A by-pass path in wireless sensor networks is the alternative path which be able to forward data when a routing path is being broken. One reason of depleting energy is occurred by the path. The method for solving prior to addressed the problem is proposed. However, this method may deplete radio resource. The best path has advantage that network lifetime of sensor nodes is prolonged; on the contrary, in order to maintain the best path it have to share their information between the entire nodes. In this paper, we propose the best path searching algorithm in the distributed three dimensional sensor networks. Through the neighboring informations sharing in the proposed method, the proposed algorithm can decide the best k-path as well as the extension of network lifetime.

IT convergence with agriculture and livestock farming are expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. The standardization work for smart farming and livestock farming based on networks is just at the beginning stage. And also, it is capable of coping with environment and technical problems with the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture. Hence, more studies on each point are required to finish the works including amendments and enhancements. More interests are expected to attain the successful results that ultimately contribute to innovate in the lifestyle. In this paper, it is analyzed strategy item and consider the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture and livestock, namely Smart Farming and Smart livestock Farming as a solution to cope the presented problems. In addition, suggest to ICT standardization road map for future planning.
Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design(G-SEED) has been used for environmental friendly building certification since 2002. The certification criteria initialed with multi-residential building and now it expands to 10 criteria for new and existing building types. The purpose of this study is to understand current recognition of G-SEED from the survey of multi-complex residences in newtown. From the general question, 75.2% of responders answered the period of living term between 1~3 years, 58.6% lived in $102.48{\sim}132.23m^2$ residential area and 65.2% owned their residences. The 43.2% of respondents recognized that their residences gained G-SEED certification by G-SEED emblem(31.6%). This is the significant meaning to understand public recognition of G-SEED and how to approach the strategy for raising the G-SEED recognition. The responders expected positive influence for economical value from G-SEED and also 75.3% of responders agreed with that G-SEED would be a decision make to buy and rent their residences. Second, residents responded that the consideration issue for green building is energy & prevention of environmental pollution(27.7%) which carries equal concern in G-SEED criteria category. The result of this survey verifies that the current level recognition of G-SEED of the responder's perspectives still is not well-known but it confirmed they have a positive expectation. Therefore, from this result, G-SEED needs to draw road map with detail plans for developing G-SEED with public participation.
This research was establishment of landscape formation plan to Yusang village region Yeongcheon city. Literature research, field research, surveys carried out for this purpose. In addition, by utilizing design code that appears in the common characteristics of the rural scenic views of the region in improving the quality of life of the local population and preserve the indigenous landscape as well as improve the quality of rural landscapes, management, capital town of the region to form Yeongcheon the center was established in the landscape plan form. The natural environment of the capital region for the landscape formation plan, Humanities and Social Environment, Landscape Resources Status, Social Consciousness, landscape map, landscape design, code identification and basic design and planning through the basic steps to derive design guidelines were applied to the landscape formation plan. Formation landscape plan for the regional launch of the regional landscape improvements, region entrance space and yusang reservoirs place, rest zone in the sacred tree and nurse trees around the plan, and repair the town hall. residents living village road maintenance to improve the environment, and develop a detailed plan, such as the lungs maintenance. The plan is likely to be able to contribute to improving the quality of life of the people and landscapes to improve regional, creating a guide for future business landscape is formed to have a significant advantage as a basis.

