SFC로 설계된 PLC 제어에서 효율적인 자기진단 기능 (An Efficient Function of Self Test in PLC Control Designed by SFC)

  • PLC를 사용한 제어 시스템을 설계할 때 여러 종류의 표준언어중 LD언어가 가장 많이 사용되지만, SFC를 사용하면 제어의 흐름을 알기 쉽고 유지보수가 용이하며, 프로그램의 기술성이 뛰어나다. 그러나 SFC 언어는 조건처리시 큰 메모리를 요구한다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 SFC로 설계된 시스템은 자기진단기능을 부가하려면 메모리가 상당히 커야 하고, 속도가 늦은 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 자기진단 기능을 효율적으로 처리하는 방법을 제시하고, 실례를 통해 타당성을 확인하였다.

동애등에분 처리 시 상추와 무의 생육 및 토양화학성 변화 (Growth of Lettuce and Young Radish and Changes of Soil Chemical Properties after Application of Soldier Fly Compost)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effects on soil chemical properties and plant growth after applying soldier fly compost (SFC). Treatments were as follows. No fertilizer (NF), control, SFC1 (SFC 250 kg/10a), SFC2 (SFC 500 kg/10a) and SFC3 (SFC 1,000 kg/10a). As compared to control in the pot test, organic matter (OM) and exchangeable sodium (Ex-Na) of SFC3 treatment were increased, and growth and nutrient uptake of young radish were not significantly different. Correlation coefficient between soil chemical factors like total nitrogen (T-N), OM, and CEC and uptake of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) was significantly positive (p≤0.05). Compared to control in the field test, electrical conductivity, T-N, OM, Av.-P2O5, and CEC was increased, and lettuce growth was not significantly different. Correlation coefficient between application amount of SFC and T-N, OM, and Av.-P2O5 was significant positively (p≤0.05). These results indicated that the application of SFC improved nutrient availability of soil by increasing OM and CEC.

Flexural analysis of steel fibre-reinforced concrete members

  • A numerical approach for the evaluation of the flexural response of Steel Fibrous Concrete (SFC) cross-sections with arbitrary geometry, with or without conventional steel longitudinal reinforcing bars is proposed. Resisting bending moment versus curvature curves are calculated using verified non-linear constitutive stress-strain relationships for the SFC under compression and tension which include post-peak and post-cracking softening parts. A new compressive stress-strain model for SFC is employed that has been derived from test data of 125 stress-strain curves and 257 strength values providing the overall compressive behaviour of various SFC mixtures. The proposed sectional analysis is verified using existing experimental data of 42 SFC beams, and it predicts the flexural capacity and the curvature ductility of SFC members reasonably well. The developed approach also provides rational and more accurate compressive and tensile stress-strain curves along with bending moment versus curvature curves with regards to the predictions of relevant existing models.

Routing optimization algorithm for logistics virtual monitoring based on VNF dynamic deployment

  • In the development of logistics system, the breakthrough of important technologies such as technology platform for logistics information management and control is the key content of the study. Based on Javascript and JQuery, the logistics system realizes real-time monitoring, collection of historical status data, statistical analysis and display, intelligent recommendation and other functions. In order to strengthen the cooperation of warehouse storage, enhance the utilization rate of resources, and achieve the purpose of real-time and visual supervision of transportation equipment and cargo tracking, this paper studies the VNF dynamic deployment and SFC routing problem in the network load change scenario based on the logistics system. The BIP model is used to model the VNF dynamic deployment and routing problem. The optimization objective is to minimize the total cost overhead generated by each SFCR. Furthermore, the application of the SFC mapping algorithm in the routing topology solving problem is proposed. Based on the concept of relative cost and the idea of topology transformation, the SFC-map algorithm can efficiently complete the dynamic deployment of VNF and the routing calculation of SFC by using multi-layer graph. In the simulation platform based on the logistics system, the proposed algorithm is compared with VNF-DRA algorithm and Provision Traffic algorithm in the network receiving rate, throughput, path end-to-end delay, deployment number, running time and utilization rate. According to the test results, it is verified that the test results of the optimization algorithm in this paper are obviously improved compared with the comparison method, and it has higher practical application and promotion value.

