Synthesis of Functional Lipid from Glyceryl Monooleate and Conjugated Linoleic Acid by Enzymatic Reaction (Glyceryl Monooleate와 Conjugated Linoleic Acid로부터 효소적 반응을 이용한 기능성 유지 합성)

  • Diacylglycerol (DAG) were synthesized by enzymatic esterification of glyceryl monooleate (GMO) and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in a shaking water bath. The reaction was catalyzed by Lipozyme TLIM (immobilized lipase from Thermomyces lanuginosa). Effects of reaction time, molar ratio, enzyme road and molecular sieves were studied. Results of normal-phase high performance liquid chromatography (NP-HPLC) analysis were performed. At 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 (GMO : CLA) molar ratio and Lipozyme TLIM of 20% amount, DAG were produced in 42.6, 54.4 and 54.6 area% in 1 hr, respectively. When different Lipozyme TLIM amounts (2, 5, 10, 20%) were used with 2:1 (GMO : CLA) molar ratio, DAG were produced 21.4 (24 hr), 51.7 (12 hr), 56.2 (6 hr) and 54.4 (1 hr) area%, respectively. The reaction in the absence of molecular sieves increased DAG contents. The maximum DAG concentration conditions were obtained with molar ratio of 2:1 (GMO : CLA), lipase concentration of 10% (of substrate), 10% molecular sieves and reaction time of 6 hours at 55$^{\circ}C$. Under this reaction condition, produced DAG-rich oil was composed of 69 area% DAG, 7.9 area% TAG, 2 area% FFA, and 21.1 area% MAG.

  • 최근 들어 무선인터넷 및 모바일 컴퓨팅 기술의 급속한 발전과 함께 향후 그 수요가 증대될 것으로 예상되는 분야가 위치기반 서비스(LBS: Location Based Service) 기술이다. 위치기반 서비스는 이동 통신을 통하여 사람 및 사물의 위치를 파악하고 이를 활용한 부가 응용 서비스로 국가 정보기술 인프라의 주요 영역을 점유하고 있는 GIS의 차세대 핵심 기술로 발전이 예상되는 분야이다[3][4]. 현재 3GPP나 3GPP2, OGC, LIF와 같은 여러 표준화 기구 및 산업체에서 위치기반 서비스와 이를 위한 시스템에 대한 연구가 진행중이며 위치기반 서비스를 위한 데이터 모델 표준화 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 상황이다. 위치기반 서비스를 위한 데이터 표준화 모델은 이미 구축된 공간 데이터베이스의 재사용과 위치기반 서비스들간의 상호 운용성을 지원할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 위치기반 서비스들 간의 상호 호환 및 통합을 가능하게 하고, 기존 공간데이터베이스와 연계하여 이 데이터를 위치기반 서비스에 활용하기 위한 공간 데이터 표준화 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 위치기반 서비스 표준화 사례를 조사하고, 위치기반 서비스를 위한 공간 데이터 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 OpenLS의 위치기반 서비스를 기본서비스로 하고, OpenGIS의 공간 데이터 모델을 기반으로 네 가지 기본 위치 데이터 타입과 모델의 요구 사항을 포함하는 공간 데이터 표준모델을 개발하였다. 위치기반 공간 데이터 표준 모델은 위치기반 서비스와 데이터들과의 연계를 쉽게 하고, 위치기반 서비스들 간의 상호 운용성을 높이며, 기존 사용자 시스템의 수정 없이 인터페이스만을 추가함으로써 표준을 수용할 수 있다.\pm}153.2,\;116.1{\pm}94,\;29.4{\pm}30.3,\;45.1{\pm}44$로 Mel 10군과 Mel 30군이 유의적인 감소를 보였으나(p<0.05) 이들 두 군 간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로, 랫트에서 복강수술 후 melatonin 10mg/kg투여가 복강 내 유착 방지에 효과적이라고 생각된다.-1}{\cdot}yr^{-1}$로서 두 생태계에 축적되었다.여한 3,5,7군에서 PUFA 함량이 증가한 반면, SFA 함량은 감소하여 P/S 비율, n-3P/n-6P 비율은 증가하는 경향이었으며 이는 간장의 인지질, 콜레스테롤 에스테르, 총 지질의 지방산조성에서도 같은 경향을 볼 수 있었다.X>$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월

