Poly(3-alkylthiophene)의 전기화학적 도-핑과 그의 전기적, 광학적 성질 (Electrochemical doping of poly(3-alkylthiophene) and their electrical and optical properties)

  • FeCl$_{3}$등 천이금속 halides를 촉매로 이용하여 poly(3-hexylthiophene) 등의 가용성 polythiophene 유도체를 합성하였다. casting에 의해 작성한 필림은 전해중합 법에 의한 polythiophene 필림과 같은 특성을 나타낸다. Poly(3-hexylthiophene)의 용액 상태의 에너지 밴드 갭은 2.42(eV)이며 이것은 필림상태 보다 고분자 쇄간의 상호작용이 약하므로 밴드 갭이 더 크다. 또한 I$_{2}$를 도우프하면 고차 구조가 달라지므로 poly(3-hexylthiophene)은 polythiophene 보다 도핑속도가 더욱 빠르다.

  • Thin films of CdS were prepared from an aqueous solution containing Cd(Ac)$_2$, NH$_4$OH, NH$_4$Ac and (NH$_2$)$_2$CS for photovoltaic application. Growth rate of CdS films was increased with increasing temperature of reactive solution and with decreasing concentration of NH$_4$OH. Optical transmittances were more than 60%, independent with temperature and concentrations, and were changed with thickness of CdS films. Growth films mostly showed the presence of polycrystallines with mixed cubic and condition. The resistivities of CdS were decreased by doping boron and criticial amount of dopant was determined.

Analysis of Transport Characteristics for FinFET Using Three Dimension Poisson's Equation

  • This paper has been presented the transport characteristics of FinFET using the analytical potential model based on the Poisson's equation in subthreshold and threshold region. The threshold voltage is the most important factor of device design since threshold voltage decides ON/OFF of transistor. We have investigated the variations of threshold voltage and drain induced barrier lowing according to the variation of geometry such as the length, width and thickness of channel. The analytical potential model derived from the three dimensional Poisson's equation has been used since the channel electrostatics under threshold and subthreshold region is governed by the Poisson's equation. The appropriate boundary conditions for source/drain and gates has been also used to solve analytically the three dimensional Poisson's equation. Since the model is validated by comparing with the three dimensional numerical simulation, the subthreshold current is derived from this potential model. The threshold voltage is obtained from calculating the front gate bias when the drain current is $10^{-6}A$.

  • Polycrystalline CdS film have been prepared by coating a slurry constiting of CdS, CdCl2, various amount of InCl3 and propylene glycol on glass substrate and by sintering in a nitrogen atmosphere, and their sintering behaviors, electrical properties and optical properties have been investigated. As the amount of InCl3 increases, the enhancing effect of CdCl2 on sistering decreses resulting in a sharp decrease in optical transmittance and an increase in electrical resistivity. The carrier concentration is almost independent of InCl3 added due to the occurrence of chlorine doping and to the compensating effect of indium dopant. Microstructure an optical properties of CdS film, which contain CdCl2 and InCl3 before sintering, can be improved by sintering in a sealed boat.

  • Electrochemical properties of self-dopable poly(aniline N-butylsulfonate)s in various acidic medium were investigated by spectroelectrochemical techniques. Cyclic voltammetric study showed more than two reversible process of one electron transfer, the potential and peak intensity of which were dependent on the acid concentration and dopant ion. Spectroscopic study at different oxidation level indicated that the electrochromic switching of the poly(aniline N-alkylsulfonate)s film involves structural changes from benzenoid ring to quinoid ring. Spectrocyclic voltammetry together with impedance spectra of the PANBUS film in 0.1 M $LiClO_4$ solution of acetonitrile containing 0.46 M of perchloric acid showed two types of highly conductive states at the intermediate oxidation levels, which can be related to the metallic polaron states doped by two different process.

  • Electron injection improvement in OLED organic layers can be obtained by their doping or using alkaline-earth or alkali metals as electron injection layers (EIL). Common handling problems can be solved by an innovative metal dispensing technology to ensure controlled and reliable metal layers for OLED. Thickness and deposition rate of EIL during the process have been explored to optimize device performances.

