To develop a live vaccine strain against fowl typhoid and paratyphoid caused by Salmonella serovar Gallinarum biovar Gallinarum (Salmonella Gallinarum) and Salmonella serovar Enteritidis (Salmonella Enteritidis), respectively, several nalidixic acid resistant mutants were selected from lipopolysaccharide (LPS) rough strains of Salmonella Gallinarum that escaped from fatal infection of a LPS-binding lytic bacteriophage. A non-virulent and immunogenic vaccine strain of Salmonella Gallinarum, SR2-N6, was established through in vivo pathogenicity and protection efficacy tests. SR2-N6 was highly protective against Salmonella Gallinarum and Salmonella Enteritidis and safer than Salmonella Gallinarum vaccine strain SG 9R in the condition of protein-energy malnutrition. Thus, SR2-N6 may be a safe and efficacious vaccine strain to prevent both fowl typhoid and paratyphoid.

Fluid-elastic instability and turbulence excitation for an under developing steam generator are investigated numerically. The stability ratio and the amplitude of turbulence excitation are obtained by using the $PIAT^{(R)}$ (program for integrity assessment of steam generator tube) code from the information on the thermal-hydraulic data of the steam generator. The aspect ratio, the ratio between the height of U-tube from the upper most tube support Plate (h) and the width of two vertical portion of U-tube (w), is defined for geometric parameter study. Several aspect ratios with relocation of tube support plates are adopted to study the effects on the mode shapes and characteristics of flow-induced vibration. When the aspect ratio exceeds value of 1, most of the mode shapes at low frequency are generated at the top of U-tube. It makes very high value of the stability ratio and the amplitude of turbulent excitation as well. We can consider that the local mode shape at the upper side of U-tube will develop the wear phenomena between the tube and the anti-nitration bars such as vortical, horizontal, and diagonal strips. It turns out that the aspect ratio reveals very important parameter for the design stage of the steam generator. The appropriate value of the aspect ratio should be specified and applied.

Water-dispersed pigment is on-going study for without air pollution in the textile and print industry. Primer treatment is essential for the substrate to improve the printing quality of eco-friendly water-dispersed pigment ink. Otherwise in the case of untreated primer, the water-dispersed pigment ink will dry onto the surface and cause defective images. This study was conducted on film substrate coating (primer) to fix eco-friendly water-dispersed pigment ink on film substrate. The drying, bleeding, and color strength of the pigment ink were examined depending on the composition and mixing ratio of the coating solution. The mixing ratio of silica gel in the coating film is increased to 0, 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 and results that DK-1-3 of silica gel ratio of 1 showed the lowest bleeding such as 52%, the letter thickness of 0.76mm and DK-1-5 of SG ratio of 3 showed the highest bleeding such as 304%, the letter thickness of 2.02mm. The mixing ratio of SPA in the coating film is increased to 2.5, 5, 7.5, SPA ratio of 7.5 has a bleeding ratio of 9% and letter thickness of 0.544mm. It showed the closest value to 0.5mm. According to the result, the optimal mixing ratio of binder, polymer coagulant, silica gel is 100:7.5:1.

목 적 : 기저귀를 사용하는 어린 유소아들의 소변검체를 얻기 위해 멸균 비닐백을 이용하고 있으나 현실적인 불편함 때문에 보다 간단한 채뇨방법을 모색하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 일차적인 선별검사를 위해 일회용 기저귀를 이용한 소변채취 방법이 기존의 멸균 비닐백을 이용한 방법을 대체할 수 있는지 알아보았다. 방 법 : 99명의 환자들을 대상으로 중간뇨(이하 신선뇨) 60 mL을 채취하여 절반은 고분자 흡수체가 포함되지 않은 일회용 기저귀에 흡수시킨 다음 압착하여 소변검체(이하 재수거뇨)를 얻고 나머지 신선뇨와 함께 일반 소변검사, 현미경적 요 세포검사 및 요 화학검사 등을 시험하였다. 결 과 : 신선뇨 99개와 재수거뇨 99개를 검사하였으며 요 비중, 요 산도, 요 당, 요 단백, 요 잠혈 등은 상관분석 결과 높은 상관관계(R>0.930, P<0.001)를 보였으며 요 백혈구(R=0.738, P<0.001)는 상대적으로 상관관계가 낮았지만 요 나트륨, 요 칼륨, 요 염소 및 요 크레아티닌 등은 두 방법간의 차이가 거의 없었다(R>0.995, P<0.001). 현미경적 요 세포검사에서는 적혈구(R=0.740, P<0.001)와 백혈구(R=0.602, P<0.001) 모두 상대적으로 상관관계가 낮았지만 통계적으로 유의한 수준이었다. 결 론 : 일회용 기저귀를 이용해 채취한 재수거뇨는 신선뇨보다 세포성분의 손실은 있지만 신선뇨의 일반 소변검사 및 요 화학검사 결과를 잘 반영하고 있어 일차적인 선별검사 목적의 채뇨방법으로 유용할 것이다.