Effects of Coir Substrate Application and Substrate Volume on the Growth and Yields of Strawberry in a Hydroponically Cultured System (딸기 수경재배에 코이어 배지 적용과 근권부 배지 용량이 생육 및 수확량에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to examine an alternative cultivating method that uses coir substrates in a hydroponically cultured system. Three treatment conditions were applied with one-layer substrate (10 cm height) with a coir chip and dust ratio of 5:5 (Treatment A), two-layer coir substrate (20 cm height) with a coir chip and dust ratio of 5:5 (Treatment B), one-layer coir substrate (15 cm height) with a coir chip and dust ratio of 7:3 (Treatment C). The control condition was a plastic container filled with a coir chip and dust ratio of 5:5. Various criteria were measured and compared between the treatments and the control. The yield of strawberry was smaller in the control than in the treatments. No significant difference in growth characteristic was found in the height treatments of the coir substrates. The net photosynthetic rate of the treatments was 14.68-15.76 µmol CO2·m-2·s-1. This does not show a statistically significant difference. The root activity was better in treatment B and C than in treatment A and the control. The length and width of leaves were measured as 4.04-4.13 cm and 3.26-3.34 cm. These results are not statistically significant. The leaf length and width ratio was 1.27 in the control and 1.24 in the treatments. The findings show that no statistically significant benefit was found when utilizing coir substrates with different height treatments in the hydroponic culture system. However, the harvested fruit per plant weights 72.38 g in treatment A and 48.69 g in treatment C. The number of harvested fruit was least in treatment C in which a coir chip and dust ratio of 7:3 was applied. Therefore, further research is needed to examine how the chip and dust ratio in coir substrate affects growth characteristics.

  • Comparative studies on suppression possibility with three phytoseiid mite species (An.thly,seiu,sw omersleyi Schicha. A. ,fidIrrc~i.Gs arman and T\ulcornerphlorlrotiiu.s oc~c~idetitaliNs esbit) to the two-spotted spider mite (Te~trrrt~yc.Iir~l~l\ulcorner.i\c .(re Kwh) on kidney bean leaves in field and greenhouse were carried out. In the field experiments with the initial prey -predator ratio of 4 : 1. I0 : I and 20: I . A. ,firllrrcis suppressed successfully the prey populations at all three ratios 17 days after the initial infestation. A. wornc,r-;leyi \uppressed the prey population only at the ratio of 4 : 1, while T. oc~c~ideritcr1iw.s as unable to suppress the prey population at all tested ratios. In the greenhouse experiments with the initial prey-predator ratio of 10: 1, A. jil1ltrci.s could suppress the prey population continuously during the infestation period. A. ~~otnc~r,slceoyuil d suppress the prey population for 13 days after the initial infestation, while T. occie1mttrli.s could suppress the prey population for 8 - 23 days after the initial infestation.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of gargling solution with 0.05% NaF and 10% Xylitol in orthodontic patients with fixed appliance. The sample consisted of 20 patients who were classified into an experimental group and a control group, 10 patients each. Experimental group was used experimental gargling solution and the control group was used with placebo solution. The change of S. mutans was analysed by culture on MSB and BHI agar plate pre and post 3, 6, 9 weeks. The results were as follows. 1 There were significant reduction in the number of S. mutans C.F.U. between pre and post 3 weeks(p<0.01), 9 weeks(p<0.05) in experimental group 2. There were significant reduction in the ratio of S. mutans C.F.U. to total C.F.U. between pre and post 3, 6, 9 weeks(p<0.01) in experimental group. 3. S. mutans, which were reduced until 3 weeks, did not show significant change after 3, 6, 9 weeks. 4. S. mutans were strongly suppressed until 3 weeks after gargling solution with 0.05% NaF and 10% Xylitol.

Characterization of Low-Trans Solid Fat from Canola and Fully Hydrogenated Soybean Oil by Lipase-Catalyzed Interesterification Reaction (효소적 에스테르 교환 반응 시 카놀라유와 대두극도경화유의 비율에 따른 저트랜스 고체지방의 특성)

  • Lipase-catalyzed interesterification of canola (CO) and fully hydrogenated soybean oil (FHSBO) at different weight ratios (70:30, 75:25, and 80:20) was performed in a batch type reactor to produce low-trans solid fats. Each reaction was conducted in the shaking water bath for various reaction times (1, 3, 6, 18 and 24 hr) at 70oC and 220 rpm using Lipozyme TLIM (20 wt% of total substrate) from Thermomyces lanuginosus. After 24 hr reaction, solid fat content (SFC) by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), fatty acid and triacylglycerol (TAG) composition of low-trans solid fats were determined. SFC of the products was reduced when the content of canola oil in the reaction mixture was increased. Major fatty acids were stearic acid (C18:0), oleic acid (C18:1) and linoleic acid (C18:2). Trans fatty acid content in the low-trans solid fats showed less than 0.3 wt%. In the HPLC analysis, major TAG species showed LOO (linoleyl-oleoyl-oleoyl), OOO, POO/SOL, SOO, and SOS.

