In this article, we have designed SHA, which has 12 Bit resolution at an input signal range of 1 $V_{pp}$ and operates at a sampling speed of 100 MS/s in order to use at front of high speed ADC. SFDR(Spurious Free Dynamic Range) of the proposed system drops to approximately 66.3 dB resolution when the input frequency is 5 MHz, and the sampling frequency is 100 MHz, however, the circuit without a feedthrough has 12 bit resolution with approximately 73 dB.

After making tea by steaming the Burdock(Arctium lappa) nine times and drying it nine times, the ingredients and functions of the Burdock tea were compared to those of M company. The tea's calories were 346.48kcal/100g, carbohydrates were 72.75g/100g, crude protein was 11.98g/100g, and crude ash was 5.01g/100g. The total of free sugars were 31.93mg/100, among them, fructose was 26.27, sucrose was 1.27 mg/100g. The inorganic material contents were 1,476.21mg/100g of potassium, 255.96 mg/100g of calcium and 311.41 mg/100g of magnesium. The saturated fatty acids were 40.73mg/100g and the unsaturated fatty acids were 59.27mg/100g, among which the linoleic acid was 41.28mg/100g, the palmitic acid was 33.11mg/100g, the oleic acid was 10.07mg/100g and linolenic acid was 7.92mg/100g. DPPH radical scavenging was 33.9% of teas that were developed, 2.3% of M's tea for comparison, and 37.2% of indiex material. ABTS radical scavenging were 90.7% of teas developed, 85.9% of M's tea and 37.2% of index materials, and SOD like activities were 11.3% of teas developed and 50.5% of M's teas. The flavonoid content was 2.6 fold of the tea developed, 2.9 fold of M's tea and 1.7 fold of index material. The polyphenol content was 33.8 fold of teas developed, 38.9 fold of the M's tea and 13.8 fold of the index material. The sensory evaluation compare to the one-time extract and the five-time extract. Based on the one-time extract, the color were 65.9 % of the five-time extract tea were developed, 12.8 % of the M's tea. Flavour were 78.0% of the tea developed and 33.3% of the M's tea, tastes were 71.4% of the tea developed, 20.7% of the M's tea. The cart for comparison showed that while the extract decreased as we developed it, the overall symbolism decreased to 21.4% after five time extracts, the developed tea decreased to 72.1%. We believe that the developed tea will have a greater effect on preventing and improving diseases as it has a stronger antioxidant function, more effective substances, and a higher level of symbolism than the comparative M squared tea and surface substance.
Background: S100A10, of the S100 protein family, is reported to be involved in cancer cell invasion and metastasis. The aims of the present study were to immunohistochemically examine S100A10 expression in surgically resected lung adenocarcinomas, and evaluate any relationships with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of patients. Materials and Methods: S100A10 expression was immunohistochemically studied in 202 consecutive resected lung adenocarcinomas, and its associations with clinicopathological parameters were evaluated. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate the effect of S100A10 expression on survival. Results: S100A10 expression was detected in 65 of the 202 (32.2%) lung adenocarcinomas, being significantly correlated with poorer differentiation (P =0.015), a higher pathological TNM stage (stages II and III) (P=0.004), more frequent and severe intratumoral vascular invasion (P=0.001), and a poorer prognosis (P=0.030). However, S100A10 expression was not an independent predictor of survival after controlling for clinicopathological factors. Conclusions: The present study reveals that S100A10 is expressed in a subset of lung adenocarcinomas, and this is related to some clinicopathological parameters, although further studies are required to confirm the correlation between S100A10 expression and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients.

This work proposes a 10b 100MS/s 27.2mW $0.8mm^2$ 0.18um CMOS ADC for WLAN such as an IEEE 802.11n standard. The proposed ADC employs a three-stage pipeline architecture and minimizes power consumption and chip area by sharing as many circuits as possible. Two multiplying DACs share a single amplifier without MOS switches connected in series while the shared amplifier does not show a conventional memory effect. All three flash ADCs use only one resistor ladder while the second and third flash ADCs share all pre-amps to further reduce power consumption and chip area. The interpolation circuit employed in the flash ADCs halves the required number of pre-amps and an input-output isolated dynamic latch reduces the increased kickback noise caused by the pre-amp sharing. The prototype ADC implemented in a 0.18um n-well 1P6M CMOS process shows the DNL and INL within 0.83LSB and 1.52LSB at 10b, respectively. The ADC measures an SNDR of 52.1dB and an SFDR of 67.6dB at a sampling rate of 100MS/s. The ADC with an active die area of $0.8mm^2$ consumes 27.2mW at 1.8V and 100MS/s.

This work describes a 3 V 12b 100 MS/s CMOS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) for high-speed communication system applications. The proposed DAC is composed of a unit current-cell matrix for 8 MSBs and a binary-weighted array for 4 LSBs, considering linearity, power consumption, chip area, and glitch energy. The low-glitch switch driving circuit is employed to improve the linearity and the dynamic performance. Current sources of the DAC are laid out separately from the current-cell switch matrix core. The prototype DAC is implemented in a 0.35 urn n-well single-poly quad-metal CMOS technology. The measured DNL and INL of the prototype DAC are within $\pm$0.75 LSB and $\pm$1.73 LSB, respectively, and the spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) is 64 dB at 100 MS/s with a 10 MHz input sinewave. The DAC dissipates 91 mW at 3 V and occupies the active die area of 2.2 mm ${\times}$ 2.0 mm.

