MST 알고리즘 기반 콘텐츠 전송 네트워크에 관한 연구 (Content Delivery Network Based on MST Algorithm)

  • 스마트폰의 증가와 PC 성능 향상으로 유무선 통신망에 트래픽이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 여기에는 페이스북, 유투브와 같은 멀티미디어 서비스와 파일 공유가 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다. CDN(Content Delivery Network)은 원거리에 있는 콘텐츠 사업자의 웹 서버에 저장된 콘텐츠를 이용자 근처 CDN 서버에 미리 저장, 콘텐츠 요구 발생 시 최적의 CDN 서버로부터 콘텐츠를 제공하는 콘텐츠 전송 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 요청 메시지 전달에 Minimum Spanning Tree(MST) 알고리즘을 응용한 SCRP(Shortest Core Routing Path) 알고리즘을 사용해 CDN 서버와 클라이언트의 콘텐츠 전달에 이용되는 전체 트래픽 양을 최적화하였다. 또한 HC_LRU 캐시 알고리즘을 통해 캐시 적중률을 향상시킴으로써 콘텐츠 요청에 대한 평균 응답시간을 단축시켰다. 제안한 SCRP와 HC_LRU 알고리즘을 통해 트래픽을 지역화하고 병목현상을 방지하여 네트워크 자원을 효율적으로 사용하는 확장성 있는 콘텐츠 전송 네트워크 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

Effects of a Self-Care Reinforcement Program for Socially Vulnerable Elderly Women with Metabolic Syndrome in Korea

  • Purpose: This study evaluates the efficacy of a Self-Care Reinforcement Program (SCRP) based on the Selection Optimization Compensation (SOC) model, in socially vulnerable elderly women with metabolic syndrome. Methods: This study adopts a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The participants were 64 socially vulnerable elderly Korean women with metabolic syndrome (experimental group: 31, control group: 33). Participants' body composition analysis, nutrient intake, risk factors of metabolic syndrome, depressive symptoms, and social network were measured. Data were analyzed with an independent t-test; statistical significance levels were set at p<.05. The SCRP, including metabolic syndrome education, nutritional education, exercise, and social network, was performed three times a week for 8 weeks. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups in terms of systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure, fasting blood sugar, triglycerides, sodium intake, depressive symptoms, and social networks. Conclusion: The SCRP is effective and can be recommended as a community health nursing intervention for socially vulnerable elderly women with metabolic syndrome.

치조제가 심하게 흡수된 하악 무치악환자의 나사-시멘트 유지형 임플란트 보철 수복증례 (Screw and cement retained implant prosthesis rehabilitation of mandibular edentulous patients with severely absorbed ridge)

  • Purpose: Prosthodontics for edentulous patients is a treatment technique using implant, which has impactful results in retention and support effects. Methods: As a retention technique, SCRP (screw and cement retained implant prosthesis) has reported in many studies as a beneficial method for both patients and curers, which can reduce errors in process of making abutment and top implant. Results: Prosthesis manufacturing, as polymerization method of hardened resin teeth with thermoplastic resin, is helpful for patients with aesthetic and financial situations regarding residual ridge and interocclusal relationship, also indicates reliable results in both retention and care. Conclusion: Using SCRP technique, we notably obtained a clinical and aesthetic outcome from five implants in anterior tooth, which are half fixable and detachable implants on screw of implant abutment by the technicians at anytime.

AN EFFICIENT DENSITY BASED ANT COLONY APPROACH ON WEB DOCUMENT CLUSTERING

  • World Wide Web (WWW) use has been increasing recently due to users needing more information. Lately, there has been a growing trend in the document information available to end users through the internet. The web's document search process is essential to find relevant documents for user queries.As the number of general web pages increases, it becomes increasingly challenging for users to find records that are appropriate to their interests. However, using existing Document Information Retrieval (DIR) approaches is time-consuming for large document collections. To alleviate the problem, this novel presents Spatial Clustering Ranking Pattern (SCRP) based Density Ant Colony Information Retrieval (DACIR) for user queries based DIR. The proposed first stage is the Term Frequency Weight (TFW) technique to identify the query weightage-based frequency. Based on the weight score, they are grouped and ranked using the proposed Spatial Clustering Ranking Pattern (SCRP) technique. Finally, based on ranking, select the most relevant information retrieves the document using DACIR algorithm.The proposed method outperforms traditional information retrieval methods regarding the quality of returned objects while performing significantly better in run time.

