본 연구는 국내 학술 등재지 및 학위논문에 게재된 발달장애인의 자기옹호 연구의 일반적 특성 및 효과 크기, 질적 지표를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2000년부터 2023년까지 발표된 자기옹호 관련 논문 총 2153 편 중 발달장애인을 키워드로 한 연구 41편을 선정하여 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 발달장애인의 자기옹호 관련 언어중재 프로그램을 개발할 때에는 청소년 및 성인, 또는 전환기 시기에 20-30명이 있는 학습상황에서 10-19회기수를 기준으로 중재프로그램이 개발되기를 권고하며, 특수교육, 통합교육 등 교육적 차원에서만 국한된 연구가 많은데 이를 적용하여 의사소통에 어려움을 겪고 자기주장, 자기권리를 효과적이고 세련되게 주장할 수 있는 언어재활 차원에서의 자기옹호 언어 중재 프로그램이 개발되기를 기대한다.

MPEG-21 is an on-progress project of the Moving Picture Expert Group (MPEG) that has been started in many independent parts such as part for standardizing the declaration of a digital item (MPEG-21 Part 2: Digital Item Declaration), right expression language (MPEG-21 Part S: Rights Expression Language), way to process the digital item (MPEG-21 Part 10: Digital Item Processing), etc. All this part is intended to form a framework to enable transparent and augmented use of multimedia resources across a wide range of networks and devices (1). In this paper, we show our research initiative to develop a web-based application that utilized many parts of MPEG-21 technology. The implemented concept uses a digital item and license providers in the server side while the MPEG-21 Conformant application is implemented as a plug-in application that will be downloaded to the user terminal when user accesses the webpage for the frist time. The result of this research shows that with some combination of MPEG-21 parts, we can develop an authorized multimedia delivery and consumption application.

The experience of interment during World War II has been one of the primary motifs of fictional and autobiographical narratives by Japanese Americans. Examining textual evidences in John Okada's No-No Boy and Monica Sone's Nisei Daughters, this paper argues that the internment has been designed, carried out and concluded based primarily on the principles of economics. Borrowing the notion that 'wealth has (racial) color' as Lui and others maintain, this paper analyzes episodes in which the protagonists and other characters testify how their internment has resulted in their loss of capital as well as human rights and dignity, not to mention temporary suspension of their citizenships. In addition, this paper contrasts the image of the US as a land of equity as represented in the literary texts of the $18^{th}$ century authors in the US with that of our two authors. In doing so, this paper argues that the historical incident of internment in the $20^{th}$ century is the scene in which American ideals become irrecoverably sullied and American dreams turn into American nightmares.

배리어프리(barrier-free) 영상은 시·청각 장애인이 비장애인에 근접한 수준으로 정보를 전달받고 영상에 몰입할 수 있도록 화면과 음향에 관한 구체적인 정보를 제공하여 영상 콘텐츠에 대한 접근성을 높인다. 이 연구는 배리어프리 영상을 시·청각 장애인의 '문화적 시민권'의 문제로서 주목한다. 2010년대 들어 시·청각 장애인의 영상 콘텐츠에 대한 접근성 향상을 위한 여러 제도적 노력이 이어지고 있지만, 시·청각 장애인이 모든 영상물을 비장애인과 동등하게 향유하는 것은 실현되지 못했다. 장애인 단체와 멀티플렉스의 갈등이 수년째 지속되는 가운데, 글로벌 동영상 스트리밍 서비스인 넷플릭스가 한국 서비스를 시작하면서 국내 멀티플렉스의 위세를 공격적으로 위협하고 있다. 더욱이 시·청각 장애인의 문화 향유의 권리를 보장하는 미국의 규제를 적용받는 넷플릭스가 한국 제작진이 참여한 오리지날 드라마와 영화를 제작하면서, 장애인의 문화적 시민권 담론은 지구화 시대 국경을 가로지르는 문화소비자로서 권리 행사의 문제로 이행하고 있다. 미디어 환경의 변화는 장애인이 비장애인과 동등하게 동시적으로 영화를 감상하고 공통의 담론 장에 참여해 영화에 대해 논평할 권리를 누리는 시민적 권리 보장의 문제를 제기한다. 오랫동안 한국영화로부터 소외되어온 청각 장애인의 '한국영화 관객이 될 권리' 역시 이제는 언어와 국가, 장애의 경계를 넘는 문화의 시민권이라는 차원에서 사유되어야 한다. 이 연구는 한국에서 시·청각 장애인의 문화 향유의 권리를 둘러싼 논의를 급격한 미디어 환경의 변화와 장애인의 문화적 시민권 운동의 전지구적 확산이라는 동시대의 흐름과 접속해 살펴보고, 영상 문화 연구에서 장애학적인 방향 전환이 필요한 시점이라고 제시한다.

While Internet promises ubiquitous access, it also creates a fundamental challenge to the traditional ownership toward digital assets traded in e-commerce market. Sharing digital information freely through shared networks leads to many untapped business opportunities, but uncontrolled digital asset transaction undermines many electronic business models. Thus, in this Internet age, proper protection and safe delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) and its representation as digital assets would be a crucial ingredient of building trust in upcoming e-business environment. In this paper, we give a general structural diagram of Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) and implement an IPMP prototype based on the RSA encryption algorithm and XrML (eXtensible rights Markup Language) WORK tags to show how proper protection and safe delivery of the intellectual property is achieved. This study concludes that IPMP mechanism may contribute significantly to the volume and quality of e-commerce market.

멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 저작, 생성, 전달을 통해 최종 소비에 이르기까지 콘텐츠를 보호하고 안전하게 다루기 위해 MPEG-21 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection)가 표준을 정의하고 있으며 현재 FCD(Final Committee Draft) 단계까지 표준화가 이루어졌다. 우리는 MPEG-21 IPMP에서 규정한 FCD규격에 따라 멀티미디어 콘텐츠와 그에 대한 저작권을 보호 관리하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 제안한 MPEG-21 기반 REL및 IPMP 보호 관리 시스템은 크게 보호 관리 메타데이터 생성부, 통합 제어 관리부, 디지털 아이템 암호화부, 네트워크 인터페이스부의 4부분으로 구성된다. 이 시스템은 먼저 라이센스 서버를 통해 MPEG-21 REL(Rights Expression Language) 규격에 맞는 라이센스 정보가 담긴 문서를 파싱하는 기능을 가지며 오디오 또는 비디오 워터마크가 적용된 멀티미디어콘텐츠에 대해 MPEG-21 IPMP 기반의 메타데이터를 생성하고 보호 관련 REL및 IPMP 메타데이터와 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 Remuxing 하여 전송되며 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 및 하나의 패키징된 DID는 암호화하여 최종 소비자에게 전송한다.

The improvement of high-tech is closely linked with the improvement of the man himself, technogenesis affects anthropogenesis, and human development signifies transhumanism. Informatization and virtualization, digitalization and computerization cover more and more areas of human activity one can record and state the actualization and accentuation of what is happening online and it kind of sacralization, alibization and deification. The anthropological potential of IT also increases and expands accordingly. With the help of technology, scientists hope to establish communication with animals, study their language and intelligence, use elements of AI, to promote the protection of the rights of robots and cybernetic organisms.

인터넷의 급속한 확산은 디지털 콘텐츠 시장을 활성화 시켰으나 무분별한 불법 복제와 유통으로 디지털 콘텐츠 시장이 위축되고 있다. MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Croup)은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 MPEG-21 Multimedia Frameworks를 제안하였다. IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection)는 MPEG-21 Multimedia Frameworks의 세부 분야로 디지털 콘텐츠가 생성, 전달, 소비를 거치는 과정에서 디지털 콘텐츠를 안전하게 다루기 위한 표준을 정의하는 것으로 FCD(Final Committee Draft) 단계까지 표준화가 이루어졌다. 따라서 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호 관리하기 위하여 IPMP의 최신 표준화 내용을 적용한 시스템 개발이 요구되었고, 이에 따라 디지털 콘텐츠를 보호 관리하는 시스템을 크게 저작 서버, 틀 서버, 라이센스 서버, 소비 서버의 네 개 구조로 구분하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 라이센스 서버로부터 전송된 콘텐츠의 정보가 담긴 REL(Rights Expression Language) 문서 파싱 기능과 워터마크가 적용된 콘텐츠에 대한 MPEG-21 IPMP 기반의 메타데이터 생성 및, Remuxing 과정을 거친 데이터를 암호화하여 소비 서버로 전송하는 저작 시스템에 대하여 설계 및 구현하였다.

영상압축 기술의 발달로 시작된 멀티미디어 시장의 성장은 방송 환경이 아닌 IP 네트워크 환경으로까지 영역이 확대되고 있다. 이는 IPTV 서비스라는 형태로 나타나고 있으며 기존의 방송환경이 아닌 IP 환경에서 방송, 통신, 전화의 트리플 서비스(Triple Service)를 제공한다. 현재 IPTV 서비스에 사용되는 IPTV 셋탑박스(Settop Box)는 수신 제한 기능에 고정된 키를 사용하고 있어 관리와 운용에 자원이 낭비되는 측면이 있다. 이는 MPEG-21의 REL(Right Expression Language)과 XML 전자서명을 활용하여 유동적인 IPTV 셋탑박스 운용이 가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MPEG-21 REL과 XML 전자서명을 사용하여 소비자의 수신 제한 권한이 관리 가능한 IPTV 서비스를 위한 수신 제한 키 관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

Japanese welfare legislation for the disabled was enacted via Law 283 on December 26. 1956. The push for such legislation at the national level had gown concurrent with development of Japan's post-war economy Korean welfare law for disabled was made 22 years later and was again amended in 1989. The current legislation promotes and supports the legal welfare of the Koran disabled. The following are the results of a comparison between Korean and Japanese accessibility facilities and welfare law; 1) Japan's developement of disabled people's welfare law is inextricably linked to the development of disabled people's advocacy and the human rights movement. In addition, welfare policy has shifts its mandate from rehabilitation to independent living. It follows that local altitudes will play a pivotal role in further policy initiatives. Korean disabled people's welfare policy emerged hand in hand with economic recovery and development following the Korean War. By 1977 a special education law was enacted which-like it Japanese counterpart-promoted the education of disabled children. 2) Accessibility facilities were developed privately movement. The disabled faced constant and systematic disadvantages in public/private buildings and transportation systems. A general lack of cultural awareness and information relating ti these problems prevailed. These included-hut were by no means limited to sign language (for hearing the impaired) and braille(the language of blind). However, new attitudes and improvements have since emerged and new laws have resulted in the publication of Korean 'White Book' outlining the everyday problems faced by the disabled. In addition, mort convenient access facilities have been constructed in public and private buildings. In closing, legal support for the disabled, senior citizens and pregnant women continues to be improved by newer legislation enacted tin April 6, 1977.
