Let $X_1$, $X_2$, $\cdots$ be identically distributed negatively associated random variables with $EX_1\;=\;0$ and $E|X_1|^3$ < $\infty$. In this paper we prove $lim_{{\epsilon\downarrow}0}\;\frac{1}{-\log\;\epsilon}\sum\limits_{n=1}^\infty\frac{1}{n^2}ES_n^2I\{|S_n|\;{\geq}\;{\sigma\epsilon}n\}\;=\;2$ and $lim_{\epsilon\downarrow0}\;\epsilon^{2-p}\sum\limits_{n=1}^\infty\frac{1}{n^p}$ $E|S_n|^pI\{|S_n|\;{\geq}\;{\sigma\epsilon}n\}\;=\;\frac{2}{2-p}$ for 0 < p < 2, where $S_n\;=\;\sum\limits_{i=1}^{n}X_i$ and 0 < $\sigma^2\;=\;EX_1^2\;+\;\sum\limits_{i=2}^{\infty}Cov(X_1,\;X_i)$ < $\infty$. We consider some results of i.i.d. random variables obtained by Liu and Lin(2006) under negative association assumption.

Objectives : The Major Essentials of Huangdi's Internal Classics Plain Questions (黃帝內經素問大要, MEHP) is one of the late-Chosun's literate physician Lee Gyoojoon (李圭晙, 1885-1923)'s main work, which is known to have logically proofread the Huangdi's Internal Classics Plain Questions (黃帝內經素問, HP). This study aims to examine two elements of the text: (1) the types of MEHP currently in circulation; (2) the types of publications of HP to be the MEHP's original script. Methods : In this study, basically bibliographical analyses of the form and contents was utilized about the types of MEHP and HP. However, to compare the sentences and phrases between prints, I've used 20 examples that Qian Chaochen (钱超尘) had proposed in his preceding studies. Also, regarding Lee Wonse (李元世)'s proofreading on the MEHP in 1999, I've used interviews of his students. Results : First, I've discovered that there are three versions MEHP in circulation: the woodblock printed version; Lee Wonse's handwritten version; Lee Wonse's proofreading version; and confirmed that Lee's proofreading version should be regarded as good version of MEHP. Also, I've discovered the possibility of other types of printed versions of the MEHP in existence, which is considered Lee's handwritten version's original draft. Second, I've confirmed that the original script of HP, which Lee Gyoojoon utilized for MEHP, is indeed not Gu Congde (顧從德) printed version HP, however, is the Chosun's bureau for military drill (訓練都監) printed version HP. Conclusion : Through this study, I've provided strong evidence that Lee Gyoojoon's MEHP is a unique and original research completed within the traditional realm of Korean medicine, which possesses the universality of Eastern Asian medicine represented by Huangdi's Internal Classics (黃帝內經).

In a previous study, a gst gene was isolated from the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe. This gene was dubbed gstI, and was characterized using the gstI -lacZ fusion plasmid pYSH2000. In this work, four additional fusion plasmids, pYSHSDl, pYSHSD2, pYSHSD3 and pYSHSD4, were constructed, in order to carry (respectively) 770, 551, 358 and 151 bp upstream regions from the translational initiation point. The sequence responsible for induction by aluminum, mercury and hydrogen peroxide was located in the range between -1,088 and -770 bp upstream of the S. pombe gstI gene. The same region was identified to contain the nucleotide sequence responsible for regulation by Papl, and has one puta­tive Papl binding site, TTACGTAT, located in the range between $-954\~-947$ bp upstream of the gstI gene. Negatively acting sequences are located between -1,088 and -151 bp. These findings imply that the Papl protein is involved in basal and inducible transcription of the gstI gene in the fission yeast S. pombe.

Rose $Bengal-^{131}$ /I, $Hippuran-^{131}$ /I, $H.S.A-^{131}$ /I 등을 효과적으로 합성하기 위해 표지 반응액의 pH, 염의함량, 반응액중의 완충용액의 부피 및 합성장치등에 따르는 표지 반응수율을 검토하였다. Rose $Bengal-^131{ }$I 및 $Hippuran-^{131}$ /I 의 반응수율은 PH 5.6에서, $H.S.A-^{131}$ /I 반응수율은 pH 8.5에서 각각 가장 좋았다. 반응액중에 함유된 염은 $Hippuran-^{131}$ /I의 생성반응을 크게 저해 시켰으며 H.S.A.의 표지수율은 어느 범위안에서 오히려 약간 향상시켰다. Rose $Bengal-^{131}$ /I 나 $Hippuran-^{131}$ /I 를 소규모 합성할 경우는 밀폐된 용기가 효과적이었다. 이상의 결과에 따라 더 높은 표지수율과 좋은 재현성을 얻을 수 있는 반응조건을 확립하였으며 이에 따라 환원제가 함유된 국산 $Na^{131}$ /I를 사용하더라도 Rose $Bengal-^{131}$ /I과 $Hippurn=^{131}$ /I의 표지수율을 높일 수 있었다.

In this paper we extend the Zemanek's characterization of the Browder spectrum for a commuting n-tuple operators in $L(H)$ and show that if $T = (T_1, \cdots, T_n)$ is Browder then there exists an n-tuple $K = (K_1, \cdots, K_n)$ of compact operators and an invertible commuting n-tuple $(S_1, \cdots, S_n)$ for which $T = S + K$ and $S_i K_j = K_j S_i$ for all $1 \leq i, j \leq n$.

