In order to investigate pharmacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid(NSCL) and Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid(SCL), the effects of NSCL and SCL on cerebral ischemia and central nervous system were compared. Cerebral ischemia insult was performed using unilateral carotid artery occlusion in mongolian gerbils. The histological observations showed a preventive effect of NSCL and SCL treatments with ischemia-induced brain damage. The ATP in brain tissue was decreased in vehicle-treated ischemic gerbils. This decrease was prevented by NSCL and SCL treatment. In contrast to what was seen with ATP, lipid peroxide were elevated in vehicle-treated ischemic gerbils. This elevation was inhibited by NSCL and SCL treatments. While NSCL and SCL had no effects on the hexobarbital-induced sleeping time, they showed sedative effect in rotarod and spontaneous activity test. NSCL and SCL prevented the seizures induced by electric shock and strychnine, but the effect of NSCL was less than that of SCL. Furthermore, NSCL and SCL showed anti-stress effect. Our findings suggest that the pharmacological profiles of NSCL on cerebral ischemia and central nervous system are similar to those of SCL.

Objective : The aim of this study is to investigate the traits of psychiatric state on Hwabyung patients by using Symptom Check List-90-Rivision(SCL-90-R) Method : We studied 96 patients who visited Daegu Hanny University Oriental Medical Hospital from November 2003 to October 2004. Hwabyung Diagnostic Interview Schedule was conducted for diagnosis. And Symptom Check List-90-Rivision was carried out each group. Results & Conclusions : Hwabyung group was 22 persons among 96 patients 1. Hwabyung group has higher scores in all demensions of SCL-90-R than control group.(p<0.0l) 2. In female, Hwabyung group has higher scores in somatization, obsessive-compulsive, depression, hostility and psychoticism of SCL-90-R than control group. In male, Hwabyung group has higher scores in somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal-sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobic anxiety of SCL-90-R than control group. 3. In 20s&30s, Hwabyung group has higher scores in all demensions of SCL-90-R except psychoticism than control group. In over 40, Hwabyung group has higher scores in somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility and psychoticism of SCL-90-R than control group. 4. In Hwabyung group, male group has higher scores in hostility of SCL-90-R than female, and 20s&30s group has higher scores in interpersonal-sensitivity, anxiety and paranoid ideation of SCL-90-R than over 40 group.

IEC 61850 파트 6에는 변전소 구성 언어(SCL, Substation Configuration description Language)를 제시하고 있다. SCL은 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 기반으로 한 언어로서, 변전소 엔지니어링에 필요한 정보들을 제공한다. SCL 파일을 생성해주는 해외의 몇몇 제품이 개발되어 있으나, 사용자가 SCL 파일을 직접 확인해 봐야 할 때 보기 쉽게 분석해 주는 툴은 아직 없다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SCL 파일을 보다 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 툴의 프로토타입을 구현하고 이를 소개한다.

In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (NSCL), effects of Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (SCL) and NSCL were compared. In isolated rat aorta, NSCL and SCL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10$^{-6}$ M) regardless to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxing effect of NSCL and SCL. NSCL and SCL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NSCL and SCL significantly decreased heart rate. NSCL and SCL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NSCL and SCL had no effects on parameters of action potential such as resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude, APD$_{90}$ and V$_{max}$ at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NSCL and SCL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.s.

It is commonly understood that students' autonomous motivation and individualistic orientations and instructors' autonomy support are important for student-centered learning (SCL). However, few studies have examined this assumption. To help researchers and practitioners design more engaging SCL experiences across diverse cultural contexts, this study examines the associations of these factors with SCL engagement and how these associations compare in different cultures. University students in South Korea and the United States participated in a bold SCL assignment, called Pink Time, in which students decide what and how they learn. Linear, multivariate models were estimated in each context to identify and compare relationships between SCL engagement and student characteristics and perceptions. We found that engagement was high in both contexts. Autonomous motivation, individualism, and perceived instructor support each had significant associations with SCL engagement in South Korea. In the US, which had a smaller sample size, only perceived instructor support was significantly associated. These findings suggest that SCL strategies can be effective across cultures. Also, the narrower classroom context, specifically instructors' support, may be a stronger driver of engagement than the broader societal context. This study contributes to the scholarly discussion regarding SCL in diverse settings and offers several implications for instructors.

In this paper, a substation HMI based on IEC 61850 is proposed that uses SCL to have all information in substation to include standard concept of IEC 61850. A proposed substation HMI using SCL based on IEC 61850 expresses different display by each substation structure and component device change in substation. A proposed substation HMI is designed by IEC 61850 standard, and it suits for future substation HMI based on IEC 61850. A proposed HMI is proved by a program that is made by Visual C++ to use SCL file based on XML.
