The balance of power in conventional forces between the two Koreas works in favor of the South Korea in the Korea peninsula. But, the balancing mechanism between the two Koreas in asymmetric forces like nuclear and missile forces works absolutely in favor of the North Korea. That's why it should be timely for the ROK military to review existing strategy and revise a new counter strategy against the threat posed by the North Korea's nuclear and missile forces. The ROK military is now developing 4D, KAMD, KILL Chain strategies as means to cope with the North Korea's nuclear and missile threats. Considering efforts and resources invested now, the strategies are expected to be in place in next five or more years. However, approaches to those strategies seem to be rather fragmentary and conceptual than comprehensive and pragmatic. The types of strategies against the North Korea's military threats need to be a deterrence in peace time and a fighting and winning in war time in the Korean theater. But, the most important element in the deterrence strategy is the credibility. This study concludes with an new strategic concept titled "ADAD(Assured Defense, Assured Destruction)" as an alternative to existing strategies to deal with the North Korea's nuclear and missile threats.

Purpose: Visual communication is the act of using elements and components that can be seen. Some of the elements include images, illustrations, drawings, and videos. The purpose of this research is to check if there is the meaningful role of visual communication for emotional marketing plan. Research design, data and methodology: The present author firstly tried to obtain prior knowledge based on numerous previous literature through qualitative content method, investigating and searching related topic in 'Scopus' and 'Google Scholar' which is one of the most famous database. This methodology has already been proved the credibility and conformability by prior researchers. Results: The current study looks at four basic aspects that will assist in analyzing the findings and results from different peer-review articles. The section will cover social media, videos, podcasts, and ads. Conclusions: Several studies also affirmed that increased use of the internet and internet for marketing causes psychological issues among adolescents. Only adults should view some of the marketing ads, but if they pop into an adolescent browser, it may cause some harmful effects. Therefore, the study concluded that moderation of online visual adverts should be done to ensure only the targeted customers view the advert.

There are various issues in rural areas. There are population decline, aging, and the absence of jobs and amenities. The government continues to expand various projects for rural areas. Recently, the government is promoting smart village projects in farming and fishing villages. The purpose of smart village is safety, convenience, smartization, and productivity improvement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the project and implementation process of smart villages, and domestic and foreign cases. And it classifies smart villages and suggests implementation strategies. The conclusion is as follows. ①The smart village business focuses on safety, living convenience, facility smartization, and agriculture and fisheries. ②In overseas cases, the smart village project focuses on improving the residential environment of farming and fishing villages in the EU, the UK, and Germany. Japan focuses on improving energy and agricultural and fisheries productivity. ③It is recommended that the smart village business be subdivided and promoted as much as possible. And the project enhances synergy in cooperation with other government ministries. ④Smart services increase credibility through FGI for public officials and residents. ⑤The project is carried out in consideration of agricultural products, tourism festivals, natural environment, history and tradition.

Ecologically sustainable means of development is the point to support environmental homeostasis. One of our roles is to find bio-degradable resources that can be substituted for petroleum-based products to effectively abide by the natural viability. To counter the issues of deforestation and preserve biodiversity, it is necessary to produce a non-wood crop that can fulfill the requirement for raw material from which several products can be produced. Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus), a member of the family Malvaceae, is showing sufficient potentiality along this road-map. Due to its rich fiber content, it has been used extensively in various fields for long, probably as early as 4,000 BC. At present, kenaf has been used as provider of paper, plastics, fiber glass, biofuel, activated carbon and epoxy composite. This obviously catch one's attention towards its capability to replace petroleum-based products as a whole. Moreover, the plant shows considerable relevance in decreasing pollutants by virtue of its enormous absorption capacity. These multiple applications of kenaf justify its credibility to be the best resource for the better world. The paper presents an overview on its numerous uses reported in the literature that we have investigated and its great potential as a valuable multipurpose crop.

This paper studies the possibility of options as an instrument for central bank to intervene foreign exchange market. As opposed to spot transaction or forward transaction, which impacts spot exchange rate only once, currency options can continuously resist a directional speculative pressure on spot market due to the dynamic delta hedging of OTC currency options market maker. This research also analyzes whether and how central banks can use currency options to lower exchange rate volatility and maintain (implicit) target zones in foreign exchange markets. It argues that short position rather than long position in options will result in market makers dynamically hedging their long option exposure in a stabilizing manner, consistent with the first objective. Selling a "Strangle" allows a central bank to increase the credibility of its commitment to a target zone, and could have a lower expected cost than spot market interventions. However, this strategy also exposes the central bank to an unlimited loss potential. Therefore these kinds of intervention strategies must be used in the short run and temporarily.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze various Korean medical treatments on acne scar and to propose better methods on clinical studies and effective treatments. Methods : Key word 'Acne Scar', published year '2010-2018' were searched on three domestic database systems (RISS, KISS, NDSL). Results : Among 9 studies, 8 studies were case reports and 1 study was comparative study. The treatment used in 9 studies were acupuncture(Subcision, Microneedle Therapy System, laser), pharmacopuncture, external application, dermabrasion, high frequency therapy. 7 out of 9 studies used more than 2 different treatments. The most popular treatment method was 'subcision', followed by 'MTS'. The most popular methods of assessment was QGASC. All studies using assessment methods measuring the severity of acne scar reported improvement, though only 1 study was proved to be statistically different. 1 study reported the side effect, and other 4 studies reported flushing, itching, pain. Conclusions : This study shows the effectiveness of Korean medical treatment on acne scar. It will be expected to use this various treatments and study methods for treating acne scar with Korean medicine, and conducting further clinical studies with higher credibility and reproducibility.

