Tungsten film was deposited on the single crystal silicon wafer in a low pressure chemical vapor deposition reactor from silane and tungsten hexafluoride in the temperature range of $250-400^{\circ}C$ Deposition rate was found to be determined by the mass transfer rate of reactants from the gas phase to the safter surface. It was found out that tungsten films deposited contained about 3 atomic $\%$ of silicon and that the crystallinity and the grain size increased as the deposition temperature was increased. The resistivity of the film was measured to be in the range of $7~25{\mu}{\Omega}-cm$ and decreased with increasing deposition temperature. The adhesion of the tungsten film on a silicon surface was measured by the tape peel off test and it was improved with increasing deposition temperature. From the analysis of the gas composition, the reaction pathway to form $SiF_{4}$ and $H_{2}$ was found to be more favorable than HF formation.
Background: In 1997 the Korean Association of Medical Journal Editors (KAMJE) instituted a program to evaluate member journals. Journals that passed the initial evaluation were indexed in the KoreaMed. Here, we report changes in measures of quality of the KAMJE member journals during the last 20 years. Methods: Quality measures used in the study comprised 3 assessment categories; self-assessment by journal editors, assessment of the journals by KAMJE reviewers, and by Korean health science librarians. Each used detailed criteria to score the journals on a scale of 0 to 5 or 6 in multiple dimensions. We compared scores at baseline evaluation and those after 7 years for 129 journals and compared improvements in journals indexed vs. not-indexed by the Web of Science (Science Citation Index Expanded; SCIE). Results: Among 251 KAMJE member journals at the end of 2015, 227 passed evaluation criteria and 129 (56%) had both baseline and 7-year follow-up assessment data. The journals showed improvement overall (increase in median [interquartile range; IQR] score from baseline, 0.47 [0.64]; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.44-0.61; P < 0.001) and within each category (median [IQR] increase by editor's assessment, 0.17 [0.83]; 95% CI, 0.04-0.26; P = 0.007; by reviewer's, 0.45 [1.00]; 95% CI, 0.29-0.57; P < 0.001; by librarian's, 1.75 [1.08]; 95% CI, 1.77-2.18, P < 0.001). Before the foundation of KAMJE in 1996, there were only 5 Korean medical journals indexed in the MEDLINE and none in SCIE, but 24 journals in the MEDLINE and 34 journals in SCIE were indexed by 2016. Conclusion: The KAMJE journal evaluation program successfully contributes improving the quality of the member journals.

The temperature and the composition dependence of the dielectric properties of the solid solution materials in the system $xBa(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_{3}\[BZN]-(1-x)\Sr(Zn_{1/3}Nb{2/3)O_{3}\[SZN]$ at microwave frequency was studied. The dielectric constant and unloaded Q were $40.5{\pm}0.5,5980{\pm}100$ respectively for BZN at 10 GHz and $36.9{\pm}0.5,2700{\pm}100$ for SZN at 10.2GHz. The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency was $+27.5ppm/{\circ}C$ for BZN and $-39.1ppm/{\circ}C$ for SZN. The results also showed that 0.3 BZN-0.7 SZN is the most temperature-stable composition among xBZN-(1-x) SZN solid solutions. In this case, the dielectric constant, the unloaded Q and $\tau_{f}$ at 9.8GHz were $41.5{\pm}0.2,2920{\pm}100$ and $-3.5ppm/{\circ}C$, respectively.

Recently, the requirements for high precision and efficiency machining are gradually increased to raise international competitiveness at the industrial fields of automotive and gears. This trend had made effects on the industrial fields in Korea and which needs further studying of high accuracy and efficiency machining. This study is to investigate the effects of Jig type chuck for roundness improvement in CNC turning machining of high stage speed gear. After hobbing machining, Dimensional change before and after heat treatment was very largely generated. In order to solve this problem was to develop a jig type chuck. After the heat treatment, the operation of the chuck which was the most distinguished equipment among Jig type chuck(0.006mm), Scroll type chuck(0.05mm) and Bolt type chuck(0.04mm). Therefore, Jig type chuck was satisfied the requirement from the actual field(0.02mm).

Realistic deformation of computer simulated anatomical structures is computationally intensive. As a result, simple methodologies not based in continuum mechanics have been employed for achieving real time deformation of virtual reality. Since the graphical interpolations and simple spring models commonly used in these simulations are not based on the biomechanical properties of tissue structures, these "quick and dirty"methods typically do not accurately represent the complex deformations and force-feedback interactions that can take place during surgery. Finite Element(FE) analysis is widely regarded as the most appropriate alternative to these methods. However, because of the highly computational nature of the FE method, its direct application to real time force feedback and visualization of tissue deformation has not been practical for most simulations. If the mathematics are optimized through pre-processing to yield only the information essential to the simulation task run-time computation requirements can be drastically reduced. To apply the FEM, We examined a various in verse matrix method and a deformed material model is produced and then the graphic deformation with this model is able to force. As our simulation program is reduced by the real-time calculation and simplification because the purpose of this system is to transact in the real time.
In this paper, we analyze the research / technology trends of electric vehicles from 2001 to 2014, through keyword analysis using paper data published in SCIE or SSCI Journal on electric vehicles, time series analysis using patent data by IPC, and network analysis using nodeXL. also we predicted promising technologies of electric vehicles using one of the prediction methods, weighted moving average method. As a result of this study, battery technology among the electric vehicle component technologies appeared as a promising technology.

