급격하게 변화하는 기업환경에 능동적으로 대체하는 기업만이 생존한다는 것은 역사적인 교훈이다. 21세기 디지털 경제시대에 있어서 e-비즈니스는 기업이 직면한 새로운 과제들중의 하나이다. 이에 따라 국내외 유수의 기업들은 정보기술 기반의 e-비즈니스 체제 구축에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 삼성SDI는 e-비즈니스를 기반으로 경영혁신 전략을 성공적으로 추진한 대표적인 사례이다. 삼성SDI가 e-비즈니스 체제 구축에 성공한 핵심적인 요인은 최고경영자의 확고한 디지털 경영의지, 경영혁신을 완성하는 도구로써 변화관리와 지식경영활동의 성공적인 수행, 그리고 임직원의 경영혁신 역량을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 교육훈련 프로그램을 들 수 있다. 삼성SDI의 경영혁신 노력은 프로세스 효율성과 고객 만족도의 향상으로 나타났고 이는 곧 탁월한 재무적 성과로 이어졌다.

This study deals with the friction and wear characteristics of C-N coated spur gear. The PSII apparatus was built and a SCM415 test piece and test gear with steel substrate was treated with carbon nitrogen by this apparatus. The composition and structure of the surface layer were analyzed and compared with that of PVD coated TiN layer. It was found that both of friction coefficients of C-N coating and TiN coaling decreased with increasing load, however, C-N coating showed relatively lower friction coefficient than that of TiN coating. We was investigated the effect of C-N coating on hardness, friction and wear. The TiN coated gear showed more serious friction phenomena than that of C-N coated gear. It was considered that coating of TiN, which was conducted at a vacuum chamber at about $500^{\circ}C$ results in a tempering of base material that causes microstructure change, which in turn resulted in decreasing of hardness. The C-N coated gear and pinion had higher wear resistance that of TiN coated gear and pinion. C-N coating significantly improved the friction and wear resistance of the gear.

We managed a Taeumin(太陰人) patient with pleural effusion due to heart failure. We diagnosed as Wiwan-suhan-pyohan-byung(胃完受寒表寒病), and treated with Jowiseungchungtang(調胃升淸湯), going with western medicinal management. His chief complaint was orthopnea, chest discomfort, cough. The state of patient was measured with patient's complaints and chest X-ray. We gained outstanding improvement on patient's chief complaints, but there was no particular change of chest x-ray until thoracentesis. In this case, it seems that cooperations of east-west medicine would be beneficial to treatment of patients.

Purpose The primary purpose of this case study is to report that a Taeumin patient diagnosed to Adrenoleukodystrophy was managed with Taeumin constitutional treatment. Subject A male patient diagnosed to Adrenoleukodystrophy that was treated Kyung-Hee Oriental Medicine. Result A Taeumin patients diagnosed to Adrenoleukodystrophy was treated with a herb-medicine and acupuncture treatment, and change of his subjective symptom & general condition was managed. Conclusion The consitutional treatment with herb-medicine and acupuncture may have an effect on Management of Adrenoleukodystrophy. Further study on management of this disease is needed.

시장 상황의 변화에 따라 상품의 효율적인 공급을 위해 기업은 한정된 예산 내에서 공급 사슬을 변화시킬 필요가 있다. 또한, 경쟁의 심화로 공급 사슬 내에서의 비용 절감뿐만 아니라 적절한 공급 사슬의 구성을 통해 상품의 정시 배송 등 고객 만족도를 높이는 것은 점점 더 중요한 요소로 고려되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 공급 사슬 확장에 따른 네트워크 재설계 문제를 다루고 있으며 이에 따른 수리 모형을 제안한다. 또한 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 예산 제한의 변화에 따른 총 가중 거리의 변화를 계산하여 경영진의 의사결정을 도울 수 있는 방법을 모색한다.

The purpose of this study is to remind the necessity of reengineering establishment of future-oriented fashion industry and to research the devices for the devices for the system establishment at this present time when the consumer\`s demands level is extremely high. This research has been done by the literature review of the relative articles, books and the case study. First, through the analysis of the important changes and movements of fashion industry environment by the environmental interpretation model of Draft and Weick, the strategic development, corresponding the environment change of fashion industry, has been attempted. Second, this study examined QR integration management method according to the Kunz\`s behavior theory of the apparel firms. Third, as the prior occupation strategy regarding the things can be done very well from now on the things are needed, the necessity and establishment of SCM, based on companionship and beyond the boundary between the companies has been studied through the exchange of the data of manufacture and sales which has been regarded as the secret of the companies. Finally, to become a company to lead the market, in addition to the re-organization of the internal process of a company with the leadership which has the clear vision for the consumer\`s satisfaction, the process have ti be integrated under the cooperation with its business partners and the cost have to be reduces, and the which takes to correspond to the consumer\`s requirements have to be reduced.

Future war needs a lot of changes for military organization. Specially, concept of the "Speed" is raised importantly after Iraq war of U.S. Armed Forces. So, He is a lot of studying supply chain for logistical support speed improvement. Korea Marine Corps has made an efforts to improve supply chain. However it is real that is putting various techniques by prescription rather than fundamental change. These simplicity prescriptions are not only systematic but also insufficient for Marine Corps' survival. In addition, Korea marine corps in actuality is depending on many members in marine and navy in feed chain. Thus it is not establishing even tactical, decision-making plan of operation for support ability cultivation. Therefore, in this study, with Sense and Response concept that is United States Marine Corps' support strategy, presented theoretical background and basis frame that serve that Korea Marine Corps's supply chain changes to perception reaction formation.

The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

This paper aims to study the impact of natural disasters on per capita income in Vietnam both the short and long-term, specifically impact loss of income caused by the extreme drought 2013 for agriculture, forestry and fishery in Phu Yen Province, Central Vietnam. The study valued economic damage by applying the synthetic control method (SCM), which is a statistical method to evaluate the effect of an intervention (e.g. natural disasters) in different case studies. It estimates what would have happened to the treatment group if it had not received the treatment by constructing a weighted combination of control units (e.g. control provinces). The results showed that the 2013 drought caused a decrease in income per capita, mainly in the agriculture, forestry, and fishery sector in Phu Yen. The reduced income was estimated to be VND 160,000 (1 USD = 23,500 VND (2021)) for one person per month, accounting for 11% of total income per capita and continued to affect the income 6 years later. Therefore, authorities need to invest in preventive solutions such as early and accurate warnings to help people to be more proactive in disaster prevention.
