Morphological studies in the micro-end-to-end (m-E-E) and micro-side-by-side (m-S-S) aggregations were conducted by using of scanning electron microscope (SEM) for the samples precipitated by heating of the end-products of the transition of FormⅡ (left-handed helix, three peptides per turn, 31) Form Ⅰ (right-handed helix, 3.3 peptides per turn, 103) in poly(L-proline) (PLP) in acetic acid(water)-propanol (1:9 v/v) solvent. The observed morphology for the solide state shows a rope (or super helical) type and pebbles type aggregate for the (m-E-E) and (m-S-S) aggregate respectively. The viscosities were also measured during the heat-precipitation in order to elucidate the process of formation of the rope- and pebbles-type aggregates. The result for the (m-E-E) aggregations exhibit two steps, i.e., at first, the viscosity increases with time (step 1), thereafter it decrease until attain the last value (step 2). But the (m-S-S) aggregations show only one step in the decreases in viscosity. On the bases of all experimental results it is possible to propose a reasonable mechanism for the formation of the two types of aggregates of the (m-E-E) and (m-S-S).

In order to improve the existing S-57 standard, International Hydrographic Organization(IHO) has developed S-100 standard, a Universal Hydrographic Data Model(UHDM) expanded from ISO 19100 series standard to hydrographic area, and is in the process of its implementation. International Maritime Organization(IMO) has established CMDS based on e-Navigation strategy data standard as International Association of Lighthouse Authorities(IALA) established IHDM based on aids to navigation data standard and each data standard is linked with the S-100 standard. Fundamental concept and core principles of S-100 standard is suitable not only for the development of a wide range of hydrographic data and service production standard, including the next generation ENC, but also the development of product specification of non-hydrographic area. This study has examined the operation principle of S-100 standard and analyzed its implementation process as e-Navigation data in relation with ENC. It also noted the utilization of S-100 standard based e-Navigation and its potential effect via examining the development cases of S-100 standard-based product specification, such as nautical publication, ship reporting and pilot request, digital routing guide, tide and water level transmission and other important data cases of e-Navigation field.

IHO는 기존의 S-57 표준을 대체하고 수로정보 교환을 위한 공통 구조를 제공하기 위해 S-100 표준을 개발하고 S-100 표준화 체계 운영을 위한 S-100 표준 인프라를 개발 중이며, IHO 산하 실무그룹 및 프로젝트 그룹은 S-100 표준에 따라 S-10X 제품 표준개발을 수행하고 있다. S-100 표준에는 Portrayal process, Plug & Play, Interoperability 등의 신규 개념이 포함되어 있으므로, IHO는 이를 검증하기 위한 테스트 프레임워크 수립 하였다. 본 연구에서는 S-100 핵심 개념이 포함된 뷰어 기술을 현행 ECDIS 시스템에 적용하여 차세대 수로정보테스트 시스템을 개발한 결과를 소개하였다. 개발 결과물은 S-100 핵심 개념과 차세대 수로정보 시범 제작 결과를 검증하는데 사용하고, e-Navigation 사용자 시스템 개발로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study is analyse method for Industrial disester prevention of E-9 foreign workers. To do this, We adapted tp TRIZ 's creative problem solving theory and AHP, QFD. TRIZ is determined some parameters for problem solving and selected the inventive principles for each parameters. So, We made new parameters and inventive principles under theory of the TRIZ process for reduced to the foreign worker's disaster rate. After, The derived parameters and the inventive principles are used to evaluate the importance of factors through the AHP, and determine the weight of the relation through QFD expansion. Finally. this paper applies statistical data according to the determined model process, analyzes the result and proposes improvement method for the prevention of disaster of foreign workers.