음향방출과 SFC 시험법에 의한 금속복합재료의 기지재 열처리 효과에 따른 미시적 변형기구 특성 평가 (Evaluation of Microscopic Deformation Behaviors of Metal Matrix Composite due to Heat Treatment by means of SFC Test and Acoustic Emission)

  • 금속기지 복합재료의 미시적 파손기구는 작용하중의 방향, 재료의 열처리 상태, 기지재 및 강화재의 특성, 섬유체적률 등 여러 인자의 영향을 받는다. 이중 특히 재료의 열처리는 금속기지 복합재료의 기계적 특성을 지배하는 주요한 인자인 강화섬유와 기지재 사이의 계면특성에 큰 영향을 준다. 강화섬유와 기지재는 매우 큰 열팽창계수 차이를 가지기 때문에 금속기지 복합재료의 제조과정에 있어서 급격한 온도강하가 있을 경우에는 강화섬유와 기지재 사이의 계면에서는 잔류응력이 형성되며 이 때 발생한 잔류응력은 금속복합재료의 파손기구는 물론 기지재와 강화섬유 사이의 계면전단강도에도 중대한 영향을 미칠 수도 있다. 따라서 금속복합재료에 있어서 기지재와 강화재 사이의 계면전단강도에 대한 잔류응력의 영향을 평가하는 것은 금속복합재료의 실질적인 응용측면에서는 매우 중요한 과제라 할 수 있다. 복합재료에 있어서의 음향방출 기법과 SFC시험법을 동시에 이용하면 기지재와 강화재의 균열 및 기지재와 강화재 사이의 계면분리현상에 의한 미시적 파손기구를 명확하게 분리, 관찰할 수 있는 크나큰 이점이 있다. 따라서 된 연구에서는 음향방출기법과 SFC시험법을 이용하여 금속복합재료의 열처리 효과에 따른 미시적 파손기구 및 계면전판강도 변화특성을 체계적으로 연구, 고찰하였다.

Safety assessment of nuclear fuel reprocessing plant under the free drop impact of spent fuel cask and fuel assembly part I: Large-scale model test and finite element model validation

  • This paper aims to evaluate the structural dynamic responses and damage/failure of the nuclear fuel reprocessing plant under the free drop impact of spent fuel cask (SFC) and fuel assembly (FA) during the on-site transportation. At the present Part I of this paper, the large-scale SFC model free drop test and the corresponding numerical simulations are performed. Firstly, a composite target which is composed of the protective structure, i.e., a thin RC plate (representing the inverted U-shaped slab in the loading shaft) and/or an autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks sacrificial layer, as well as a thick RC plate (representing the bottom slab in the loading shaft) is designed and fabricated. Then, based on the large dropping tower, the free drop test of large-scale SFC model with the mass of 3 t is carried out from the height of 7 m-11 m. It indicates that the bottom slab in the loading shaft could not resist the free drop impact of SFC. The composite protective structure can effectively reduce the damage and vibrations of the bottom slab, and the inverted U-shaped slab could relieve the damage of the AAC blocks layer dramatically. Furthermore, based on the finite element (FE) program LS-DYNA, the corresponding refined numerical simulations are performed. By comparing the experimental and numerical damage and vibration accelerations of the composite structures, the present adopted numerical algorithms, constitutive models and parameters are validated, which will be applied in the further assessment of drop impact effects of full-scale SFC and FA on prototype nuclear fuel reprocessing plant in the next Part II of this paper.

Earthquake resistance of structural walls confined by conventional tie hoops and steel fiber reinforced concrete

  • In the present study, the seismic performance of structural walls with boundary elements confined by conventional tie hoops and steel fiber concrete (SFC) was investigated. Cyclic lateral loading tests on four wall specimens under constant axial load were performed. The primary test parameters considered were the spacing of boundary element transverse reinforcement and the use of steel fiber concrete. Test results showed that the wall specimen with boundary elements complying with ACI 318-11 21.9.6 failed at a high drift ratio of 4.5% due to concrete crushing and re-bar buckling. For the specimens where SFC was selectively used in the plastic hinge region, the spalling and crushing of concrete were substantially alleviated. However, sliding shear failure occurred at the interface of SFC and plain concrete at a moderate drift ratio of 3.0% as tensile plastic strains of longitudinal bars were accumulated during cyclic loading. The behaviors of wall specimens were examined through nonlinear section analysis adopting the stress-strain relationships of confined concrete and SFC.

