Internet related crimes are a crime which is inter-related with high specialization ${\cdot}$ technicality ${\cdot}$ leakage of information ${\cdot}$ intellectual-offence and deviant behavior. Without the accurate countermeasure, we can't achieve the desired end. So we should find out multilateral and general measure. Always crimes go in advance of the measure, so the counter measures against, computer crime can not be final. Nevertheless, we can't be careless in making the measure, but we should always consider a counter measure. 1995. 12. 29. our country revised criminal law and consolidated direct provisions, especially on the computer-hacking. But, inspite of the revision, especially on the computer-hacking. But, inspite of the revision, we have many problems'. So, first of all, through the positive and empirical study, we should revise criminal law and computer crime related provisions systematically. As the aspects and techniques of internet related crimes are always changing with the development of computer technology, there will be many problems with principle of legality, when we apply the existing abstract provisions to the new crime. We can not be lazy in studying the emerging internet related crimes and taking concrete shape of the provision. And it will be a big help to that desirable to import the foreign provision without consideration of our reality. Without the positive and empirical study on internet related crimes, sometimes important crime will be out of reach of the punishment. Due to these day's development of computer and technology of communication, the personal computers are widely supplied and especially PC communication and exchange of the informations became the most important function. With the advent of internet, new aspects of crimes are appearing. Up to now, the fraud by using the computer or the interference in the execution of duty by the illegal operation of computer was the leading aspects of computer crime, but nowadays with the advent of internet, database crime or network crime like the computer hacking became the important aspects of internet related crimes. These new aspects of internet related crimes are defusing into domains of traditional crimes. Nevertheless to follow and punish the acts on the internet is not technically easy, and as it is emerging international shape, to settle it by international law is not that easy. Harmful acts in the information-oriented society are very diverse in kinds and aspects, and it is difficult to enumerate. The point is that among the new acts in the information-oriented society we should decide which acts are to be punished and which acts are not to be punished. It is needless to say that the criminal law should be the last resort. But owing to the characters of the characteristics of the information-oriented society, when the traditional standards can be applied, the question of what is the basis and how it can be applied in a concrete way is not settled. And if it cannot be applied, how can we make new standard is also an unsettled question.

영웅은 희망을 발견하고 용기와 지혜를 주는 대상이자 오랜 역사를 통해 다양한 방면으로 개인과 사회를 변혁해왔다. 최근에는 영웅학이라는 새로운 학문 체계가 대두되는 등 고대의 전쟁영웅에서 현대의 평범한 시민영웅까지 영웅의 긍정적인 사회적 기능과 역할에 관심이 증대하고 있다. 그러나 영웅적 행위가 타인에게 미치는 부정적 결과로서 도덕 또는 윤리문제는 큰 주목을 받지 못하고 있다. 구체적으로 말하면, 영웅적 행위 속의 타인은 행위의 수혜자뿐만 아니라 그 행위의 구체적 대상도 포함된다. 영웅적 행위의 수혜자들이 얻게 되는 이익의 관점에서 윤리 문제가 거론되며, 행위 자체가 영웅적 행위의 직접적인 대상을 포함하여 사회, 넓게는 국가, 좀 더 확장하면 우주 전체의 조화나 화합에 미치는 결과는 간과하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 이 연구는 영웅적 행위가 우주적 질서의 복구 또는 재편이라는 긍정적 측면과 생명의 파괴 또는 새로운 무질서의 탄생이라는 부정적 측면을 동시에 내포할 수 있다는 사실에 주목한다. 다시 말해, 영웅의 한계에도 주목할 필요가 있음을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국에서의 영웅에 관한 연구가 어떤 관점을 수용하고 있는가를 선행연구를 통해 조명해 볼 것이며 동시에 서구 영웅학의 관점에서 영웅 또는 영웅적 행위의 정의를 검토할 것이다. 또한, 대순사상에 비추어 한국적 영웅의 정의와 선천영웅의 한계를 개괄한다. 마지막으로, 더 나은 세상의 귀감이 될 성(聖)과 웅(雄)이 겸비한 진정한 영웅상을 논의할 것이다.