본 연구는 정신분열병 환자의 흡연성향 및 흡연이 임상양상이나 증상, 혈청 prolactin에 미치는 영향을 조사해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 흡연군과 비흡연군의 연령, 발병연령, 이환기간, 복용하는 항정신병 약물 및 항파킨슨 약물의 용량은 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 기호 식품인 커피를 매일 한잔이상 마신다고 답한 경우가 흡연군에서 유의하게 많았다(p<0.05). 2) 흡연 이유는 긴장 완화(85.7%), 권태로움을 피하고 싶어서(45.2%), 습관(38.1%), 친구들과 어울리고 싶어서나 또는 친구를 모방(23.8%)하여 담배를 피운다고 응답했다. 80.1%가 금연을 시도했었으나, 94%에서 craving때문에 금연에 실패하였다. 금단증상으로 불안감(52.9%), 정신과적 증상의 악화(23.5%), 환청의 악화(8.8%), 약물부작용의 악화(14.7%), 졸리움의 증가(47.1%)등이 있었다. 3) BPRS 총점수는 흡연군과 비흡연군에서 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 불안척도가 흡연군에서 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). HAM-D에 의한 우울증상 및 SCL-90-R의 대인관계 민감도 항목과 공포증 항목이 흡연군에서 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). PANSS. AIMS는 두군에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 4) 흡연군에서는 혈청 prolactin이 비흡연군에 비해 유의하게 낮았고(p<0.01) 공변량분석결과 흡연이 혈청 prolactin에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.(p<0.05). 5) 정신 분열병 환자에서 금연 유도시 적절한 항불안 약물이나 항우울 약물의 일시적인 병합치료로서 금단증상을 최소화 시켜야 하며, 환자들의 낮은 자존심 및 높은 의존심을 충족시키는 정신치료가 병행되어야 될 것으로 사료된다.hromatography를 반복(反復)하여 stilbene 계열(系列)의 화합물(化合物)인 Rhapontigenin (Compound 1)과 Rhaponticin (Compound 2)을 얻었다. S. aureus SG 511에 대(對)해 Rhapontigenin은 50 mg/ml 이상(以上) 농도(濃度)에서 항균(抗菌) 효과(效果)를 나타내었고, Rhaponticin은 $200\;mg/m{\ell}$ 농도(濃度)에서 미약(微弱)하게 유효(有效)한 항균(抗菌) 효과(效果)를 나타내었으며, B. subtilis ATCC 6633에 대(對)해 Rhapontigenin은 50 mg/ml 이상(以上) 농도(濃度)에서 항균(抗菌) 효과(效果)를 나타내었고, Rhaponticin은 200 mg/ml 농도(濃度)에서 우수(優秀)한 항균(抗菌) 효과(效果)를 나타내었으며, 100 mg/ml 농도(濃度)에서 미약(微弱)하게 유효(有效)한 항균(抗菌) 효과(效果)를 나타내었다. 또한 E. coli 055에 대(對)해서는 Rhapontigenin과 Rhaponticin 모두 200 mg/ml 농도(濃度)에서 미약(微弱)하게 유효(有效)한 항균(抗菌) 효과(效果)를 나타내었다. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)로 보아 선방활명음(仙方活命飮)의 항균(抗菌) 효능(效能)은 군약(君藥)인 대황(大黃)의 성분(成分) 중(中)의 하나인 stilbene 계열(系列)의 화합물(化合物)인 Rhapontigenin과 Rhaponticin의 작용(作用)에 의(依)한 것이며, 이는 한의학(韓醫學) 방제(方劑) 원리(原理)인 군신좌사(君臣佐使) 이론(理論)에서 군약(君藥)이 주증(主症)에 주(主)로 작용(作用)하는 약물(藥物)이라는 것을 밝혀주는 것이라고 사료(思料)된다.

본 연구에서는 $Bz-MAG_3$를 합성한 후 동결건조 된 키트를 제조하였으며, 이를 $^{99m}Tc$로 표지 후 $^{99m}Tc-MAG_3$의 방사화학적 특성 및 동물체내에서의 분포를 알아보았다. 1) 합성된 $^{99m}Tc-MAG_3$의 $R_f$값은 0.78, 표지효율은 $97.5{\pm}1.9%$ (n=10)로 나타났다. 2) $^{99m}Tc-MAG_3$를 사용하여 얻은 신기능영상은 $^{99m}Tc$-DTPA를 사용한 경우에서 보다 더 선명한 영상을 나타냈다. 3) $^{99m}Tc-MAG_3$를 사용한 ICR-마우스실험(n=10)에서 $T_{max}$(분)는 $^{99m}Tc-MAG_3$ (n=10)에서 1.4-1.5분으로 $^{99m}Tc$-DTPA (n=7)의 2.7분 보다 1.2분 정도 빠른 것을 보였고(P<0.05), $T_{1/2}$는 $^{99m}Tc-MAG_3$(n=10)에서 4.3-4.8분으로 $^{99m}Tc$-DTPA (n=7)의 3.8-4.5분과 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 방광출현 시간은 $^{99m}Tc-MAG_3$와 $^{99m}Tc$-DTPA 모두 2분 이내로 나타났다. 합성한 $Bz-MAG_3$ 키트가 높은 표지효율과 신장의 선명한 동적영상을 나타내는 것으로 보아 시판중인 신장기능 영상용 방사성의약품을 대치하여 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