본 연구는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 일간신문의 섹션(특집)광고의 특성을 분석하는데 있다. 2015년부터 2017년까지 신문윤리위원회의 심의 결정집에서 조치를 받은 총 1,927개의 광고를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째로 유형별 특징은 대부분의 섹션(광고)는 경고보다는 주의 조치를 많이 받았다. 두 번째는 주요 일간신문의 섹션(특집)광고의 양이 점차 증가하고 있고, 주요 경제지에도 섹션광고가 많이 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 세번째로 신문윤리강령의 실천 요강 중 언론으로써의 책임과 보도준칙에 위반사항이 많았다. 마지막으로 특정기업, 제품의 경우 영리와 홍보를 위해 게재의 원칙을 지키지 않는 경우는 신문의 신뢰성과 공정성이 훼손될 우려가 있기 때문에 이를 지키기 위한 스스로의 노력이 필요할 것이며, 보다 자율적 차원의 가이드라인이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

터널현장에서는 터널의 안정성을 평가하기 위하여 숏크리트 계측이 활발히 수행되고 있다. 그러나 숏크리트 응력 측정은 지반하중과 관계없이 발생되는 변형률 및 숏크리트 변형계수의 불확실성, 숏크리트 응력 측정 자체의 어려움 등에 의하여 측정 결과의 신뢰성을 기대하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 국내외의 숏크리트 계측의 현황 분석 및 현장 계측 결과를 통하여 기존 숏크리트 계측의 문제점을 분석하였다. 문헌조사 및 터널 현장에서의 무응력 숏크리트 계측 결과를 이용하여 무응력 상태에서 발생하는 숏크라트 응력의 보정 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 측정된 변형률을 응력으로 환산할 경우에 적용할 숏크리트 변형계수를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 고객중요성이 자본시장반응에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 감사품질을 통해 간접적으로도 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 알아보기 위함이다. 또한 효과적인 기업소유구조는 소유와 경영의 분리로 발생하는 대리인문제를 완화하여 자본시장의 효율성과 기업가치를 제고하며, 감사품질에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 함께 다루어볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 고객중요성과 기업소유구조가 감사품질 및 시장반응에 영향을 미치는지의 순차적 관련성을 검증하기 위하여 경로분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객중요성이 감사품질에 대체로 양의 결과가 나타나 감사품질을 향상시킴을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업소유구조가 감사품질에 미치는 영향은 대주주지분율이 높을수록 높은 감사품질을 선호하는 것으로 나타나지 않았고 외국인지분율의 경우는 유의성을 확인할 수 없었다. 셋째, 매개변수인 감사품질이 높을 경우 일부 변수에서 투자자들이 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객중요성과 기업소유구조변수가 부분적으로 기업가치에 직접적 또는 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 고객중요성 및 기업소유구조는 일부 변수에서 감사품질이 향상되고, 향상된 감사품질정보를 인지한 투자자는 자본시장에서도 긍정적인 신호로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구에서 다루었던 비감사서비스의 제공과 감사품질, 기업지배구조와 감사품질 등의 개별적 관련성의 분석을 확장하여, 감사인독립성의 주요 요인인 고객중요성, 기업소유구조가 감사품질에 영향을 미치고, 감사품질은 시장반응에 영향을 미친다는 순차적 관련성의 분석을 통해 이들 변수간의 관련성을 구조적으로 동시에 검증함으로써 직접적인 효과뿐만 아니라 간접적인 효과까지를 실증적으로 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 특히, 감사품질의 관련성에 대한 연구결과가 일관적이지 않은 시점에서 가능한 정교한 방법론을 위하여 경로분석모형을 시도하여 기존의 주장들을 재검토할 수 있는 정책적 시사점을 제시한다고 판단된다.

최근 전자상거래시장에서의 매출이 급속히 늘고 있고, 이를 이용하는 고객들도 단순한 배송서비스에서 고품질의 물류서비스를 요구하는 경향이 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 전자상거래업체들은 전자상거래환경에 맞는 새로운 물류전략을 개발하여 기업의 비용을 절감하고, 고객 서비스를 강화하여야 한다. 이러한 전략으로 물류부분에 핵심역량을 가진 삼자물류업체들을 선택하여 물류아웃소심을 함으로써 기업의 핵심분야에 경영을 집중하고, 고객들에게는 차별화된 제품과 서비스를 제공하여 기업간 경쟁우위를 높일 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전자상거래업체들이 삼자물류를 선택하고자 하는 경우 중요한 요인으로 어떤 것 들이 있는지를 선행연구들을 통하여 연구하고, 이러한 선택요인들이 전자상거래기업들의 사이버물류성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 연구하고자 하였다. 그 결과 요인분석을 실행하여 삼자물류선택요인들을 신뢰성, 관계지향성, 그리고 자산성을 요인들로 추출할 수 있었고, 이러한 요인들이 전자상거래기업들의 사이버물류성과, 즉 비용 절감, 고객서비스, 고객만족 그리고, 벤치마킹성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 가설들을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 전자상거래업체들의 물류담당자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이러한 자료들을 토대로 연구가설들을 실증분석 하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 물류지식이 부족한 전자상거래업체들에게 효율적이고 적극적인 삼자물류선택 및 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
