도시내 가로변 빌딩이 도로 이면지역의 소음에 미치는 영향 (Influence of roadside buildings on the noise in the backside blocks in city area)

  • 가로변 이면지역에 위치한 노후된 공동주택은 주도로의 교통소음의 피해를 받는다. 이면지역의 소음은 가로면 건물의 높이와 주도로와의 이격거리, 그리고 도로변 건물간의 이격거리 및 도로변 건물간의 높이차이에 의하여 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 한 도시 내의 15개의 블록을 선정하여 가로변 건물배치형태를 1)블록에 단일건물이 배치된형태, 2)블록에 다수의 건물이 하나의 축으로 연속하여 배치된 형태로 분류하였으며, 가로변과 이면지역에서 도로교통소음을 동시에 측정하여 가로변의 건물 배치형식에 따른 이면지역소음의 상관성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 이면지역으로 전달된 도로교통소음은 가로변에 배치된 건물의 높이, 건물과 건물간의 이격된 거리, 인접한 건물의 높이차에 영향을 받으며 건물의 너비에 의한 소음도의 감소는 나타나지 않았다. 가로변에 위치한 건물의 높이가 4 m(단층)인 경우 이면지역의 소음도는 12 dB(A)감소하였으며 높이가 4 m 증가할 때마다 2 dB(A)씩 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인접한 두 건물의 높이차가 4 m 증가할 때마다 이면지역의 소음도는 1 dB(A)씩 증가하였으며, 인접한 두 건물의 이격된 거리가 0.5 m 증가할 때마다 이면지역의 소음도는 1 dB(A)씩 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study is to examine architectural designers' views on the correlations between components and contextual principle of the roadside building facade with the roadside building facade on the border of Asian Culture Center in Gwangju which is expected to undergo a great change by public policies. For setting direction of the roadside building management at the region examined, height of facade, advertisement/signboard, security of continuity through surface pattern management, nodes building, array of height by story, awning/arcade and locality of advertisement/signboard should be induced to design with locality and consideration of local characteristics with silhouette, window and external colors is needed for discrimination from other cities. Regarding the realization method important thing was found that the planning and implementation of architectural design guidelines, architectural aesthetics of the pre-hearing enhancement, active citizen participation, and then additional landscape screening system, incentive schemes, landscape designation of landscape zone was found to be a major realization system.

도시녹지의 기능 및 효과에 대한 실증적 연구 - 도시 가로수를 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Function and Effect of Urban Openspace - Focusing on Urban Roadside Trees -)

  • The objective of this study is to review and verify whether the functions and effect of roadside trees generally hewn in theory are actually realized in urban roads and how well they are performed if the function and effect are realized. The study was conducted with a focus on 3 functions and effects including roadside tree's urban landscape improvement function (green area visibility ratio), effect of introducing green area within a city, and urban green network building function. The major study results are as follows: First, the average green area visibility ratio of 41 study areas is currently about 25.90%. The green area visibility ratio of commercial area within downtown was lowest among 5 road types. It showed that it is possible to raise the average green area visibility ratio up to 32.49% through roadside tree management and additional plantation. Second, in a section between Paldal Mountain and Suwon City Hall where there is no forest fragments and parks at all, a green area of 4,826 roadside trees represented 2.4% of total area and served as the only linear green area. Third, an analysis of 15 cities in Kyonggi province showed that urban forests are concentrated in outskirts. The suey showed that because forest fragments and parks exist in a form of points in urban areas, roadside trees are the only green areas that link each other and build a network.

공동주택의 층별 도로교통 소음의 전달 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Floor-Specific Characteristics of Road Traffic Noise in Apartment Buildings)

  • This study is an attempt to understand the floor-specific characteristics of facade road traffic noise in apartment buildings. For this purpose, it sampled a total of seven roadside apartment building complexes: three with no soundproof bar barrier installed at roadside, one with a forest buffer zone, one with a sound-absorbing hill, and two with soundproof barriers. The measured noise level was highest on the 5th floor of apartment buildings with no soundproof barrier, and the upper stories from the 5th floor showed lower-noise measurements in order. For apartment buildings with soundproof barriers, however, the noise level was lower on the 10th floor than the 5th floor. Two apartment building groups--one with a sound-absorbing hill and the other with no soundproof barrier--showed similar measurement results in the floor-specific characteristics of facade road traffic noise. This suggests that such installations have little sound insulation effect. In the apartment building complex with a forest buffer zone around it, a slight sound insulation effect was measured on the lower floors of the buildings.

