Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore dimensions to improve airline non-face-to-face(untact) service quality and identify shadow work dimensions in the digital environment among them. Methods: This study conducted mixed method. First of all, For finding out the dimensions of airline untact service quality, in-depth interviews were conducted from passengers. The collected data through the survey were analyzed using improved importance-performance analysis(IPA). Second, An online survey was conducted to quantitatively analyze user perception about airline untact service quality, and the importance performance of service quality at each dimension was identified through the revised IPA method. Results: The results of this study are as follows; Through in-depth interviews, 11 dimensions found out and 32 measurement items were developed. and then, through the revised IPA analysis, passengers were highly satisfied with "Cleanliness of in-flight service" and "Reliability of self check-in". Also, We found 3 shadow work dimensions such as "Ease of use of self check-in", "Usefulness of self check-in", and "Responsiveness of self check-in". Conclusion: Airline service providers have to keep high-satisfaction services and urgently improve less satisfied services. In particular, the dimensions related to shadow work have to be improved.

After arranging the general usability evaluation criteria of existing VUI researchers, this study verified how appropriate these criteria are for AI VUI specialized in navigation and the priority of their suitability. The VUI used in this study was analyzed through a survey from a total of 195 Chinese users after analyzing the navigation VUI used in China. As a result of the analysis, the usability evaluation criteria of the navigation VUI were extracted from three sub-factors of 'task accuracy', 'function satisfaction', and 'information reliability' in verifying conformance with general VUI evaluation criteria. With the recent advent of self-driving cars, safety and response speed are becoming very important, so Chinese users also ranked responsiveness as the top priority in VUI design, and the importance was also found to be high. Also, both men and women have the highest reactivity and the lowest multiplicity. VUI requires a convenient and natural interface to understand the intention between two objects through usability evaluation and verification in order to have effective interaction between humans and machines.

Recently, as the one way of open Innovation management, Not a company's sole activity, but technology development and infrastructure buildup between companies for the synergistic effect of technological innovation, and technology transfer commercialization is needed. For a successful technology commercialization, it needs many experts like technology transfer agents, A technology transfer agent can be qualified with finishing its registration education course over 40 hours on the basis of the article 14 of law on the Promotion of Technology Transfer and the article 21 of the enforcement. After the 2010 revision of notice, the incorporated company, the Korea Technology Transfer agents has conducted the registration education. Until now, educations were conducted twice in January 2011 and November 2011. Accordingly, this study is necessary to improve the education service's quality and seek remedy through the in-depth evaluation of the present basic education service's quality. The results are as in the following. First, the service quality affect the satisfaction of the education service's quality positively. It is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the education service satisfaction positively. Second, the education service satisfaction affects the attitude positively after completing the course. Third, service quality affects the attitude after completing the education course, Also it is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the attitude after education completion. It is expected that this research may be used as the basic information for establishing education improvements and be helpful in establishing the technology transfer agents' registration education strategy. Through a continuous research, it is also expected that technology transfer markets are accelerated and qualified technology transfer agents are trained.
This study has been implemented to identify the level of satisfaction of the Glass spectacle wearers on various services being given by optical shop workers and help them to provide services of higher quality to the spectacle wearers. The objectives of this study are the spectacle wearers who visited to the 5 Designated optical shops located in Seoul area. All the data has been collected for the 2 months period (Oct. 1 through Dec. 1. 1999.) By using structured, self-described research form. All the collected data were 250 copies in total but evaluated 222 copies only as we excluded 28 copies which has uncertain reply/contents. Major results are as follows: 1. The proportions of objectives by sex was male 54.1%, female 45.9% and by Academic career was University graduates 35.1%, High school graduates 32.4%. 2. The factors impects on the satisfaction level of spectacle wearers were the Employee's service and the status of frame. 3. the factors impacts on the intention for revisit the optical shops were facility status, the responsiveness on wearer s opinion and the employee s services. The factors impect the wearers to build up intention to recommend the visited optical Shops to the 3rd costomer were employee s services, the status of frames, the facility Status and the price level they paid. Considering the results of this study above mentioned, in order to raise up the satisfaction level of glass spectacle wearers, it s thought that the employee (optician) of optical shops have to well acquainted fluent knowledge on the glass spectacles and detailed to the spectacle wearers in a gentle manner and let them build up the reliabily.