As is well known, cooperative sensing can significantly improve the sensing accuracy as compared to local sensing in cognitive radio networks (CRNs). However, a large number of cooperative secondary users (SUs) reporting their local detection results to the fusion center (FC) would cause much overhead, such as sensing delay and energy consumption. In this paper, we propose a fast cooperative sensing scheme, called double threshold fusion (DTF), to reduce the sensing overhead while satisfying a given sensing accuracy requirement. In DTF, FC respectively compares the number of successfully received local decisions and that of failed receptions with two different thresholds to make a final decision in each reporting sub-slot during a sensing process, where cooperative SUs sequentially report their local decisions in a selective fashion to reduce the reporting overhead. By jointly considering sequential detection and selective reporting techniques in DTF, the overhead of cooperative sensing can be significantly reduced. Besides, we study the performance optimization problems with different objectives for DTF and develop three optimum fusion rules accordingly. Simulation results reveal that DTF shows evident performance gains over an existing scheme.
In the context of an increased demand in universities' expansion of networks between other innovation actors, this research attempts to make a comparison on university-centered SCIE knowledge networks between regions. Using regional comparison, we have looked into these networks in regards to their characteristics, the importance of regional boundaries, and the effect of the regional industrial policy. As a result of this comparative analysis, we discovered that the point universities and research universities hold high centrality in regional knowledge networks, and that the characteristics of regions are reflected into this network. For instance, the Gyeonggi province had a preeminent level of industry-academy relationship, while for Daejeon it was public research institutions and academy, and Gangwon province it was between academy between academy. As a network analysis based on journals above SCIE levels, regional boundaries were not very clear in the network structures. However, within these boundaries, the impact of regional industrial policies were proven to be stronger in the Gang-won province where the academy-academy network was most prominent. The implication of this research outcome is that for regional innovation, government should more actively implement policies that can link academic institutes' knowledge to industry by expanding knowledge networks. In addition, we emphasize on the necessity of a regionally-appropriate policy, rather than a generalized industrial policy. And fundamentally, in regards to innovation, establishing a sound industrial infrastructure for regional development and efforts to link relevant actors are required.
The Korean Society of Ginseng (KSG) was founded on September 26, 1975 with approximately 100 members. The first issue of the Korean Journal of Ginseng Science was published in English on December 1, 1976. However, the journal in English version lasted only one year, and the journal was instead published in Korean from 1978. In 1998, the names of the ginseng society and the journal were changed to the Korean Society of Ginseng and Journal of Ginseng Research (JGR), respectively. Four issues ofJGR were published in that year. JGR has again been published in English from Vol. 34 starting in 2010 and has been indexed in SCIE and SCOPUS since 2010 and PubMed Centralsince 2012. Since 2016, JGR has been published by the Elsevier. The impact factor (IF) of JGR has continuously increased - from the first IF of 2.259 in 2012 to 3.898 in 2015, and 5.487 in 2019. This year, the IF ofJGR ranked second among 122 domestic SCI journals and won first place worldwide in Integrative & Complementary Medicine category. The Society has published the semi-annual news magazine, Korean Ginseng Research and Industry since 2007. In March 2019, in addition to the scientific JGR, the Korean Society of Ginseng published the first issue of the Journal of Ginseng Culture on humanities and social sciences related to ginseng. To enhance international academic exchanges of ginseng, KSG organized for the first time, the 7th International Symposium on Ginseng (ISOG) in 1998. Afterwards, the ISOG has been held every four years, and the proceedings have been published. The KSG has also published various books, including Understanding of Korean Ginseng, Ginseng Research during the Past 20 Years, and 30-year History of the Korean Society of Ginseng, etc.

Objectives: This study aimed to assess the status of the Journal of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JKACAP) and propose measures for its growth and development. Methods: The study was conducted using a questionnaire survey targeting members of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The six key elements analyzed were Access to the journal, Convenience following conversion to English, Recognition as an international journal and institutional achievements, Author perspectives on manuscript submission, Transition to an online-only journal, and Content and identity of the journal. Results: The survey revealed that email notification was highly effective for Journal Accessibility, with the website and search engines also frequently being used by members. Conversion to English in 2018 initially impacted readability and submission rates, but these concerns have decreased over time. However, the Recognition of JKACAP as an international academic journal was still not on par with SCIE journals, highlighting the need for further efforts towards SCIE inclusion. Despite these challenges and limited research opportunities, there was an active intention among members to submit manuscripts. Respondents showed a notable preference for the Transition to an online-only journal. Regarding content and identity of the JKACAP, members predominantly favored review articles and perceived the journal as a research and communication platform for Korean child and adolescent psychiatrists. Conclusion: The results indicate the need for JKACAP to enhance its digital accessibility, provide more support for domestic and international authors, and actively seek SCIE indexing. Addressing the varied content preferences of its members, improving the submission process, and transitioning to an online-only format could further its growth and solidify its position as an internationally recognized academic journal in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.