완전 무치악 환자에서 나사-시멘트 보철물(SCP: screw-cement prosthesis)을 이용한 임플란트 보철 수복 증례 (Retrievable SCP (screw-cement prosthesis) implant-supported fixed partial dentures in a fully edentulous patient: a case report)

  • 임플란트 보철물은 유지방법에 따라 크게 나사 유지형 보철물(screw-retained prosthesis)과 시멘트 유지형 보철물(cement-retained prosthesis)로 나눌 수 있으며, 이들 장점을 고려하여 만든 나사-시멘트 유지형 보철물(SCRP: screw and cement retained implant prosthesis)이있다. 나사-시멘트 유지형 보철물은 임플란트 지대주와 상부 보철물 사이의 시멘트 층이 보철물 제작 과정에서 발생하는 여러 오차를 보상하여 수동적 적합을 얻을 수 있으며, 임상 및 기공 과정이 간단한 장점과 더불어 임플란트 보철의 유지 관리를 위해 필수적인 탈 부착(retrievability)이 가능하다. 본 증례에서는 완전 무치악 환자를 대상으로 상, 하악에 각각 9, 8개의 임플란트(US II, OSSTEM, Seoul, Korea)를 식립하고 나사 구멍이 순측으로 향하는 부위는 시멘트 유지형, 다른 부위는 나사-시멘트 유지형태를 사용하여 복합형태의 나사-시멘트 보철물(SCP: screw-cement prosthesis)을 제작하였으며 3년 간의 정기 검사에서 기능과 심미적으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻어 이를 보고하고자 한다.

A prospective multicenter clinical study on the efficiency of detachable ball- and spring-retained implant prosthesis

  • PURPOSE. This prospective clinical study was conducted to evaluate the clinical usefulness of the freely detachable zirconia ball- and spring-retained implant prosthesis (BSRP) through a comparative analysis of screw- and cement-retained implant prosthesis (SCRP). MATERIALS AND METHODS. A multi-center, randomized, prospective clinical study evaluating the clinical usefulness of the detachable zirconia ball- and spring-retained implant prostheses was conducted. Sixty-four implant prostheses in 64 patients were examined. Periodic observational studies were conducted at 0, 3, 6, and 12 months after delivery of the implant prosthesis. Factors such as implant success rate, marginal bone resorption, periodontal pocket depth, plaque and bleeding index, and prosthetic complications were evaluated, respectively. RESULTS. During the 1-year observation period, all implants survived without functional problems and clinical mobility, showing a 100% implant success rate. Marginal bone resorption was significantly higher in the SCRP group than in the BSRP group only at the time of implant prosthesis delivery (P = .043). In all observation periods, periodontal pocket depth was slightly higher in the BSRP group than in the SCRP group, but there was no significant difference (P > .05). The modified plaque index (mPI) scores of both groups were moderate. Higher ratio of a score 2 in modified sulcus bleeding index (mBI) was observed in the BSRP group in the 6- and 12-months observation. CONCLUSION. Within the limitations of this study, the newly developed zirconia ball- and spring-retained implant prosthesis could be considered as an applicable and predictable treatment method along with the existing screw- and cement-retained prosthesis.

구강 내 디지털 인상채득을 통한 맞춤형 지대주와 시멘트 합착 후 나사형 임플란트 보철 수복 증례 (Customized abutment and screw-type implant prostheses after cementation based on the digital intra-oral impression technique)

  • 최근 디지털 인상채득 시스템이 개발되면서 이를 기존의 CAD/CAM 시스템과 접목한 인레이, 온레이, 크라운이나 간단한 계속가공의치 등의 고정성 보철물의 제작이 활발히 소개되고 있다. 그러나 임플란트 보철에서는 주로 기존의 아날로그식 인상채득 후 이를 스캔하여 제작하는 방법이 사용되어 왔으나, 구강 내 디지털 스캔한 데이터를 이용하여 나사형 보철물을 제작하는 술식은 아직 활발히 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 증례보고에서는 6명의 환자를 대상으로 구강 내 스캐너인 iTero를 사용하여 디지털 스캔을시행한후그중다섯명은맞춤형지대주와 시멘트 합착 후 나사형 임플란트 보철물(screw-retained implant prosthesis after cementation, or SCRP)을 제작하였고, 임상적으로 기능과 심미적인 측면으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하고자 한다.