Degraded plantation forests are increasing because of unfavorable forestry conditions prevailing in Japan, including falling timber prices, increasing operational costs, and aging and declining forestry workforce. To remedy this situation, appropriate management strategy is required. This study introduces the challenges of Odai Town, Mie Prefecture that employed a new management strategy by evaluating site suitability for conifer forests and that proposes a new forest management regime of planting deciduous trees in unsuitable sites. The site suitability for conifer forests was evaluated from two aspects: the natural site conditions and the relationship among site conditions, growth, and damage by Anaglyptus subfasciatus Pic. in Cryptomeria japonica D. Don and Chamaecyparis obtusa Sieb. Et Zucc. forests. By analyzing the relationship among site conditions, growth, and insect damage based on field data obtained in plantation forests, growth evaluation and insect damage evaluation maps were developed. Based on the natural forest investigation, natural site condition maps for C. japonica and C. obtusa were established. Furthermore, by integrating these evaluation maps with the forest road maps showing the accessibility to the forest, the forest management regime for the whole plantation area of Odai Town was established. The forest management regime map indicates the sites suitable for forestry: suitable for long-rotation, short-rotation, and potential sites for short-rotation. The sites unsuitable for forestry were considered to be more suitable for broadleaved forests. Clear-cutting was conducted in a small area and different seral stage saplings (approximately 20 deciduous tree species) suitable to the site conditions were planted in an area of $80-120m^2$ protected by deer-fences. This might establish a forest composed of many species with a multilayer vertical forest structure in a short period. The planted saplings were distributed neither randomly nor uniformly to reflect the natural distribution of trees in the forest. A challenge to develop new products using the deciduous trees has started, such as wood chips for preparing smoked food, essential oil, and deodorizer. As these challenges have just begun, their effects on enhancing sustainable resource management are still being monitored. Even with the challenges, this regime can be of high value as a management strategy to remedy the situation of expansion of degraded forests in Japan.
This study aims at examining the change of the urban space of the original Masan Area during the Japanese-forced colonial era of Korea(1910-1945) after circa 1912. That year is very important because the modern map of land was introduced. The land area of the original Masan was about $17,000m^2$ composed of small houses and shops. Colonial era could be divided into 3 periods according to the change of colonial policies. And the change of the urban space is examined according to these 3 periods. During the 1st period(1911-1920) the following 3 development occurred. 1. Land was reclaimed along the coast line by a Japanese civilian named 'Bakgan'. And his ownership of land continued until 1945. 2. A government ware house(Cho-Chang), which was the symbol of Masan harbor, was demolished and the land was divided into small lots. 3. Main artery and trunk roads(14-15m wide) were built replacing 2-3m wide narrow roads and connected to the reclamation land. During the 2nd period(1921-1930), also land reclamation and road making was more frequently carried out. And the infrastructure of the city was developed gradually. Also public buildings began to be built. Modern roads were constructed city-wide not only in the center of the city. In the 3rd period reclamation was at its peak. Especially Sinpo-Dong area located at the middle of New and original parts of Masan was reclaimed connecting 2 parts and making of a central Masan. During that time original Masan was enlarged because of reclamation. The coast line of Masan became straight from e original organic shape. Roads were constructed in the outskirts also. The size of land lots were more or less the same during the colonial era. But gradually lots were divided into smaller lots. Japanese entrepreneurs gradually occupied the central area of the original Masan until the liberation day. But Chinese ownership of land gradually diminished.

The concrete pavement of the Seohae Highway in Korea has suffered from serious distress, only four to seven years after construction. Deterioration due to Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) has seldom been reported per se in Korea, because the aggregate used for the cement concrete has been considered safe against alkali-silica reaction so far. The purpose of this study is to examine the deterioration caused by an alkali-silica reaction of concrete pavement in Korea. The investigation methods included visual inspection and Automatic Road Analyzer (ARAN) analysis of surface cracks, coring for internal cracks, stereo microscopic analysis, scanning electronic microscope (SEM) analysis, and electron dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX) analysis. The results are presented as follows: the crack pattern of the concrete pavement in Korea was longitudinal cracking, map cracking or D-cracking. Local areas of damage were noticed four to five years after construction. The cracks started from edges or joints and spread out to slabs. The most intensive cracking was observed at the intersection of the transverse and longitudinal joints. Where cracking was the most intense, pieces of concrete and aggregate had spalled away from top surface and joint interface area. The progress of deterioration was very fast. The reaction product of alkali-silica gel was clearly identified by its generally colorless, white, or very pale yellow hue seen through a stereo optical microscopy. The typical locations of the reaction product were at the interface between aggregate and cement paste in a shape of a rim, within aggregate particles in the cracks, and in the large void in the cement paste. Most of the white products were found at interface or internal aggregates. SEM and EDX analysis confirmed that the white gel was a typical reaction product of ASR. The ASR gel in Korea mainly consisted of Silicate (Si) and Potassium (K) from the cement. The crack in the concrete pavement was caused by ASR. It seems that Korea is no longer safe from alkali-silica reaction.

Currently, the previous studies on the concept, configuration, and system regarding spacial information policies show the little progress. However, these studies only propose the basic structure system in terms of a policy theory, seeking and suggesting the basic concept to establish spacial information policies. In the shift of a new paradigm from a PC-based paradigm that began in the mid-2000s to the current smart society based on mobile devises, such as smart phones, this study thus reviewed the strategic direction of the propulsion to establish the desired future strategy for the spatial technology policy with spatial information system that can influence the future national competitiveness of Korea. The results of this study is expected to be used to analyze a variety of issues and technological changes on geospatial intelligence at the global level and to support the establishment of a road-map for policies and research & development on domestic geospatial information.