Salmonella I 4,[5],12:i:- was a monophasic variant of Salmonella (S.) Typhimurium and notorious for re-emerging candidate which would replace S. Typhimurium DT104 for antibiotic resistance. Recently, isolation rate was increased on human and industrial animals but there was no case in domestic animals but human in Korea. This was first isolation case from domestic animals in Korea. The five isolates from feces of duck (n = 3), chicken (n = 1), and wild bird (n = 1) showed antibiotic resistance against cephems and aminoglycosides. These means that the spread of emerging bacterial pathogens to domestic animals and the need of systemic management for Salmonella I 4,[5],12:i:-.

이핵 화합물, $Ag_2$[Phen]_2[S_2P(OPr)_2]_2$(Phen=1,10-phenanthroline; Pr=propyl)은 비스(디프로필디싸이오포스페이토) 은(|)화합물과 1,10 펜안트로린 리간드 반응에 의하여 합성되었고, 그 화합물 구조는 X-ray에 의하여 규명되었다. 두 디프로필디싸이오포스페이토 리간드는 두 개의 은 원자를 연결하여 팔각형 $Ag_2S_4P_2$ 고리를 형성하였고, 1,10-펜안트로린 리간드는 은 이온과 결합하여 사면체구조를 이루었다. Ag-S 결합거리는 2.471(1)와 2.567(1) ${\AA}$이었고, Ag-N 결합 거리는 2.3666(3)와 2.471(3) ${\AA}$이었다.

연구 목적은 부정교합과 부분무치증 등의 치과 문제의 배경으로서 사람 진화에 따른 치열의 변화 양상을 고찰하는 것이었다. 사람은 분류학적으로 동물계, 척추문, 포유강, 영장목, 고등영장아목, Hominoid(상위인과), Hominid(인과), Homo(인속), sapiens(종)이다. 최초의 Hominid는 약 400만년 전에 출현한 Australopithecus로서 직립보행과 치열의 변화가 특징이었고, Homo속은 약 250만년 전에 출현한 최초의 석기 제작자 H. habilis를 시작으로, H. erectus, H. neanderthalensis 등이 나타났다가 사라지면서 현생 인류인 H. sapiens에 이르렀다. 원시포유류의 I3 C1 P4 M3의 치열은 원시영장류의 I2 C1 P4 M3, 고등영장류의 I2 C1 P3 M3, Hominoid의 I2 C1 P2 M3로 변화하였고 H. sapiens는 I2 C1 P2 M2의 치열로 변화하고 있다. Hominoid의 상자형 치열은 Australopithecus의 오메가형 치열을 거쳐 Homo의 포물선형 치열로 변화하였다. 치아의 크기가 계속 감소하였고 특히 견치의 크기와 성적 이형성이 감소하였다. 뇌 크기가 증가하고 악골의 크기가 감소함에 따라 치열은 두개관에 대해 후하방으로 이동하였다. 녹말이 풍부한 주식으로의 변화, 식품 가공, 요리 기술의 발달이 저작의 필요성을 감소시켜 치열 변화를 촉진하였다는 가설이 제기되었다. 지구 역사에서 극히 최근에 나타난 신종으로서 지구 전역에 퍼져 대량 멸종을 일으키고 있는 H. sapiens의 미래는 불투명하다. 부분무치증과 부정교합은 사람 진화에 따른 치열 변화와 관계가 있는 것으로 보이며 앞으로 증가할 가능성이 있다고 사료된다.

In an effort to increase of the antitumor activity of 2(S)-$2^{I}$,$5^{I}$-trihydroxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflavanone isolated from Scutellaria indica, we synthesized its analogues, II, III and IV. They showed potent cytotoxicity in vitro against cancer cell lines, L1210, K562 and A549. On the basis of $ED_50$ values against the cancer cell lines, III exhibited about 2-7 times stronger activity than I against various cell lines. We tested the antitumor activity of the analogues against Sarcoma 180 cells in vivo and evaluated the structure-activity relationship. The antitumor activity appeared to be related to the hydrogen bond between carbonyl group at C-4 and hydroxyl group at C-5, in contrast to cytotoxic action.

감시정찰을 위한 임무장비의 고도화와 다변화는 공용데이터링크의 대용량화에 대한 요구로 이어지고 있다. 해외에서는 고고도 무인기인 Global hawk에 T4급(274Mbps) 공용데이터링크가 적용되었고, 국내에서도 다양하게 연구개발 중이다. 본 논문에서는 공용데이터링크의 T4급 이상의 대용량 전송을 위해 유럽 위성방송 규격인 DVB-S2 프레임 구조에 데이터 전송속도 손실을 최소화하면서 SNR 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 파일럿을 추가 적용한 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 구조의 성능평가를 위해, 무인기 데이터링크 채널 환경을 모사하여 DVB-S2와 성능을 비교분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 구조에서 DVB-S2 대비하여 T4급 전송속도에서 0.15% 전송속도의 손실이 발생하였지만, 무인기 채널 환경에서 0.2~0.3dB의 향상된 SNR 수신성능을 확인하였다.