In my former paper [3] I defined an almost periodicity of weakly sationary random processes (a.p.w.s.p.) and presented some basic results of it. In this paper I shall present some notes on the Fourier series of an a.p.w.s.p., resulting from [3]. All the conditions at the introduction of [3] are assumed to hold without repreating them here. The essential facts are as follows : The weakly stationary process $X(t,\omega), t\in(-\infty,\infty), \omega\in\Omega$, defined on a probability space $(\Omega,a,P)$, has a spectral representation $$X(t,\omega)=\int_{-\infty}^{infty}{e^{it\lambda\xi}(d\lambda,\omega)},$$ where $\xi(\lambda)$ is a random measure. Then, the continuous covariance $\rho(\mu) = E(X(t+u) X(t))$ has the form $$\rho(u)=\int_{-\infty}^{infty}{e^{iu\lambda}F(d\lambda)},$$ $E$\mid$\xi(\lambda+0)-\xi(\lambda-0)$\mid$^2 = F(\lambda+0) - F(\lambda-0) \lambda\in(-\infty,\infty)$, assumimg that $\rho(u)$ is a uniformly almost periodic function.

현재 시맨틱 웹 서비스 발견에 대한 연구는 OWL-S를 중심으로 LARKS프로젝트와 METEOR-S 프로젝트에서 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이들 프로젝트들은 OWL-S의 발견 요소를 모두 포함하고 있지 않고 발견 알고리즘을 개선할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 OWL-S의 발견 요소 중 기존 연구에서 고려하지 않은 프로세스 구조 매칭 알고리즘과 METEOR-S 프로젝트의 QoS 매칭에 대한 알고리즘을 개선한 QoS 매칭 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 서비스 분류 매칭과 비즈니스 패턴 매칭을 새롭게 정의한다. 마지막으로 사용자의 선호도를 고려한 매칭 통합 알고리즘을 제안한다.

For the application of simultaneous $DeSO_{2}\;&\;DeNO_{x}$ equipment using non-thermal plasma process to the industrial and power plants, the many types of plasma device and process were studied. The e-beam and pulsed plasma corona discharge process are outstanding for the study to apply commercial large-scale plant from among these. In this paper, non-thermal plasma of technical trends and the characteristics of system developed by Doosan heavy industries & construction Co., Ltd. are explained. We have researched pulsed plasma corona discharge process since 1994. At the basis of reasonable results for the pilot plant, we constructed the demonstration plant at a domestic coal-fired power plant in 1999, as the previous step for commercial use. In near future, enough information about designs and costs of commercial-size system will be obtained.

Polyurethane casting wing fairings included in F-5E/F 15% spar kit are to be installed on aircraft wing surfaces and used for compensating the changes of the aerodynamic configuration by the leading edge extension fairings. These fairing are mandatory items in repairing wing areas and was imported from foreign supplier with long term delivery and high cost. Accordingly, local manufacturing is necessary to get rid of above disadvantages such as long term delivery and high cost. Basic properties test of specimen to be developed and part's requirements after localization was taken and its values were similar or higher when comparing with the original's even in low temp test at -55C. Casting mold process was used to manufacture the polyurethane fairings and its demensional stability ＆ physical condition was proper and met to the related specification and drawing's requirements

정보화 시대로의 전환에 대한 요구를 충실하게 지원하고 점차적으로 인터넷을 이용한 비즈니스 거래와 분산 업무 처리 요구에 따른 e-commerce 환경으로부터 intranet과 extranet, 즉 고객 공급자 동업자 기업, 기관, 고용인등의 비즈니스에서 필요한 관계가 포함되어 통합되어진 e-busienss로의 어플리케이션이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 e-business 환경에서 사용자가 원하는 웹 애플리케이션이 정확하고 빠르게 구축될 수 있도록 e-business 컴포넌트 프로세스를 제안하며, 기존의 컴포넌트를 재사용 가능하도록 비즈니스 측면에서 컴포넌트 카테고리를 정하여 분류하고 통합을 통해 솔루션을 구축할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 e-business 컴포넌트 프로세스를 통해 이는 결국 분석된 모든 e-business 컴포넌트를 등록하고 검색 및 다운로드 할 수 있는 통합 시스템으로 제시되어진다. 기존의 컴포넌트는 분류를 통해 비지니스 측면의 컴포넌트로 재사용 가능하도륵 하며 현재의 B2B(Business to Business)를 원활히 하는데 목적을 둔다.
