Epigenetic mechanisms, primarily mediated through histone and DNA modifications, play a pivotal role in orchestrating the functional identity of a cell and its response to environmental cues. Similarly, the spatial arrangement of chromatin within the three-dimensional (3D) nucleus has been recognized as a significant factor influencing genomic function. Investigating the relationship between epigenetic regulation and 3D chromatin structure has revealed correlation and causality between these processes, from the global alignment of average chromatin structure with chromatin marks to the nuanced correlations at smaller scales. This review aims to dissect the biological significance and the interplay between the epigenome and 3D chromatin structure, while also exploring the underlying molecular mechanisms. By synthesizing insights from both experimental and modeling perspectives, we seek to provide a comprehensive understanding of cellular functions.

The ppuri industry is growing in technical importance due to the 4th industrial revolution and is growing steadily. However, securing skilled workers is hardly realistic, and foreign workers are increasing. The purpose of this study is to find organizational commitment on for improvement of in-role performance of foreigners and Koreans working in ppuri companies and to find ways to support differentiation through comparison between groups. The subjects of this study were foreigners and Koreans in the ppuri company. Through the survey, 393 valid samples were collected. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. The results showed that in the case of foreigners, balanced processing affects in-role performance through organizational commitment. In the case of Koreans, relational transparency, balanced processing, and internalized moral perspectives affect in-role performance through organizational commitment. The results of the analysis suggest a strategic approach to improve the in-role performance of each group.

In this quantitative research, it was enhanced to understand the impact of intrinsic motivation on creative process engagement by examining the significant role of psychological safety on intrinsic motivation. These relationships were examined by targeting the employees working full-time for five star deluxe hotels. Total number of 230 responses had been collected out of 250 cases requested and he number of 213 cases was used for the final analysis. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 7 software program. The results suggested that psychological safety is significantly associated with intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, the hotel employees' problem identification, information searching & coding, and idea generation are affected by intrinsic motivation. That is, intrinsic motivation plays a significant role for each sub-factors of creative process engagement in the hotel industry. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are established and related suggestion for formulating marketing strategy is well discussed.

This study investigated child's self-esteem by the mediational role of mother's parenting self-efficacy and its relations to perceived social support, parenting behavior, and stress, and to child's temperament and gender. Participants were 403 Korean children(188 boys, 215 girls) and their mothers living in Seoul. Structural equation modeling for boys and girls and their mothers indicated that parenting self-efficacy mediated the relation between social support and parenting behaviors including Warmth-Acceptance and Rejection-Restriction. In these models, parenting self-efficacy related to child's self-esteem through parenting behavior. Child's temperament related to self-esteem directly in three parenting behavior models. In Permissiveness-Nonintervention, parenting self-efficacy mediated between social support and self-esteem in both boy's and girl's models, between child's temperament and self-esteem in only boy's model.

Higher level representation splay an important role in model management systems. The role is to make decision makers friendly represent their problem using the representations. In this research, we address higher level representations including five distinctivenesses: Objective, Node, Link, Topological Constraint including five components, and Decision, Therefore, it is developed a system called HLRNET that implements the building procedure of network models using structural knowledge and object data The paper particularly elaborates all components included in each of distinctiveness extracted from structural characteristics of a lot of telecommunication network models. Higher level representations represented with five destinctivenesses should be converted into base level representations which are employed for semantic representations of linear and integer programming problems in a knowledge-assisted optimization modeling system. The system is illustrated with an example of the local access network model.

기존의 접근 제어 메커니즘인 강제적 접근 제어와 임의적 접근 제어는 무결성을 요구하는 상용 환경의 정보 보안에는 부족하여 이의 대안으로 직무 기반 접근 제어 (RBAC:Role Based Access Control)가 주목 받고 있으며, 직무를 수행하는 사용자의 의무 분리(Separation of Duty)에 대한 연구가 최근 이루어지고 있다. RBAC에서 사용자는 직무에 배정된 접근권한(Privilege) 만을 수행하여야 하는데 상호 배타적(Mutual exclusive)특성을 갖는 직무는 표현 및 접근 권한의 직무 배정과 수행에 있어서 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC의 기본 특성을 분석하여 직무에 접근권한을 부여하고 사용자를 직무에 배정하는데 따른 안전한 접근 제어를 위하여 반순서 관계를 갖는 직무의 승계 속성에 따라 직무의 계층 형태를 분류하고, 직무에 배정되는 접근권한의 표현과 관리를 용이하게 하기 위하여 객체에 부여된 객체 접근권한을 분석하여 방향성 그래프를 이용하여 기본 접근권한으로 모델링한다. 접근권한 그래프(Privilege Graph)로 표현된 기본 접근권한에 직무를 배정하면 상호 배타적 직무의 접근권한과 의무 분리의 표현 및 관리를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 이를 기반으로 의무 분리를 포함한 RBAC의 안정성 특성과 접근권한 그래프를 이용한 직무의 의무 분리를 위한 직무 관리 알고리즘을 제시한다.

Existing models of knowledge processing do not feature a systemic meaning of knowledge management and ignore the role of leadership and social energy in the knowledge processing system (KPS). This conceptual paper introduces the Leadership Invigorating Flows of Energies, (LIFE) Model as an attempt to remedy that situation and provide a more useful description of the KPS. The LIFE Model highlights the role of emergent leadership and flows of social energies as forces encouraging knowledge creation and dynamic diffusion within an organization through the Knowledge Processing Cycle in eight activities interacting with its social knowledge base in a self-organizing system.

But At the 21st Century automotive, it will be used for Survival through the differentiation and merchantability of vehicle in highly competitive. That is a big difference. We will review the role of ergonomics in the vehicle development stage with Ssangyong Case.

This study investigated causal relations between mother's parenting, self-efficacy, perceived social support, stress, and parenting behaviors, Child's temperament, and the mediational role of mother's parenting self-efficacy. Participants were 404 Korean children and their mothers living in Seoul, Korea. Results showed that mother's parenting self-efficacy was positively related to mother's Warmth-Acceptance, social support, and child's temperament. On the other hand, mother's parenting self-efficacy was negatively related to. mother's Rejection-Restriction, mother's Permissiveness-Nonintervention, and mother's stress. Structural equation modeling indicated that mother's parenting self-efficacy was a significant mediator of the relation between mother's perceived social support and stress, child's temperament, and mother's parenting behaviors including Warmth-Acceptance, Rejection-Restriction and Permissiveness-Nonintervention Child's temperament had an indirect effect on mother's Rejection-Restriction and Permissiveness Nonintervention.

Artificial neural network (ANN) has been extensively used in areas of nonlinear system modeling, analysis and design applications. Basically, ANN has its distinct capabilities of implementing system identification and/or function approximation using a number of input/output patterns that can be obtained via numerical and/or experimental manners. The paper describes a role of ANN, especially a back-propagation neural network (BPN) in the context of engineering analysis, design and optimization. Fundamental mechanism of BPN is briefly summarized in terms of training procedure and function approximation. The BPN based causality analysis (CA) is further discussed to realize the problem decomposition in the context of multidisciplinary design optimization. Such CA is also applied to quantitatively evaluate the uncoupled or decoupled design matrix in the context of axiomatic design with the independence axiom.