Physicochemical Characteristics of Seasoned and Dried a Redlip Croaker, Pseudosciaena crocea Fillet (참조기 조미 건포류의 이화학적 특성)

  • To utilize the small redlip croaker, four kinds of seasoned fillet were produced. The nutrient composition, peroxide value and coliforms count of the products were determined, and sensory characteristics were evaluated. The seasonings consisted of the formula for commercial dried file fish added with water (A, control), green tea extract (B), rosemary extract (C) and soypaste with red pepper (D). The crude protein and carbohydrate contents of the products were in the range of 39~45% and 23~3l%, respectively. The lipid content of product B was the lowest, while that of product D was the highest among the tested products. All products showed similar amino acid profiles with a high content of glutamic acid, aspartic acid, glycine and lysine. The saturates in fatty acid composition were similar (50~51%) among the products. However, the polyenes were higher (17%) in product C than products A, B and D (13%). The peroxide value of product C was the lowest among the products. There were not significant differences in taste and color among the products.

Combination Dyeing of Triacetate/PET Blended Fabric with Disperse Dye (트리아세테이트/PET 혼방 직물의 분산염료 혼합염색)

  • The aim of this study is to find the optimal combination dyeing condition for the enhancement of dye uptake and union dyeing of the composite material fabric made of triacetate and quick drying PET blended yarn. For the experiment, fabrics were one-bath combination dyed using the mixed dye of E-type disperse dye(C.I Disperse red 50) and S-type disperse dye(C.I. Disperse red 92) to measure dyed fabric's dye exhaustion, dye uptake, color and color difference according to the diverse conditions including dying temperature, time and mixed ratio of the dye. Dye equilibrium of combination dyeing occurred in $100^{\circ}C$, but by comparing dyed fabrics' K/S value and surface color, it was found that $120^{\circ}C$ was where the manifestation of color of triacetate and quick drying PET was identical. Mixed dye exhaustion and dye uptake merely changed as dyeing time increased, but color became more uniform. Therefore, it can be concluded that by using combination dyeing method, and by using the mixed dye which the mixing ratio of S-type dye and E-type dye is appropriately controlled, dye uptake can be improved compared to using single dyeing regardless of the color of E-type dye.

A study on the capacitance-voltage characteristics of the CdZnS/CdTe heterojunction (CdZnS/CdTe 이종접합의 커패시턴스-전압 특성에 관한 연구)

  • In this work, we fabricated the CdZnS/CdTe heterojunction and investigated the C-V characteristics to determine the depletion width and the charge density distribution. A parallel experiment on CdS/CdTe heterojunction was also carried out for comparison. The depletion region width, for CdZnS/CdTe heterojunction, was nearly constant, regardless of bias voltage. However, the depletion region was wider than that of CdS/CdTe heterojunction due to high resistivity of CdZnS film. The interface charge density of CdZnS/CdTe heterojunction was increased linearly with the bias voltage and showed lower values than those for CdS/CdTe junction. The open circuit voltage of CdZnS/CdTe heterojunction solar cells increased with zinc mole ratio due to reducing of the electron affinity difference between CdZnS and CdTe films. However, the increase of series resistance due to the high resistivity of Cd1-xZnxS films results in reducing conversion efficiency.

Phylogenetic Relationship Among Four Species of Korean Oysters Based on Mitochondrial 16S rDNA and COI Gene (미토콘드리아 16S rDNA와 COI유전자에 근거한 한국산 굴류 4종의 유연관계)

  • Partial mitochondrial 16S rDNA and COI gene were amplified using PCR and sequenced for four species of oysters in Korea. Phylogenetic relationships among them were inferred from their aligned sequences by neighbor-joining method. The sequence comparison data of two mitochondrial genes showed that the genetic distinction between two oyster genera (Crassostreo and Ostrea) was obvious. Phylogenetic analysis based on the nucleotide sequences and A+T percentage of two genes indicates that C. gigas and C. nippona strongly formed a sister group and then C. ariakensis was clustered with the clade although that based on amino acid sequences of COI gene by neighbor-joining method represented different phylogenetic tree.
