Though the attending system was first implemented in 2003 to facilitate the efficient utilization of medical resources and specialties, only a few hospitals and physicians are participated in that system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual facts which related to operation of attending system and propose a basic information to revitalized of the attending system in Korea. The data were collected between August 1 and October 30, 2005 from 25 hospitals and 42 attending physicians who were in part of the attending system. Medical institutions were unwilling to participate despite the advantages of the attending system with respect to the utilization of medical resources and improvement in the quality of medical services. The primary reason for this was the lack of understanding among physicians about the attending system and the difficulty(lack of time) encountered by the attending physicians in administering care to patients hospitalized in the attending hospitals. Moreover insufficient reimbursement for rendered medical services constituted another important reason. In conclusion, we can state that the establishment of a committee is required to discuss the issues surrounding the attending system and to control the growing disparity between the viewpoints of hospitals and physicians. Regardless, there is a need to develop economical incentives for medical institutes. The attending system served as a useful policy in promoting the medical service system and bringing about an improvement in the management of medical institutes.

SOA는 기존 애플리케이션들이 가진 기능을 사업적인 의미를 가지는 기능 단위로 분류하고, 표준화된 호출 인터페이스를 통해 서비스라는 컴포넌트 단위로 재조합한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 시스템은 생산원자재의 절약과 주문 시 생산 시점 예측한다. 그리고 적정한 재고 유지로 원부자재 구입비용과 생산비용을 절감하여 회사의 경쟁력을 증가시킨다. 또한 업체의 생산 공정 및 원부자재 수급 현황을 정확히 분석하여 이를 반영한 SOA 기반의 다품종 소량 생산을 위한 생산관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate practical experiences of telemedicine of community health practitioners(CHPs). Methods: Qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews from 10 CHPs who have experiences in managing telemedicine system. All interviews were recorded and transcribed according to qualitative conventional content analysis processes. Results: As a result, 32 themes were deduced and 11 theme clusters and 3 categories were formed and each coding categories were derived directly from the text data. 11 theme clusters derived from the 32 meaningful themes were as follows: Human resources, equipments and systems, computer program (Input resources), human resource management, patient registration and management, medication, laboratory test (Progress), benefits in telemedicine system managing, difficulties in telemedicine system managing, complains in telemedicine system managing, client responses to telemedicine system (Outcome evaluation). 3 categories derived 11 theme clusters were 'input', 'progress', and 'outcome evaluation'. Conclusions: This study has contributed to the understanding of operation of telemedicine by CHPs in community health posts. For more systematic and comprehensive management, further study should be conducted to reflect experience and positions of public health center physicians, collaborative hospital physician and patients.

Although the national technical qualification scheme has a historical background for thirty-five years, it hasn't any study of an obvious cause analysis, effective counterplan and analysis relation to its historical changes. This paper analyses the internal and external factors of technical qualification policy of the Human resources development service of Korea using PEST and SWOT and surveys the influence on its environment and the variation cause of the ratio of successful applicants to the qualification scheme. This paper also suggests systematically the direction for development of the technical qualification scheme using FMEA. Thus, this study assists to construct rapidly a correspondence system to the environment change simultaneously to determine decision making to the marketing policy.

This study discussed the international reorganization of fisheries in the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea, for the cases of Korea, China and Japan, through the fishery competition and the division of sea areas and resources. In these sea areas, each country has done mutual operation, which causes the fishery competition and controls fishery development. Besides, Exclusive Economic Zon(EEZ) established in 1996 resulted in the prominent changes of fishery development as well as fishery relationship among each country, demands reorganization of fisheries. New fishery order in these sea areas is controlled by BEZ system. The fishery reorganization according to EEZ is a common issue of each country and it also includes the importance of mutual fishery agreement. Resources of fisheries could be used continuously under reasonable management. Each country should consider the stability and existence of fisheries in the international viewpoint. At this point of time, those should be considered such as adjustment of interests according to the division of sea areas, establishment of resource management system and insurance of fishery management, for the subject of fishery reorganization.