Many Policies were made to increase women's employment since the latter half of the 1980s in Korean. But work-family conflict of married women can not be solved without reducing the household work load, because all of Korean wives have the responsibilities of household work. So this study aims to establish the supporting system of household work in the women's policies. For this purpose this study examine the actual conditions for supporting the household work. And supporting system and strategies for policy making related to household work and suggested. Supporting system includes arrangement in household raise in social consciousness improvement of market circumstance establishment of relating acts and public facilities.

This article analyzes legal meaning and definition of medical practice examining Korean Supreme Court cases. Until now, there is no right answer about the meaning of medical practice and it is also hard to define of it. Moreover, not only Acts and regulations containing medical practice but also many cases ruling a person who practice medicine, the concept of medical practice involves various meanings. So, it has caused confusion. In order to solve this problem, this article divides the medical practice's meaning into range and nature within prohibition article of the Medical Act about unlicensed personnel who practice medicine. After providing a explanation of the meaning of medical practice according to amendment of the Act, this article disputes the meanings of the several cases following the amendment. And then analyzing non-medical person's unlicensed medical practice and medical person's unlicensed medical practice. In order to provide more accurate legal concept of medical practice when Korean government amends the Medical Act or making policies in this field, this classifying analysis approach should be needed. Looking at the result, in general, Korean Supreme Court has interpreted unlicensed prohibition clause of the Medical Act widely; not only non-medical person's unlicensed medical practice but also medical person's unlicensed medical practice. Therefore, this article suggests that the prohibition clause needs to be careful applying to non-medical practice. Because, in fact, even though there are some necessity of non-medical practice, there are no qualificatory or license system of non-medical practitioner in the Medical Acts or regulations forbidding whole non-medical practices. Furthermore, the Supreme Court has decided medical person's unlicensed medical practice too narrowly, thus it does not keep up with rapid change of medical development and people's demands these days. Regarding this subject, in order to take advantage of medical practitioners effectively and cope with increasing people's medical demands, this article proposes that medical person's unlicensed medical practice only to be prohibited in case of endangering our public health.

As performing arts including operas are getting popular these days, the importance of stage costumes is strengthened. Stage costume is one of the artistic requisites for opera performance, it plays an important role in describing the play's situation, the director's style and the person's character. Nevertheless the study regarding the opera's costumes is not active, especially the comparative study on the same opera's costumes performed by different opera companies have hardly been made. Therefore this study compared 5 Manon Lescaut opera performances: the Metropolitan Opera(1980), the Flemish Opera(1991), the Metropolitan Opera(2008), the Seoul Metropolitan Opera(2010) and the Vienna State Opera(2010) and made clear the difference between the four. From this study, we can get the following conclusions. First, the Metropolitan Opera's costumes in 1980 act and in 2008 act ascertained Rococo dressing. Because the costume designer for both acts was the same person, the general costume styles of the two acts are similar. Second, as for the Flemish Opera and Seoul Metropolitan Opera, there was a significant drop in fancy details and trimmings in the costumes. But the costumes made strong impressions dues to its color and luminosity contrast. Third, Vienna State Opera costumes had the boldest designs and it reflected modern designs as well. This study is meaningful in that it is based on the comparison study on the same opera stage costumes designed by different directors. Afterward this study is expected to contribute toward study on opera stage costumes and stage costume's development.

This thesis aims to show the design logics and the meta-design of a public restroom "Between You and Me." This work reinterprets a public restroom regarded as the typical public space by means of spatial agency's influences, on the assumption thor spatial agency controls the properties of public space. This thesis examines our representational system against the public space, and our specific experience in it with the conceptual model of meta-design. Meta-design is a design beyond the design usually we think of. Experiential meta-design, "Between You and Me" presented as the object of this thesis, is a constructive design project which converts our negative perception of the restroom to a new one, "interface." This project, composed of the surrealistic spatial arrangement, urges us to reconsider our fixed thoughts of the restroom and try a creative experience in it. Finally this thesis shows how the space's way of existence fixes our acts and thoughts, and what enables the repetitive acts and thoughts often emerged In our relations with the public space through a meta-design.c space through a meta-design.

