Purpose: The purpose of this is to identify the relationship among the age, body mass index(BMI) and exercise frequency(EF) with knee joint position sense in korean healthy women. Methods: Healthy women of 328 who participated in this study were tested knee joint position sense; reposition error was measured with a Myrin goniometer. Each reposition error was analyzed using descriptive statics, pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean reposition error by age groups was significant decrease getting older. The mean reposition error by BMI groups was significant decrease getting higher. And the mean reposition error by EF groups was significant decrease getting lower. The knee joint position sense showed a significantly correlation with age(r=0.36, p=.00), BMI(r=0.34, p=.00) and EF(r=-0.50, p=.00). The most powerful predictor of knee joint position sense was EF. The reposition error according to stepwise multiple regression is $3.36+(-2.64){\times}EF+0.13{\times}age$, and account for 46%($R^2=0.46$) of the variance in the knee joint position sense. Conclusion: The older the women are, for prevent of knee injuries due to decreased joint position sense, regular exercise is essential factor.

In a machine translation system, word sense disambiguation has an essential role in the proper translation of words when the target word can be translated differently depending on the context. Previous research on sense identification has mostly focused on adjacent words as context information. Therefore, in the case of nominal compounds, sense tagging of unit nouns mainly depended on other nouns surrounding the target word. In this paper, we present a practical method for the sense tagging of Korean unit nouns in a nominal compound. To overcome the weakness of traditional methods regarding the data sparseness problem, the proposed method adopts complement-predicate relation knowledge that was constructed for machine translation systems. Our method is based on a sentential form recovery technique, which recognizes grammatical relationships between unit nouns. This technique makes use of the characteristics of Korean predicative nouns. To show that our method is effective on text in general domains, the experiments were performed on a test set randomly extracted from article titles in various newspaper sections.

Environment problem has proposed in the world at large, the desire for environment conservation and one's value change which lay emphasis on lasting human sensibility are increasing. Constant human mind and ecology centered in space is presenting as future space design substitute plan which is based on fundamental material quality in the space such as environment and human ,naturalist or Green Design, pro-environment construction, sense design and etc. So, we intend to anthropocentric value and get out of satisfaction of function as the past physical environment equipment which is applied the elements of ecology based on the organized body and interaction with human. A form of sensitive space is divided into sentient space, expressing method and material, change of space according to the flow of time, and is expressed in a more segmented form of sensuality by being replaced into a new sensitive space through transaction with human, who occupy within the space. The space embodiment which is satisfied human sense regards as alternative plan intention for the future, through two subjects relativity between the elements of ecology and sense, we will find the influence of sense as each space trait of the elements of ecology, examine sense form in the space with the synthetic summary. It is significant presentation for the lasting space based on anthropocentric delightfulness as the design which moves human mind while designing the space for this pattern of sense space.

최근 대형의료기관을 중심으로 응급상황 내 환자를 보다 안전하게 진료하기 위해 Sense and Respond 기반의 의료정보 이벤트 모니터링 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이벤트와 모니터링 프로세스를 바탕으로 Sense and Respond 기반의 의료정보 이벤트 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였다. 시스템은 이벤트 정의, 이벤트 추출, 이벤트 전달 및 모니터링으로 구성되어, 보고자하는 의료정보를 실시간으로 파악 전달함으로써 실시간 대응이 가능하며, 실시간 정보 Tracking을 통해 병원 운영에 필요한 정보를 균형 있게 파악할 수 있다. 또한 이 벤트 전달을 통해 사안별 조기 대응으로 환자의 Safety 확보가 가능하며 병원의 업무상 다양한 문제점을 조기에 파악함으로써 업무의 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify relationships between experiential activity, ego-resilience, sense of community, and school life adjustment of middle school students and to provide the basic data that can contribute to the activation of experiential activities. Methods: 2,351 middle school students of panel survey conducted by National Youth Policy Institute were used in the final analysis. The structural equation model(SEM) was carried out to analyze structural relationships between experiential activity and ego-resilience, sense of community, and school life adjustment of the youth. IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 20.0. were used for the analysis of all data. Results: Experiential activities had a statistically significant positive effect on ego-resilience(p<0.001), school life adjustment(p<0.05), and the sense of community (p<0.001). Especially experiential activities acted on ego-resiliency, a sense of community, school life adjustment as an important parameter. Sense of community also showed to be an important mediating role between ego-resiliency and school life adjustment. Conclusions: In order to maximize the effectiveness of experiential activities, it is necessary to build the community networking enough to take full advantage of community resources and develop various experiential activities to meet the needs of youth and social change.

