의 피해도 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 따라서 정부에서는 이용자의 피해와 불만사항을 해소할 수 있는 강력한 인터넷서비스 품질개선 규제 노력이 필요하다. 또한 사업자들은 이용자와의 사전 서비스 계약(SLA: Service Level Agreement, 서비스 수준 협약)을 통한 철저한 품질개선 노력이 필요하다. 이용자와의 계약은 서비스 이용약관에 구체적인 사항을 명시하여 약속을 이행함으로써 고객의 불만을 해소해 나가야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 가입자 수의 증가에 따른 사업자들의 품질보장 노력이 미흡함을 지적하고, 국내 인터넷 사업자의 서비스 이용약관에 대해 조사하였으며, 이용자 보호 관점에서 구체적인 내용을 서비스 이용약관에 명시하여야 함을 강조한다.

Traffic and Resource Management for Provisioning QoE in Mobile Communication Networks

  • This paper proposes a novel traffic and resource management scheme based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) which allows to guarantee the quality of experience (QoE) for various high-quality mobile multimedia service users to a certain level. For this purpose, QoE-SLA coupling structure is considered and a novel scheme is suggested to suppress the processing delay of the mobile terminal and to decrease the transfer delay in the transmission network. According to simulation results, our proposed scheme can increase the total throughput and decrease the average delay by adjusting SLA.

The SrLiAl3N4:Eu2+ Phosphor Synthesized by the Raw Material Model Obtained by DFT Calculations

  • Improvement studies of existing phosphors are needed for use in light emitting diodes (LEDs). Among the phosphors discovered recently, the SLA ($SrLiAl_3N_4:Eu^{2+}$) is a phosphor that has a narrow width. It is now known as a good red phosphor that meets the industry's needs for warm white (color temperature ranging from 2700 to 4000 K) and high CRI (> 80). However, SLA phosphors are obtained from difficult synthetic methods. All commercially available phosphors should be derived from the general solid state synthesis method. The phosphors produced by difficult synthetic methods will inevitably fall out of price competitiveness and will be scrapped. This study succeeded in synthesizing SLA ($SrLiAl_3N_4:Eu^{2+}$) phosphors by using a general solid phase synthesis method based on the reaction energy obtained from DFT calculations. As a result, we found an optimal solid state synthesis method for SLA phosphors.

  • ITSM(IT Service Management)은 2000년대 중반 이후 기업 및 공공기관에 본격적으로 적용되기 시작하였다. ITSM의 한 부분으로 IT 조직에서는 외주업체와 SLA(Service Level Agreement)을 체결하여 정보시스템 서비스의 품질을 적정수준으로 관리토록 노력하고 있다. 그러나 SAL를 적용하는 서비스 측정항목을 선택하는데 있어 측정이 비교적 용이한 서버 운영시간, 서버 성능, 서비스 가동률 등 서버운영에 주로 초점이 맞춰져 왔다. 응용시스템에 대한 서비스 요청 적기 처리율, 변경요청 적기 처리율 등에 대해서는 고객과 외주업체의 협의요소 증가, 데이터 관리 및 정확성 부족 등으로 SLA 항목에서 제외되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 응용시스템의 유지보수 관련 SLA 적용에 초점을 맞춰 서비스데스크 구축방안을 제시하였다.

  • 1990 년대 이후 초고속인터넷 확산으로 인해 전자 상거래 서비스가 급속히 확산되고 있다. SLA란 서비스 제공자와 고객간의 협약으로 서비스 제공자가 서비스 품질을 보증하기 위한 제도이다. 전자 상거래 시스템은 비즈니스 트랜잭션이 처리되어야 하므로 QoS 보장은 매우 중요함에도 불구하고, 전자 상거래를 위한 SLA에 대한 연구는 아직 미진한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 전자 상거래 서비스의 QoS 측정 지표를 정의한 후 자동화된 처리가 가능한 SLA 관리 프레임워크를 설계하고 서버 환경 장애 발생 시 장애 복구에 대한 처리 흐름을 제안한다.

  • Virtualization technology opened a new era in the field of Data intensive, Grid and Cloud Computing. Today's Data centers are smarter than ever leveraging the Virtualization technology. In response to that, Dynamic consolidations of Virtual Machines (VMs) allow efficient resource management by live migration of VMs in the hosts. Moreover, each client typically has a service level agreement (SLA), leads to stipulation in dealing with energy-performance trade-off as aggressive consolidation may lead to performance degradation beyond the negotiation. In this paper we propose a Cloud Based CDN approach for allocation of VM that aims to maximize the client-level SLA. Our experiment result demonstrates significant enhancement of SLA at certain level.

  • The cloud computing paradigm introduced pay-per-use models in which IT services can be created and scaled on-demand. However, service providers are still concerned about the constraints imposed by their physical infrastructures. In order to keep the required QoS and achieve the goal of upholding the SLA, virtualized resources must be efficiently consolidated to maximize system throughput while keeping energy consumption at a minimum. Using ANN, we propose a predictive SLA-aware approach for consolidating virtualized resources in a cloud environment. To maintain the QoS and to establish an optimal trade-off between performance and energy efficiency, the server's utilization threshold dynamically adapts to the physical machine's resource consumption. Furthermore, resource-intensive VMs are prevented from getting underprovisioned by assigning them to hosts that are both capable and reputable. To verify the performance of our proposed approach, we compare it with non-optimized conventional approaches as well as with other previously proposed techniques in a heterogeneous cloud environment setup.