The electronic and adsorption structures of Mg and p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene (p-TBCA) adsorbed onto a Ge(100) surface under a variety of sample conditions were characterized using high-resolution photoemission spectroscopy (HRPES) and their corresponding DFT calculation results. Interestingly, after 0.10 ML p-TBCA molecules had been adsorbed onto a Ge(100) surface, subsequent adsorption of a small amount of metallic Mg (~0.10 ML) resulted in the formation of a capped structure inside the pre-adsorbed p-TBCA molecules. The adsorption structures resulting from further deposition of Mg (~0.50 ML) onto the Ge(100) surface were monitored based on the surface charge state and Mg 2s core level spectrum. Work function measurements clearly indicated the electronic structures of the Mg and p-TBCA adsorbed onto the Ge(100) surface. Moreover, we confirmed that three different adsorption structures are experimentally favorable at room temperature through DFT calculation results.
5-fluorouracil (5-FU), a pyrimidine analog, is a widely used anticancer drug, which works through irreversible inhibition of thymidylate synthase. In the present study, it was investigated the anti-proliferative effects and molecular mechanisms of 5-FU using Ewing's Sarcoma CHP-100 Cells. The present data indicated that treatment of 5-FU to CHP-100 cells induced a G1 phase arrest of the cell cycle in a time-dependent manner. 5-FU-induced G1 arrest was correlated with the accumulation of the hypophosphorylated form of the retinoblastoma protein (pRB) and association of pRB with the transcription factors E2F-1 and E2F-4. Although 5-FU treatment did affect the levels of cyclin-dependent kinases, the levels of cyclin A and B were markedly down-regulated as compared with the untreated control group. In addition, 5-FU-induced G1 arrest of CHP-100 cells was also associated with the induction of apoptosis, as determined by apoptotic cell morphologies, degradation of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase and Annexin V staining. Furthermore, 5-FU induced the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential with up-regulated pro-apoptotic Bax expression, down-regulated anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 expression and cytochrome c release from mitochondria to cytosol. Collectively, the data suggest that 5-FU is effective in inducing cell growth reduction and apoptosis, in part, by reducing phosphorylation of pRB and activating mitochondrial dysfunction in CHP-100 cells.

This infrared optical link If was implemented using commercial 0.25 um 1-poly 5-metal CMOS process. The chip consumes 25 mW at 100 Mb/s with 2.5 V supply voltage excluding buffer amplifier. The die area of prototype IC is 1.5 mm $\times$ 1 mm.
A study was undertaken to examine the effect of curing agents on the stability, curing and segregation of R plasmid pSL100. And also the stability, transfer frequency, and recombination of its segregants obtained from curing agent treatment were studied. Ethidium bromide, acridine orange, and mitomycin-C were used as curing agent. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The curing agent ethidium bromide, acridine orange, and mitomycin-C were not effective for curing the multiple antibiotic resistant determinant of pSL100 in Salmonella typhimurium and Escherichia coli. However, they induced plasmid segregation with high frequency in S.typhimuruim LT-2strains. TcApSmCm, TcSmCmKm, TcApCm, TcAp, TcKm, Tc segregants were obtained. 2. The resistant markers of the segregents were transferred to S.typhimurium LT-2 strains with high frequencies whereas they were transferred to E.coli K-12 only with low frequencies. 3. The transconjugants obtained from conjugation between two different S.typhimurium segregants were similar to the phenotype of the original R factor pSL100 and the resistant markers were transferred to the S.typhimurium LT-2 or E.coli strain with equal frequencies, indicating that they are recombinants. 4. The transconjugants obtained from conjugation between pSL100 segrgants and pKM101, or pBR322 possessed the resistant markers of the two parental plasmids and they were transferred to both S.typhimurium and E.coli K-12 strains with the same frequencies and maintained stably, suggesting that they are also recombinants. 5. The recombinant pSL100 could be also obtained in rec A-strains of E.coli, suggesting that the gene function of rec A is required for the recombination of pSL100 segregants in E.coli.
The effect of NeemAzal-T/S was tested by leaf disk method on fecundity, egg mortality, and preference of twospotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae and its predator mite, Amblyseius womersleyi in the laboratory. Mortalities of T. urticae and A. womersleyi adults were 97.7% and 20.0%, in 100ppm treatment at 72 h after application, respectively. The mean number of eggs laid per T. urticae female adult were 0.0 and 18.5, and those of A. womersleyi were 1.6 and 2.9 at 100 ppm and 0 ppm concentrations, respectively. Hatchability of T. urticae eggs treated with 50 and 100 ppm were 52.8%, and 2.5%, respectively, and those of A. womersleyi eggs were 100% and 91.3%, respectively. Choice and no-choice tests revealed that T. urticae female preferred to alight and oviposit on untreated bean leaf disk with 13.8 to 18.2 eggs per female. In contrast, A. womersleyi female preferred on treated or untreated bean leaf equally. There was no significant differences in the number of consumption of T. urticae eggs by A. womersleyi on treated and untreated bean leaves, except 200 ppm. These results indicate that NeemAzal-TIS is highly toxic to T. urticae, and is less toxic to A. womersleyi. It may be concluded with these results that NeemAzal-T/S could be incorporated into integrated T. urticae management system.
