Trans-fatty acids (TFAs) are defined as the sum of all unsaturated fatty acids that contain one or more non-conjugated double bonds in a trans configuration. Dietary trans- fatty acids originate from commercially hydrogenated oils and from dairy and meat fats. From the perspective of the food industry, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils are attractive because of their long shelf life, stability during deep-frying, and semisolidity, which can be customized to enhance the palatability of baked goods and fried foods. Although no definite differences have been documented so far between the metabolic and health effects of industrial and ruminant TFAs, the intake of industrially produced TFA has declined, and in Europe, the majority of TFAs are of ruminant origin. Due to the scientific evidence associating TFA intake with increased risk of coronary heart disease (CDH), the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) issued a final rule that requires the amount of trans fat present in foods to be declared on the nutrition label, by December 1, 2007. In addition, many food manufacturers who use partially hydrogenated oils in their products have developed, or are considering ways, to reduce or eliminate trans-fatty acids from certain food products.

The time therapy in oriental medicine is to reserch physiological activity and pathological variation with time, or time with disease. In that, this therapy is to research the development of disease, progress, diagnosis, treatment, and the meaning of preventive medicine. The theory of time therapy has been developed form heaven-human corresponding principle, and fourtimes of seasons is related with human life. After that, this theory affects in yin-yang five circle principle and organ-meridian match system. The independent development was formed later, but the origin has progressed for a logn times. in relation with time therapy, traditional acupuncture therory suggested five semen. In twenty century, the doctor rheinhold voll suggested energy exchange theory, this theory is based on time therapy, but has partial differance also too. His oppinion is this´ the energy present in the body has a circulation following the acupuncture teaching, i.e., the organs and their meridians are flooded in a certain sequence by this flowing energy. This maximum times of the organs are of physiologic and pathologic significance to man. In next time, we will discuss the indivisual theory in detail, and wil have comparison, and considering too.

It is shown that the symmetry of the incommensurate phase in Ba2NaNb5O15(BSH) belongs to the four dimensional superspace group C from an analysis of the systematic extinction or the rxtra reflections due to the incommensllrate structure. The resulting superstructure is characterizetl by the space group Ima2(C3l) and the origin of the incommensurability in BSN is briefly discussed. Especially. HREM image have shown the prrscnce of discommensurations. In addition. a group-theoretical consideration of structural phase transitions in BSN is suggested.

Objectives: I carried out this study for research on dizziness (瞑眩) reaction. Methods: I found 14 papers about dizziness reaction from 1994 to 2009 in China Academic Journal (CAJ) website, and synthesized these reports. Results: Dizziness reaction, presupposing that the diagnosis and treatments are correct, is a peculiar reaction which occurs with severe and various symptoms temporarily diverging from regular course. As dizziness reaction disappears, the symptoms of the disease are improved. Though it mostly occurs rapidly and disappears in a short time, it can occur after a long treatment or occur gradually in chronic diseases. As a general rule, the faster dizziness reaction occurs, the more severe the reaction. The faster dizziness reaction disappears, the quicker the recovery from illness. Upon catching a disease, healthy qi(正氣) and the pathogen (邪氣) fight each other. Just at that moment, if the medicine or acupuncture treatment hits the mark of the pathogen (邪氣), healthy qi(正氣) attacks the origin of the disease in full force. Thus, all symptoms disappear at a time and various reactions occur which we can't accurately determine. So, we can call it 'Right action', 'Improving reaction' or 'Adjusting reaction'. Conclusions: It is difficult for us to predict whether a dizziness reaction will occur. Thus, we don't have to seek dizziness reaction blindly, and must distinguish dizziness reaction from side effects or toxic effects. So, we must pay more close attentions to symptom changes.

The shortest-path searching algorithm must not only find a global solution to the destination, but also solve a turn penalty problem (TPP) in an urban road transportation network (URTN). Although the Dijkstra algorithm (DA) as a representative node-based algorithm secures a global solution to the shortest path search (SPS) in the URTN by visiting all the possible paths to the destination, the DA does not solve the TPP and the slow execution speed problem (SEP) because it must search for the temporary minimum cost node. Potts and Oliver solved the TPP by modifying the visiting unit from a node to the link type of a tree-building algorithm like the DA. The Multi Tree Building Algorithm (MTBA), classified as a representative Link Based Algorithm (LBA), does not extricate the SEP because the MTBA must search many of the origin and destination links as well as the candidate links in order to find the SPS. In this paper, we propose a new Link-Based Single Tree Building Algorithm in order to reduce the SEP of the MTBA by applying the breaking rule to the LBA and also prove its usefulness by comparing the proposed with other algorithms such as the node-based DA and the link-based MTBA for the error rates and execution speeds.

We describe a case of adult tracheoesophageal fisula incidentally found during laparotomy. A 41 year old male came to the emergency room due to multiple injuries from a car accident. An emergent laparotomy was given to the patient to rule out hemoperitoneum, and progressive distension of the stomach was noted with each positive pressure ventilation. The diagnosis of tracheoesophageal fistula was made via an intraoperative esophagogram. Detailed inquiry of the patient's history from his mother together with extensive destructive changes over the right upper lung field on the patient's chest X ray suggested that the fistula was longstanding and not of traumatic origin, obviating the need of urgent operation. The fistula was divided via the right thoracotomy 24 days later. Postoperative course was uneventful.