높은 전기 전도성을 갖는 가용성 폴리피롤 합성 및 특성 (Synthesis and Characterization of Soluble Polypyrrole with High Conductivity)

  • 기능성 도핑제인 혼합 도판트[sodium di(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate(DEHSNa) Naphthalenesulfonic acid (NSA), DEHSNa Toluensulfonic acid (TSA), DEHSNa Dodecylbenzensulfonic acid (DBSA)], 혼합 산화제[$(NH_4)_2S_2O_8{\cdot}FeCl_3$, $(NH_4)_2S_2O_8{\cdot}Fe_2(SO_4)_3$]을 사용하여 높은 전기전도도를 갖는 유기용매에 가용성인 폴리피롤을 합성하였다. 산화제로 $(NH_4)_2S_2O_8$ (10wt%/vol.)을 사용한 Ppy-DEHS 분말은 혼합 도판트(DEHSNa NSA, 3 wt%/vol.)와 혼합 산화제[$(NH_4)_2S_2O_8{\cdot}Fe_2(SO_4)_3$, 4 wt%/vol.]을 사용한 경우보다 극성 용매(DMF)에서 높은 용해도를 나타내었다. 그러나, DMF 용매에서 제조된 혼합 도판트[DEHSNa NSA, 16 S/cm]와 혼합 산화제[$(NH_4)_2S_2O_8{\cdot}FeCl_3$, 13 S/cm]을 사용한 Ppy-DEHS 필름의 전기전도도는 $(NH_4)_2S_2O_8$ (2 S/cm)을 사용한 경우보다 더 높게 나타났다. 다양한 조건에서 제조된 Ppy-DEHS 필름의 전하전달은 모두 3차원 VRH mode{$\{{\sigma}_{dc}(T)={\sigma}_oexp[-(T_o/T)^{1/4}]\}$에 부합하였다.

  • 크롬이 도핑된 $LiFePO_4$ 분말이 도핑되지 않은 것보다 이차전지용 양극활물질로서 우수한 전기화학적 특성을 나타내었다. 이러한 향상은 도핑에 의해서 양극활물질의 전자전도도가 높아지기 때문인 것으로 생각되고 있다. 크롬과 또 하나의 전형원소가 도핑된 $LiFe_{0.965}Cr_{0.03}B_{0.005}PO_4$$LiFe_{0.965}Cr_{0.03}Al_{0.005}PO_4$의 전기전도도를 30에서 $80^{\circ}C$ 범위에서 측정하였다. 도핑된 분말은 유성밀에 의한 기계화학적 혼합을 한 후 675~$750^{\circ}C$에서 5~10시간 열처리하여 합성하였다. 이러한 도핑은 분말의 전기전도도를 높이고 입자 성장을 촉진시켰다. 크롬과 알루미늄이 도핑된 $LiFe_{0.965}Cr_{0.03}Al_{0.005}PO_4$ 분말의 $30^{\circ}C$에서의 전기전도도는 $1{\times}10^{-8}S/cm$이었으며, 이 값은 도핑하지 않은 것보다 두 자릿수 높은 값 이었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 이미 허가되어 시판되고 있는 D제약의 "티로파주"(대조약, 염산티로프라미드로서 1mL당 16.67mg 함유)와 S제약의 "티램주"(시험약)이 생물학적으로 동등한지의 여부를 판정하고자 시행되었다. 두 제제를 건강한 성인 남자 16인의 지원자에게 라틴방격법에 따라서 근육 주사한 후, 고체-액체 추출법으로 추출하여, GC/MS로 티로프라미드의 혈장 중 농도를 측정하고 이로부터 최고 혈장중 농도 (Cmax), 최고 혈장중 농도 도달시간(Tmax), 혈장중 약물농도-시간 곡선하 면적(AUC)에 대하여 식품의약품안정청(이하 식약청이라 함)과 서울대학교 약학대학이 공동 개발한 분산분석 프로그램에 의하여 분산분석을 행하였다. 정량을 위한 검정 곡선의 상관계수는 $R^2=0.998$로 좋은 직선성을 나타내었고, 검출한계는 0.1ng/mL였다.