The need for effective information systems that can help in efficient transportation management has become essential. This study presents the potential benefits of developing a decision support system used by a trucking company for routing and scheduling. Our study investigates how customer exibility factors affect the utilization of transportation resources and establishes a vehicle scheduling model for better allocation of transportation resources with a time window. The results show vehicle savings from 25% up to 70% per day given different levels of exibility in delivery times. Increased capacity utilization can be achieved by considering only customer exibility in the model. Our study implies that incorporating customer exibility into the information system can help transportation organizations have the capability to gain control over management to cut costs and improve service.

This study aims at establishing JIT production management system to enable manage the resources input into from procurement through construction based on correct identification of the process, an analysis on the amount of input materials and information sharing. This study has focused on the process control and working process of rebar work in domestic apartment house construction where the overall scope of Process from the planning phase to the construction phase has been analyzed in this study. Also construction phase was selected for the application of a sample case. A basic model for JIT production was generated with these processes. Furthermore A questionnaire and the on-site survey with process, checklist and control data were prepared and performed for the application of JIT production management model into rebar work. The governing scopes of JIT production management system include process management, material management, yard loading and moving management and inventory control, and the operation of each control item

우리나라는 1990년대 후반부터 전국 대학 학술정보 공유 유통 체계를 구축하여 소장정보 공동 활용과 해외전자정보 공동 구매, 학술원문 공동 구축을 통한 대학 간 정보 격차 해소에 노력을 기울여 왔다. 한편, 문부성과 NII를 중심으로 우리보다 15년경 일찍 대학 학술정보 공유 유통 체계를 구축한 일본은 대학 소장정보 공유 사업을 시작으로 우리와 비슷한 전개 양상을 보여 왔다. 그러나 최근 정보 환경이 급변하고 학술 커뮤니케이션에 변화가 발생하면서, 물리적 소장 자원을 대체하는 전자정보자원의 관리, 오픈 액세스 기반의 학술 커뮤니케이션을 중심으로 새로운 패러다임을 찾아가고 있다. 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 대학 학술정보 공유 유통 체계를 비교 연구하여 차이점을 분석하고 한국의 대학 학술정보 공유 유통 체계를 위한 발전 방향을 조망하였다. 그 결과 우리나라는 첫번째, 물리적 소장 자원을 대체하는 전자정보자원의 관리 체계 확립, 두 번째, 해외학술정보 공유 유통 체계 재편, 세 번째, 오픈 액세스를 위한 도구로써 기관 레포지토리 활성화, 네 번째, 분산된 학술정보 사업 추진 체계의 일원화가 시급한 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 국내 해양전문정보센터에서 효율적인 정보서비스를 위해 필요한 멀티미디어 메타데이터베이스와 디지털도서관 통합정보시스템을 구현할 목적으로 선행연구를 조사하고 분석하였다. 연구대상자원은 해양분야의 인쇄매체, 네트워크자원, 원문화일, 동영상 등을 범위로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 인쇄매체를 포함한 각종 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 자원의 기술과 조직을 위해 LC표준으로 사용하고 있는 MODS를 기반으로 하여 통합정보검색서비스를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 해양분야 각종 정보자원 조사, 멀티미디어 정보처리, MODS 등 메타데이터 기술요소 분석, 메타데이터 분류체계, 시스템 구성 및 검색 구현방안의 연구를 수행하였다.

Weather Radar have played an important role in both precipitation observation and hydrological operations over several countries and evaluated its efficient and necessities for the developed flood management and control. This paper describe the factors influencing the design the hydrological radar network in Korea and develop Hydrological Radar Network Simulation Model (HRNSM) based on GIS and UI system. Moreover, the methodologies for geographical and hydrological feasibility analysis for radar network were provided in detail manner.