보행공간디자인의 차별화에 관한 연구 -가로의 보행공간구조의 비교분석을 중심으로- (A Study on Differentiation of Pedestrian space -Focused on a Comparison of the structure of Pedestrian space in the Street-)

  • 가로 안이 보행공간은 가로가 존재하는 지역특성에 따라서 보행자가 보행 시 시각적으로 느끼는 이미지가 다르다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 지역특성은 가로형태를 조성하는 가로의 물리적인 공간구조에 기인한다. 즉, 가로의 구조적인 차이에 의해서 보행자는 지역의 차이를 다른 이미지로 인지하게 된다. 어떠한 가로구조가 지역의 특징적인 이미지를 창출하는 가로구조인가, 이러한 구조에 부가적인 요소로 작용하는 것은 과연 어떤 요소들인가를 지역가로의 보행공간을 중심으로 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 연구범위는 보행공간구조와 이미지를 분석하기 위하여 보행자들이 많이 모이는 번화한 지역의 가로를 선정하였다. 선정된 지역의 가로 중에서 차선 수를 기준으로 4차선이상의 가로 중ㅇ서 보행공간의 구조를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 선정된 10개의 보행공간의 이미지는 Df/H(보도 폭과 연도건물의 높이)와 D/H(가로 폭과 연도건물의 높이)의 비율의 차이로 2개의 그룹으로 나뉘는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이렇게 2개의 그룹으로 나뉘는 보행공간의 이미지는 어떤 이미지라고 할 수 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 경관이미지를 평가할 때 사용하는 형용사들을 사용하여 2그룹의 이미지를 추출할 수 있었다. 그 중 하나의 이미지는 “번화함의 이미지”이며 다른 하나는 “쾌적함의 이미지”라고 할 수 있다. 또 선정지역의 보행공간의 연도건물의 성격을 중심으로 분석한 결과 2개의 그룹이 상업지역과 업무지역으로 나뉘어 지는 것을 알 수 있었으며 “번화함의 이미지”는 상업지역에, “쾌적함의 이미지”는 업무지역의 보행공간의 이미지라고 인식된다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구로 4차선이상의 가로구조를 가진 보행공간에서 보행자가 느끼는 가로이미지의 차이는 보도 폭과 연도건물의 높이의 차이, 가로 폭과 연도건물의 높이의 비율의 차이에서 따라 다른 이미지를 인지하게 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 지역의 특성을 부여하는 가로를 디자인할 경우, 가로구조 특히 보행공간의 구조를 형성의 지침이 될 것으로 사료된다.

Development of Roadside Facility Management System with Video GIS Technology

  • In this paper, we suggest a new spatial information system called video GIS where video is used for spatial data construction and is integrated with map. We develop a prototype system of video GIS and apply it to roadside facility management. The main functions supported by the suggested system are data collection, coordinate calculation and conversion, data construction, analysis, searching, and browsing. The stereo images and corresponding position data are collected by a vehicle named 4S-Van that has GPS, IMU, and cameras. The 3-D coordinates of the objects in the images, such as road sign, signal lamp, and building, can be calculated and constructed from the collected data. The spatial objects are displayed on both image and map, and can be searched and browsed, which enables visual and realistic browsing and management of spatial objects. Compared to conventional field survey used in roadside facility management, the method enables faster, easier, and more efficient construction of spatial data. The suggested video GIS can be applied not only to roadside facility management but also to many similar projects of central or local governments that are related to GIS.