The objectives of this research are (i) to review the legal nature of medicine & medical affairs law, (ii) to identify legal defects in terms of the adequacy and feasibility of its provisions and in terms of the structural order among related laws and acts, and (iii) to find out a rational way for revision of the law. Major findings of this research are as follows: 1) The main defects of the Medicine & Medical Affairs Law of Korea are shortcomings of provisions necessary for securing people's right as well as medical practitioner's responsibility and in adequacy to its post as a mother-law in medical fields. 2) Some provisions of the law are inconsistent with other laws and acts, especially with Health Insurance Law. 3) Medicine & Medical Affairs Law of Korea is required to be totally revised in order to keep up with situational changes and to function as a mother-law in its field. On the basis of these findings this study suggests that all the concerned parties would cooperate to renew the law into very sound feature of the mother-law in health field.

Owing to the lightening of railway vehicles and increased operation speeds, the reduction of running safety in the presence of crosswind is becoming an important problem. In particular, the running safety tends to decrease when vehicles run on curved track. When a crosswind acts on a vehicle negotiating a curve from the outer side, flange climbing can occur. In this study, a full-vehicle model was constructed using the multi-body simulation software SIMPACK, and a simulation of a bogie vehicle with two-axle trucks negotiating a curve was carried out to examine the running safety under the condition where a crosswind acts on the vehicle from the outer side of the curve. As a result, it was verified that the derailment coefficient of the first wheelset becomes large in the exit transition curve and the coefficient of the third wheelset does in the entrance transition curve, and this trend becomes pronounced at low operation speeds in the presence of a stronger crosswind. It was also shown that the critical derailment coefficients obtained by modified Nadal's formula considering the effect of attack angle become close to the actual derailment coefficients at the timing that flange climbing occurs.

The performance and inhibitory action of the aqueous extract of Cyperus Conglomeratus's leaves against corrosion of XC70 steel in a 1M HCl acid medium are studied by the determination of the weight loss, the potentiodynamic polarization curves analysis, and electrochemical impedance measurements (electrochemical techniques). The corrosion inhibitory efficiency of XC70 steel increases with the increasing concentration of the green inhibitor, however, the corrosion rate of the steel decreases. Weight loss measurements show that the maximum percentage corrosion inhibition efficiency is approximately 61.86%, while the analysis of the mixed character polarization curves shows that the inhibitor could achieve an inhibition efficiency of 86.96%. The electrochemical impedance study confirmed that the value of the charge transfer resistance (R_ct) increases and the value of the double layer capacity (C_dl) decreases with increasing concentration of the aqueous extract of Cyperus Conglomeratus's leaves, thus increasing the inhibition efficiency. The study showed that this aqueous extract acts by adsorption on the metal surface; this adsorption follows the Langmuir isotherm. This research work showed that Cyperus Conglomeratus leaves extract acts as an effective and eco-friendly inhibitor on mild steel in an acid medium.

In China, E-commerce live broadcast has emerged as the most popular and innovative online shopping form for today's consumers, and its "real-time interactive" feature can compensate for the communication delays of general online shopping. Based on the author's previous research it has been demonstrated that, in the E-commerce live broadcast environment, Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM) has become an important reference for consumers when making purchases. In this paper, we reconstructed the "IWOM-Purchase Intentions" model and use interaction (Auchor-Audience and Audience-Audience) as a mediating variable to empirically investigate the impact of IWOM on purchase intentions in E-commerce live broadcast. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of individuals who had experience in E-commerce live broadcast and 250 valid data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS21.0. The results show that: the interaction (Auchor-Audience) acts as a mediator between IWOM (strength of relationship; word-of-mouth quality and word-of-mouth timeliness) and purchase intention; And the interaction (Audience-Audience) acts as a mediator between word-of-mouth timeliness on purchase intention, but has no significant mediation on the impact on the strength of relationship and word-of-mouth quality to purchase intention. On this basis, recommendations are made for the implementation of IWOM marketing strategies for E-commerce live broadcast platforms and anchors.
