With the advances in the high-tech knowledge and service industries, along with a high-flying economy, the industrial structures of many cities have changed. The subject of the successful cases of dimensional integrated complexes in Roppongi Hills, the actions and preferences of these complexes'users were surveyed and analyzed in this study to determine the factors that contribute to the success or failure of such development projects. The results of the survey that was conducted in this study regarding the satisfaction of the residents of Roppongi Hills with such complexes will be considered in the formulation of a construction plan and will be used as base data for designing a large-scale dimensional integrated complex in Korea.

Installing accelerometers in a building is an effective way to know how the building shakes when an earthquake happens. In this paper, we will introduce an example of an analysis that captures the acceleration reduction effect of the vibration damping device using data observed by the accelerometer at Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in Minato-ku, Tokyo, during the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011. Moreover, as the latest effort, from the standpoint of a developer who builds and operates a number of high-rise buildings in Japan, where frequent earthquakes are experienced, a system for real-time processing of accelerometer data was developed to instantly diagnose the degree of damage to high-rise buildings, and the actual system of earthquake damage health monitoring is discussed. This system is currently in operation in twelve high-rise buildings including Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.

Azabudai Hills is located in the area connecting Kamiyacho on the Hibiya Line and Roppongi 1-chome on the Nanboku Line, and was planned as a district with three skyscrapers arranged around a plaza. Based on the concept of a "Modern Urban Village", the project integrates a variety of urban functions, including offices, residences, a hotel, an international school, commercial and cultural facilities. The construction of the 64-story and 330-meter-high, "A block" was extremely difficult due to its large scale and diverse uses. This paper presents a case study of DX challenges to improve productivity and ensure quality, as well as the resulting benefits and future challenges.

본 연구에서는 록본기 힐즈를 공간적으로 조사, 분석하였다. 록본기 힐즈의 공간을 주변, 가로, 외부, 내부 공간과 동선으로 나누어 조사, 분석한 결과, 우리나라의 재개발은 정부의 주도하에 규모가 큰 개발이 여러 곳에서 진행되고 있지만, 주변과의 연계를 무시한 채 오직 그곳만을 위한 완전히 새로운 계획을 하며, 공간 구성은 아무 의미 없는 공간으로 면적을 채우고 있다. 그에 반해, 록본기 재개발의 공간구성은 우리에게 많은 시사점을 제공한다. 때문에 우리는 더 이상 의미 없는 공간을 구성하는 것이 아니라 록본기 힐즈와 같은 주변 환경과 연계된 공간을 만들어 줄 수 있도록 계획해야 할 것이다.