This study is on the esthetic characteristics of Christian Lacroix's haute couture works. The materials for the study are the precedent studies, the related literature, and the photographs of the works and the interview articles in fashion journal at home and abroad. The result of this study were finds three esthetic characteristics in his works and fashion philosophy; historic, ethnic, and hybrid sense. First, the historic sense, Christian Lacroix's biggest characteristic, is influenced by his major studies, but is not a revival from the past itself but a new characteristic based on borrowing and reinterpreting the images created by introducing and compromising the historic elements. Second, the ethnic sense is influenced by the growing background in his childhood and can be characterized as compromise among the multi-national design features. It is certified by the contrasting images, styles, expressions, materials, ornament elements, and so forth with the worldwide ethnic senses centered by the southern France and Spain. Third, the hybrid sense as the essential characteristic shows the uniqueness in his design by not only combining the modern materials, technologies, and futuristic emotion but also liberally compromising and associating the emotions based on a mixture among the follows; the historic representative styles, the foreign materials, the diversity between the Eastern and Western culture, and all elements, details, trimmings In the fashion design.

In this paper, a new rehabilitation training system was developed to improve equilibrium sense by combining virtual reality technology with a fixed exercise bicycle. The subjects consisted of two groups. A group of young people, was compared against a group of elderly. We measured three different running modes of virtual bicycle system with two successive sets. The parameters measured were running time, velocity, the weight movement, the degree of the deviation from the road, and the variables about the center of pressure. The repeated training, our results showed that the running capability of the elderly improve compared, In addition, it was found out that the ability of postural control and the equilibrium sense was improved with the presentation of the visual feedback information of the distribution of weight. From the results of this experiment, we showed that our newly developed system might be useful in the diagnosis of equilibrium sense or in the improvement of the sense of sight and, somatic, and vestibular sense of the elderly in the field of rehabilitation training.

Today, each country's cultural communications are carried briskly and Japan already showed a new trend of world fashion by accepting its own design with aesthetic sense to western Europe in 1970s and built the new area of Japanese fashion. This special traditional aesthetic sense, formed by social, cultural, geographic and religious conditions, is roughly divided into decorated and undecorated beauty; decorated one means splendidness, coquetry, exaggeration and was represented ornamental modification of nature object in dress pattern as ornamental expression means; undecorated one, based on Zen-thought, means simplicity, purity, ugliness and Japan gave rise to the new beauty by receiving and adapting continental culture to its culture openly and creating and developing its own beauty. This study aims to examine the aesthetic sense shown in Japanese traditional dress and understand how traditional beauty is used and applied to modern fashion and analyze the diversity of Japanese traditional aesthetic sense shown in modern fashion. For material analysis, total 220 were collected of photograph related to formative element existence according to aesthetic sense shown in Japanese traditional fashion design using literature research and visual data. The existences of Japanese image among them were confirmed by clothing and fashion department majors so that 7 pieces of which were selected as final analysis object. Likewise, the result suggests that Japanese traditional aesthetic sense creates global design based on folk element-used identity as well as new beauty by adapting continental culture to its culture openly and producing and developing its own creative beauty.

Objectives: This study aims at examining the association of sense of community with community participation for health promotion in urban areas of Korea. Methods: We analyzed data from 'Community Capacity for Healthy Gangdong Communites' Survey' in 2007. The survey was based on self-reported questionnaires, which were distributed to 1,800 community residents over the age of nineteen in five administrative communities of Gangdong-gu, Seoul, in Korea by using proportionate probability sampling method. We measured 'Sense of community' with four indicators including 'Good neighborhoods', 'Perceived possibility of cooperation', 'Pride of community' and 'Possibility of development' by using 5-point Likert scales. Community participation was measured with the experience rate or the extent of participation by 5-point Likert scales in seven community actions or activities including voting, community program planning, social actions, etc. We examined the association of sense of community with community participation by using regression analyses. Results: This study has shown that sense of community was associated with and made positive impacts on community participation in diverse community actions or activities in urban communities. Conclusions: For promoting community health in urban areas, we can increase community participation more effectively with the efforts of enhancing sense of community.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of humor sense on job satisfaction and turnover intention in clinical dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 277 dental hygienists in Chungnam from May to June, 2014. The instrument for humor sense was adapted from Thorson and Powell instrument by Lee and 20 questions. Each question included humor making and preference for humor and scored by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha in the study was 0.869. Job satisfaction was adapted from Smith Job Description Index and included task requirement, collaborate support, manager support, promotion, and wages and score by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha in the study was 0.827. Turnover intention was developed by Lee and 5 questions was score by Likert 5 scale. Crobach's alpha was 0.712 in the study. Results: The average of humor sense was 3.33, average of job satisfaction was 3.20, and average of turnover intention was 3.05. The sense of humor had a positive effect on turnover intention. Conclusions: This result will provide the high productivity and high quality of life in clinical dental hygienists. Humor sense is the important factor that support the job satisfaction and decrease the turnover intention.
