OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access)는 차세대 이동통신을 위한 새로운 다중접속 방식으로 널리 고려되고 있으나 PAPR(Peak-to-Average Power Ratio)이 높다는 단전을 가지고 있으며 상향링크 시스템을 위해서는 OFDMA의 단점을 보완한 방법인 SC-FDMA(Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access)가 제안되었다. 그러나 SC-FDMA는 고차변조 방식에서 성능이 떨어지고 다중안테나 시스템에 불리하며 자원할당의 유연성이 부족하고 자유로운 파일럿 패턴을 가지기 어렵다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 항상 최적의 성능을 얻기 위해서는 각 단말의 환경에 따라서 SC-FDMA나 OFDMA를 적절히 선택하여 사용할 수 있는 방법이 필요하며 SC-FDMA의 파일럿 구조도 OFDMA와 유사한 형태를 가져서 동일한 형태의 프레임 구조를 가질 수 있어야 한다. 기존의 SC-FDMA 파일럿 삽입 방법이 전체 SC-FDMA 심벌을 이용하거나 별도의 작은 SC-FDMA 심벌을 이용하는데 반해서 이 논문에서는 SC-FDMA 데이터의 일부분에 파일럿을 삽입함으로써 SC-FDMA 프레임이 OFDMA 프레임과 동일한 구조를 가질 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 실험은 삼채에 발생하는 점박이응애의 효율적인 약제방제전략의 기초 자료를 확보하고자 시판되고 있는 10종의 살비제에 대해 약제감수성과 포장 방제효과를 평가하였다. 점박이응애 암컷 성충에 대한 실내감수성 평가 결과 Abamectin EC, Pyflubumide SC, Cyenopyrafen SC, Acequinocyl SC가 100%의 살비효과를 나타내었고, Pyflubumide SC, Acequinocyl SC, Etoxazole SC는 부화율이 0%로 나타나 100%의 살란효과를 나타내었다. 실내감수성 평가에서 살비효과가 우수했던 Abamectin EC, Pyflubumide SC, Cyenopyrafen SC, Cyflumetofen SC, Acequinocyl SC를 대상으로 포장검정을 평가한 결과, 약제처리 7일차에서 모든 처리구는 90.3% 이상의 방제가를 나타내었다.

본 논문에서는 SC 적분기와 SC Lossy 적분기로 구성된 SC필터에서 위상에러를 제거하기 위한 LDI 클럭방법 및 SC Lossy 적분기의 댐핑항에서 허수부분을 제거할 수 있는 방법을 제시하여 LDI 5차 elliptic 저역통과 SC 필터를 설계하였다. SC 필터 CMOS OP=AMP를 전원전압 ${\pm}$5V, MOSIS 2-${\mu}$m double-poly double-metal n-well CMOS 공정파라미터로 설계하여 SC 시뮬레이터인 SCANAP 프로그램을 통해 시뮬레이션 한 결과 설계된 SC 필터특성이 개선되었다. 집적회로를 위하여 MOSIS 2--${\mu}$m double-poly double-metal n-well CMOS 설계규칙에 따라 레이아웃 하였다.

The age hardening behavior and mechanical properties of an extruded Al-Zn-Mg-(Cu)-0.1 wt.%Sc alloy were investigated with the Sc addition and ageing temperature. The results showed that the $Al_3Sc$ compounds were formed by Sc addition and distributed preferentially along the extrusion direction. The age hardening of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-0.1 wt.%Sc alloy which was treated by T6 process was more significant than that of Al-Zn-Mg-0.1 wt.%Sc alloy. The tensile property of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu+0.1 wt.%Sc alloy was also higher than that of Al-Zn-Mg-0.1 wt.%Sc alloy, which is 691 MPa and 584 MPa in strength and 9% and 11% in elongation, respectively.

The aim of this study is to find ways to apply the strategic communications to the Republic of Korea Navy. It may be a little bit late for the ROK Navy to accommodate the SC in these days because the adoption and implementation of the SC by the Combined Forces Command has already been begun. It was in 2007 when the SC was in place in the CFC. ROK's Ministry of National Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff have also mulled over the SC and begun to apply it in part in the annual exercises such as Key Resolve command post drills and Foal Eagle field training exercise, etc. For the ROK Navy, in addition to those exercises, it is faced with further areas like North Korean maritime provocations and other maritime incidents where its version of SC is needed. As noted, the SC is not intended to deter or defend directly those provocations and incidents, but aims to create conditions favorable to the achievement of the navy's strategic objectives. The ROK Navy has to establish a SC planning center and implementing organizations within the Headquarters to be consistent with its above organizations such as MND, JCS, and CFC that have already applied the SC in part or in entirety. SC center and other related organizations need to be under the control of VCNO and the center needs to be located and administered by the policy division in N-5 at the HQs. The vision of the navy's SC is the winning without combats and the least damages in time of war. In other for the navy to reach the vision, the strategies to be executed are early establishment of SC implementing organizations, forming consensus over the need for the SC within the navy, strengthening core competencies to apply the SC, acquiring the SC experts and making doctrines on the SC. The SC, in addition, in the navy has to be planned and implemented in not only peace time and crisis time but also war time.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-obesity effects of the aqueous extract of Schizandra chinensis (SC) in menopausal mice. Methods: To induce menopausal obesity, female mice were ovariectomized (OVX) and fed a high-fat diet (HFD; 60% fat, 28% carbohydrates, 14% protein) for 12 weeks. The mice were divided into 6 groups (n = 8): NOR (sham-operated and vehicle-treated), HFD+OVX (vehicle-treated), E2 (17-beta estradiol 50 ㎍/kg-treated), SC1 (1 mg/kg SC-treated), SC10 (10 mg/kg SC-treated), and SC100 (100 mg/kg SC-treated). Samples were orally administered for 6 weeks, after which all experimental mice were sacrificed. Body weight, feeding efficiency, white adipose tissue weight, adipocyte diameter, and fat vacuoles in liver were analyzed. Results: By treating with SC extract, the body weight and feeding efficiency of mice were significantly decreased. The weight of visceral fat tissues was decreased in the SC10 and SC100 groups. Histopathology showed that fat cell diameters of white adipose tissue were also decreased in the SC10 and SC100 groups. Additionally, SC extract regenerated the hepatocyte damage and decreased the size and number of follicular adipocytes Conclusion: In summary, these results suggest that SC has inhibitory effects against menopausal obesity. Schizandra chinensis may be a potential alternative for obesity among female menopausal diseases.