The purpose of this study is to explore the family as an interaction system, concentrating on the mutual influences between communication and family development; (1) how Communication patterns affect family relationships, and (2) how relationships among family members affect communication. In order to do this Galvin, Brommel used the following frame work; family is a system in which communication regulates cohesion and adaptability by a flow of message patterns through a defined network of evolving interdependent relationships. A family system consists of members, the relationships among them, the family attributes, the members attributes and an environment in which family functions. Within the framework of common cultural communication patterns, each family has the capacity to develop its own communication code based on the experiences of individual members and the collective family experience. Most of us develop our communication skills within the family context learning both the general cultural language and the specific familial communication code. Communication may be viewed as a symbolic, transactional process as the process of creating and sharing meanings. To say that communication is a process implies a continuous interaction of an indefinite large numbers of variables with a concomitant,. continuous change in the values taken by these variables. Finally the process implies change, Family functions include the primary functions of cohesion and adaptability, and supporting functions of family images, themes, boundaries, and biosocial issues. The primary functions reveal concepts integrated family interaction and supporting function, along with those of cohesion and adaptability, give shape to family life. the characteristics of developed relationships of richness, uniqueness efficiency, substitutability, pacing , openness spontaneity, and evaluation are reflected in the verbal and nonverbal behaviors with which family members negotiated a set of common meanings and develop thier own unique message system. The message system is the major element of communication process and influences both the form and the content of thier relationship and in create and share meanings. Family systems need to provide order and predictability for thier members, specifically focusing on communication rules and the networks by which messages are transmitted. Most rules emerge as a result of multiful interactions. There are basic rules and rules about rules, or metarules. Perceiving the rules of family system is very difficult because often family members don't think about the basic rules, much less the metarules. Breaking the rule may result in the creation of a new set because the system may recalibrate itself to accept more variety of behavior. Families develop communication networks to deal with the general issue. Family adaptability may be seen through the degree of flexibility in forming and reforming networks and networks become a vital part of the decision- making process and relate to the power dynamics operating within the family. Networks also play an integral part in maintaining the roles and rules operating with the family system. Thus networks and rules have mutual influence. The family -of -origin issues influence all aspects of family communication and account for many of the communication patterns, rules and networks and the role of the family -of-origin influences as a primary force for communication on behavior of newly forming systems. Each family system develops its own communication meanings. There is not one right way to communicate within a family but may be indefinitly large change of family life and communication behavior. Study on functional family communication helps to gain a better understanding of dynamics of family communication and ability of a new insight into the family.

Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to analyze the origins and texts of the Jewish scriptures, the Mishnah Moed, and to examine them from the perspective of educational theology to suggest practical application methods for Christian education. Research content and method: In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the contents were set as follows. First, for analyzing the origin and text of Mishnah Moed, the historical process until Mishnah Moed was edited was reviewed, and the contents of the text of Mishnah Moed were classified into 2 groups of 12 Masekkot from the viewpoint of the researcher; The first group is the contents Shabbath and Festivals : Shabbat, Pesahim, Yoma, Sukkah, Rosh haShanah, Megillah and the other group is as a rule to keep the festival, Erubin, Sheqalim, Betzah, Taanith, Moed Qatan, Hagigah. Second, in order to analyze the mishnah moed in educational theology, the church calendar for the festivals currently used in Christianity was analyzed by dividing it into the origin of the church year, the contents of the church year, and the scriptures of the church year. Third, as an educational model for applying Mishnah Moed to Christian education, the goal of seasonal education, the content of seasonal education, and the method of seasonal education were presented. Conclusions and Suggestions: The conclusion of the research is as follows; First, seasonal education based on the teachings of the Bible must be conducted within the Christian community. Second, The education is needed for leading a life that correctly understands and practices the historical process of the Christian festivals. Third, various church education programs should be developed and utilized according to the Christian Bible routine. Fourth, numerous symbols symbolizing the Christian festivals must be created and educated. Fifth, except for the festivals of the sufferings of Jesus Christ, the rest of the festivals must be observed as Celebration.

In this paper, we have studies the transport mechanism and origin of SILC for the various thickness of wet oxide. Also, SILC characteristics of $N_2O$ annealed oxide was included in this study. We made the flash memory cell with $N_2O$ annealed oxide of 60Athick under $0.25{\mu}m$ design rule, and measured the characteristics of the cell. As a result, we have found that the origin of SILC is due to the trap formed inside of the oxide layer by electrical stress. And we reached the conclusion that the transport mechanism of SILC is ruled by the modified F-N tunneling if the electric field is lower than 8MV/cm or typical F-N tunneling if the electric field is higher than 8MV/cm. We could also confirm the fact that $N_2O$ annealed oxide of 60Athick have an improved resistance effect against SILC. In case that we apply $N_2O$ annealed oxide of 60Athick to the flash memory, we could confirm $10^6$ times endurance and more than 10 years drain disturb, and could get 8V programmable flash memory characteristics.

The Roman thinker, Cicero said, "The Nations that rule the sea, rule the world". In the world history, the countries done critical roles, have emphasized the importance of the sea. The world history is called as the histories of the countries which governed the sea, such as Phoenicia, Greece, Carthago, Roma, Portugal, Spain, England, and USA. The sea is not only the political, economical, social and cultural basis, serving as the origin of resources and channel of communication, logistics and distribution but also the area of dreams and imaginations and ground of potentiality and visions. This paper reviewed the major countries and their histories to realize the vision of Korea, super power country of maritime and fishery. Main maritime policies and its core issues and prospects of Korea were reviewed. And on the basis of these reviews, the vision of super power country of maritime and fishery was suggested. The vision, the 5th super power country of maritime and fishery in 2020, and 10th country of maritime technology level in 2020 and their details were proposed also. For achieving the vision, the resurrection of MOMAF is necessary and its reasons and 5 necessities were suggested. And the directions of the resurrection of MOMAF were proposed in terms of two viewpoints, policy/functional and institutional basis. I think Korea, the super power country of maritime and fishery, can be realized only when MOMAF may be resurrected.