노이즈맵핑을 활용한 도로변 아파트단지의 세대외부소음 및 옥외지면소음 특성 분석 (Analysis of Building Facade Noise and Ground Noise in a Roadside Apartment Complex through Noise Mapping)

  • The aim of this study is to estimate the noise exposure of roadside apartment complex according to the characteristics of apartment complex. The facade noise level of residential buildings and the ground noise level inside apartment complexes were predicted and analyzed using noise mapping based on a computerized noise model. In addition, the correlation analysis between these noise levels and the characteristics of apartment complex such as traffic volume, building coverage, the number of adjacent roads, etc. was done in a total of 21 apartment complexes. The results showed that building facade noise level and ground noise level were positively correlated with traffic volume (correlation coefficient, r=0.616~0.623) and the number of adjacent roads (r=0.340~0.496). On the other hand, they were negatively correlated with building coverage (r=-0.413~-0.477) and complex area per the number of roads (r=-0.478~-0.615).

도로변 농산물 판매장 시설의 문제점 및 개선방안 - 경상남도 밀양시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Roadside Agricultural Product Shops - Focusing on Miryang City in Gyeongsangnamdo -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the roadside agricultural product shops located in Miryang city, and to find out the current situation on how people rate the importance and satisfaction levels of various aspects through surveys on sellers and consumers. With this information, the main problems and possible solutions are analyzed with the Important Performance Analysis(IPA) method. First, building parking spaces for customers should be prioritized to improve safety. Because many roadside shops for agricultural products are located alongside two-lane roads, sufficient parking spaces are needed for the consumers' safety. Second, to enhance the rural landscape, consumers express that improving store quality and integrating more with the environment are important. Store owners should take more care in maintaining store quality so that customers do not experience inconvenience while shopping. Futhermore, institutional guidelines and standards must be implemented to allow for a more harmonious relationship between these shops and the environment. Third, both sellers and consumers think that taste, price, and freshness are important aspects of roadside agricultural product shops. However, while sellers and consumers both agree that the price is the most important factor, there is a discrepancy between these two groups regarding the satisfactory price level. The sellers do not agree that their products are being sold at the fair price. This can be interpreted as sellers believe that the prices are set too low. Because pricing is important aspect and also a very delicate issue, mid to long term consideration and study will be needed to improve roadside shops for agricultural products in the future.

팔당 상수원 보호구역내 도로비점오염의 특성 및 저감시설의 적용성 연구 (Characteristics of Roadside Non-point Pollution and Applicability of Reduction Facilities in Paldang Water Source Protection Zone)

  • 본 연구에서는 팔당 상수원 보호구역내 적정 도로비점오염 저감시설의 계획을 위해 대상 도로구간의 현장조사를 통해서 보호구역내 도로의 특성을 파악하고 이에 적용가능한 도로를 선정하고 시설을 시범적용하여 그 유효성을 검증하였다. 팔당 상수원 보호구역은 도로주변 토양의 배수등급이 높아 침투시설을 지양하고 도로사면을 통한 자연적인 오염원 저감방법을 적용하는 것이 적정하다. 앞으로 도로비점저감시설의 계획 및 설계에서 대상도로의 특성에 대한 분석 후 저감계획을 세우는 것이 적정하며 이는 관련 규정 및 설계 기준에도 반영되어야 할 것이다.

지리정보[GIS]기술을 기반으로 한 도시공간구조분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis of an Urban Spatial structure, based on the GIS Technique)

  • This paper is an analysis of the Category Individual Residence urban spatial structure along the National Route BO (Koushu-Kaido), one of the major roads in Japan, and the degree of differences between locations and its changes between the points of time. The analysis was based on the GIS technique. Whilst, previous studies were based on municipal boundaries or mesh units as sources of data, GIS allowed the use of variable geographical units, Roadside zone, Inner zone, North zone, South zone, Blocks. As an example to apply the technology of GIS, 1986's and 1991's building polygon data of the Urban Planning Bureau of Tokyo Metropolitan Government are used. The layers referred to the analyses is the building polygons with the amount of stories, building area, floor area and the material of the building. Two statistical analysis are executed; one is the test of the regional equality about the number of story of building, building area, floor area and fireproof building ratio.