본 논문은 기존의 SC-FDE구조에 기반하여 협대역 재머 대응을 위한 새로운 SC-FDE 구조를 제안한다. 기존의 SC-FDE구조는 협대역 재머가 발생했을 시 높은 전력의 재밍 신호간섭에 의해 시간영역에서의 채널 추정이 어려워지고, 그로인해 데이터 복원 성능이 저하된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 협대역 재머가 발생했을 시 채널추정이 가능한 SC-FDE 프레임 구조를 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 주파수영역에서 채널추정이 가능한 변형된 SC-FDE의 구조를 제안하며 그에 따른 성능을 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 검증하였다.

IPTV 시스템에서 콘텐츠 및 서비스 제공자의 권익보호는 수신제한시스템(CAS, Conditional Access System) 및 디지털저작권관리(DRM, Digital Right Management)를 통해서 이루어진다. 특히 CAS의 경우, 계층화된 인증키를 사용하여 권한이 있는 사용자에게만 암호화된 콘텐츠를 복호화할 수 있도록 한다. 하지만 CAS가 콘텐츠 제공자와 스마트카드(SC, Smart Card) 사이 구간만의 보안을 제공하기 때문에 셋톱박스(STB, Set-Top Box)와 SC 간 보호 받지 못하는 채널을 도청하는 McCormac Hack 공격이나 SC 복제 공격으로부터 시스템을 보호할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 McCormac Hack 공격뿐 만 아니라 SC 복제 공격에도 강건하면서 다중 STB를 지원할 수 있는 SC / STB 인증 기법을 제안한다. SC 복제 공격을 막기위해 SC등록 단계에서 STB와 SC를 바인딩하였던 기존 기법은 다중 STB환경을 지원하지 못한다. 제안하는 시스템은 가입자관리시스템에서 STB 정보를 IPTV의 양방향 채널 특성을 이용하여 동적으로 갱신함으로서 사용자의 다중 STB를 효과적으로 지원한다.

지금까지 수행된 개구부가 존재하는 벽체에 대한 연구는 대부분 RC 벽체에 대해서 수행되었으며, SC(Steel plate Concrete) 벽체에 설치되는 개구부에 대한 연구는 수행된 예가 적다. 최근에 국내에서 개발된 SC 벽체는 원전구조물에 일부 적용되고 있지만, 관련 설계기준인 KEPIC-SNG에서도 개구부를 갖는 SC 벽체에 대한 설계법은 명확하게 정의되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 원전구조물내 벽체에 설치되는 SC 벽체를 대상으로 개구 저감률이 구조내력에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 개구 저감률을 고려한 구조내력 평가 결과는 실험 및 수치해석 결과와 비교분석하였다.

Kokubun (1983) reported the local time variation of normalized amplitude of sudden commencement (SC) with a strong day-night asymmetry at geosynchronous orbit with 81 SC events. Further careful inspection of Kokubun's local time distribution reveals that the normalized SC amplitudes in the prenoon sector are larger than those in the postnoon sector. That is, there is a morning-afternoon asymmetry in the normalized SC amplitudes. Until now, however, there are no studies on this SC-associated morning-afternoon asymmetry at geosynchronous orbit. Motivated by this previous observation, we investigate a large data set (422 SC events in total) of geosynchronous SC observations and confirm that the geosynchronous SC amplitudes is larger in the morning sector than in the afternoon sector. This morning-asymmetry is probably caused by the enhancement of partial ring current, which is located in the premidnight sector, due to solar wind dynamic pressure increase. We also examine the latitudinal and seasonal variations of the normalized SC amplitude. We find that the SC-associated geosynchronous magnetic field perturbations are dependent on the magnetic latitude and season of the year. This may be due to the location of the magnetopause and cross-tail currents enhanced during SC interval with respect to geosynchronous spacecraft position.