Multi-factors Bidding method for Job Dispatching in Hybrid Shop Floor Control System

  • A shop floor can be considered as and importand level to develop a Computer Integrated Manufacturing system (CIMs). The shop foor is a dynamic environment where unexpected events contrinuously occur, and impose changes to planned activities. The shop floor should adopt an appropriate control system that is responsible for scheduling coordination and moving the manufacturing material and information flow. In this paper, the architecture of the hybrid control model identifies three levels; i.e., the shop floor controller (SFC), the cell controller(CC) and the equipment controller (EC). The methodology for developing these controller is employ an object-oriented approach for static models and IDEF0 for function models for dispatching a job. SFC and CC are coordinated by employing a multi-factors bidding and an adapted Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) prove applicability of the suggested method. Test experiment has been conducted by with the shopfloor, consisting of six manufacturing cells.

차세대 mBcN을 위한 5G+ 연동보안게이트웨이 (A Cooperative Security Gateway cooperating with 5G+ network for next generation mBcN)

  • 차기 mBcN에서는 초고속·초연결을 지원할 수 있는 무선망과 연계할 수 있도록 구축되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 5G 무선망과 mBcN의 연계하기 위한 연동망 구조와 연동에 필요한 연동보안게이트웨이의 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 연동보안게이트웨이는 gNB와 UPF의 사이에 위치하며 LBO 기능, SFC 기능 및 다양한 보안 기능을 제공한다. 제안하는 연동망 구조 및 연동보안게이트웨이를 통해 다양한 이점을 확보할 수 있다. 첫 번째는 mBcN망과 연결이 필요한 사용자 단말은 5G망의 무선망을 활용하여 mBcN망과 연결할 수 있다. 두 번째는 mBcN으로 전달되는 트래픽은 5G 코어망을 경유하지 않고 mBcN으로 전송되어 5G 코어망에 망부하를 야기하지 않으면서 종단간 전송 지연을 감소시킬 수 있다. 마지막으로 군응용체계 패킷이 5G코어망으로 전파되지 않고 연동 보안게이트웨이와 연결된 기지국을 통해서만 mBcN과 연결할 수 있어 보안을 유지할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서는 5G 테스트배드 환경에서 실험을 통해 제안하는 연동 보안 게이트웨이의 LBO 기능, SFC 기능 및 보안모듈의 기능을 제공 가능함을 제시한다.

터빈엔진시험을 통한 제트연료 변경에 따른 엔진성능 변화 연구 (Study on the effect of Jet Fuel alteration on Turbine Engine Performances through Turbine Engine Test)

  • 제트연료변경에 따른 엔진 운용 특성 변화를 살펴보기 위해 JP-8 연료와 JP-S 연료를 사용하여 소형터 보제트엔진의 지상시험 및 고도시험을 수행하였다. 비중이 18% 높은 JP-S 연료에 대한 연료조절시스템 특성은 동일 연료공급명령에 대한 실 연료공급량이 JP-8 연료보다 8% 많이 공급되었다. 시동특성은 연료조절시스템의 명령 대비 공급량의 차이로 인한 점화시점 및 엔진 회전수 가속율 등의 변화를 제외하고는 유사한 특성을 보였다. 정상상태 성능 특성은 순 추력의 일부 구간을 제외하고는 순 추력과 공기유량, 배기가스온도 등 대부분의 엔진 성능 변수가 1% 이내로 유사하였으나 연료소모량만은 연료의 발열량 차이로 인해 최대 5 %이상 차이가 발생하였다. 이를 동일 추력 대비 비 연료소모율로 비교할 때 지상시험에서는 약 1.1~2.6 %, 고공환경시험에서는 5 % 이상 차이가 발생하였다.