Because the increased number of Internet users and the common use of IT technology via the expansion of domestic IT infrastructure have increased the web site use of companies, Internet users have begun to experience a range of online websites. In a digital environment, entrepreneurial companies who have limited resources will require effective management by analyzing the critical factors of the website quality assessment and focusing their resources to seize the market because the website quality built in the company directly affects the satisfaction and purchase activity of the customers. In this study, a total of 523 surveys from the customers visiting online websites of the entrepreneurial companies were collected to analyze the factors between the influencing factors and satisfaction and purchase intention using the ServQual method in the AMOS 18.0 program. This analysis showed that the customers visiting the website are satisfied with the factors of tangibility, reliability and responsiveness of visited websites, and the factor of community, which indicates that the level of customer activity in the web sites is related significantly to the customers' purchase intentions.
The objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the strategy of hospital specialization by analyzing the differences in expected and perceived services, perceived service quality, satisfaction, and intentions to revisit and recommend the hospital to others between general and specialty hospitals. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaire from patients admitted to four study hospitals: two speciality and two general hospitals. The questionnaire was developed based on SERVQUAL to measure five dimensions of service quality. Four hundreds questionnaires were distributed to inpatients or their guardians and 282 returned questionnaires were used in the analyses. The significance of the differences in study variables between specialty and general hospitals were tested by t-test and $x^2$-test. The factor analysis result confirmed the construct validity of 28 questions asked to measure service quality and resulted in four dimensions of service quality: reliability, assurance, tangible and empathy/responsiveness. Cronbach's Alpha ranged from .9013 to .9358, that confirmed the internal consistency of answers. The study results indicated that patients who used specialty hospitals had higher levels of expected and perceived service, a higher level of perceived service quality, and higher levels of service satisfaction than patients who used general hospitals. Percents of patients who had the intention to revisit the hospital and to recommend the hospital to others were higher among patients in specialty hospitals. The most frequent reason to choose the hospital was the excellence of doctors in both general(29.9%) and specialty(43.8%) hospitals, that was followed by convenient transportation(15.3%) and someone know works at the hospital(15.3%) in general hospitals and other's recommendation(14.6%), and nice amenities(13.1%) in specialty hospitals. Although there were no significant differences in clinical department, age, and sex of patients between general and specialty hospitals, patients who visited speciality hospitals had higher levels of education and income than their counter part in general hospitals. These results suggested that specialty hospitals performed better than general hospitals. Specialization could be a viable strategy to tide over recent financial difficulties experienced by hospitals, particularly small- and medium-sized hospitals.
The purpose of this study was to suggest and prove that service design is not in the dimension of a simply new design methodology, but in the design paradigm change from conventional tangible and visual view of design to the intangible service of design. Based on a variety of literature research, this study defined service design, found its characteristics, and proved its differences from conventional design approaches and thoughts. To do that, this study looked into service design theories, processes, and methodologies, defined quality factor and availability of service design, and user satisfaction, and setup hypotheses to prove them. This study conducted a questionnaire survey with service design firms, service designers, and their customers. The questionnaire data were applied to structural equation to analyze the hypotheses. According to the analysis, reliability, tangibility, assurance, and empathy of the quality factors of service design were accepted, but responsiveness of the factors was rejected. It was found that quality factors positively influenced availability and ended up positively affecting user satisfaction. The quantitative research results will made some suggestions to service design firms and designers in the paradigm change to service-centric design, and will show the importance of understanding the essence of service in terms of design methodology.
Due to the merits of OLED displays such as fast responsiveness, wide view angle, and power efficiency, their use has increased. However, despite the power efficiency of OLED displays, the portion of their power consumption among the total power consumption is still high since user interaction-based applications such as instant messaging, video play, and games are frequently used. Their power consumption varies significantly depending on the display contents and thus color transformation is one of the low-power techniques used in OLED displays. Prior low-power color transformation techniques have not been rigorously studied in terms of satisfaction of the human visual system, and have not considered optimal visual satisfaction and power consumption at the same time in relation to color transformation. In this paper, we propose a novel low-power color transformation technique which strictly considers human visual system-awareness as well as optimization of both visual satisfaction and power consumption in a balanced way. Experimental results show that the proposed technique achieves better human visual satisfaction in terms of visuality and also shows on average 13.4% and 22.4% improvement over a prior one in terms of power saving.
This study verified the effect of Hotel Drive through Service Quality between Customer Satisfaction and Oncontinuous usage Intention. In addition, by injecting the variable of the Hotel Brand Image between Hotel Drive through Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction, we tried to find out the effect of the Moderating Role. Convenience sampling was used for customers who recently experienced Hotel Drive through Service, which is operated mainly in Seoul. It has been held for about 40 days from December 2020. The survey tool constructed through prior research was distributed to customers who experienced Hotel Drive through Service in Seoul. 289 copies of the collected effective samples were statistically processed using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 had a significant influence relationship. The Tangibility*Hotel Brand Image and physical environment*Hotel Brand Image in Hypothesis 3 were found to have a modulating effect with a significant positive (+) effect. However, it was found that Responsiveness*Hotel Brand Image and Reliability*Hotel Brand Image had no control effect.
This research classified the customer service factor of on-line shopping mall into tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy and analyzed the effect that the factors affect to consumer's purchase and re-purchase. If we present suggestions on the basis of these results of study, we would provide next two points: First, purchasers have utilized online shopping mall who pursued free from hard sell that being done in off-line and convenience of purchase affected more by reliability and responsiveness such as the fame of shopping mall that visit, reliability of security, and quick product search than the Customer of After-purchase Feedback influence for online purchasers decision factor out of consumer's purchase and re-purchase by on-line shopping mall customer service factor. Second, This study analyzed that online re-purchaser recognized the Customer of After-purchase Feedback factor high and built their loyalty through friendly emotion of on-line shopping mall and satisfaction of shopping mall service, and recommendation. In addition, they behave themselves as an affirmative messenger that is role of the Customer of After-purchase Feedback that make active opinion presentation and participation through community by important adjustment impact that empathy factor of on-line shopping mall customer service.
