A 'Resource recycling society' is the common goal to reduce environmental impact from human activities and to conserve natural resources. The Resource-Recycling Waste Management is necessary to explicitly show objectives, and to evaluate the achievement level gained by school administration. In this paper, focusing on resource-recycling school waste management, three indicators are designed to evaluate the present conditions of school waste management, which include evaluation of school policy, waste management and education for waste management by school administration. Each indicator is made up of three or four questions that are supposed to be answered by school managers, teachers and students. Questionnaire surveys, which is based on the resource-recycling school waste management indicators, were carried out in elementary school, middle school and high school in the National Capital region. The resulting of indicators well describe the situation of school waste management among these schools. Influential strategies towards resource-recycling school waste management have been found in analysis.

Recently, environmental pollution and global warming and greenhouse gases are increasing, because Efforts to improve are continued throughout the world. As part of the resource recycling industry has become an important research area. In the field of waterproofing industry, focus on the resource recycling is growing, due to serious resource depletion and sharp price. Therefore, in this research on the resource recycling such as reclaimed rubber and rubber waste is enable and these eco-friendly materials are applied high adhesive flexible non-exposed type self adhesion compound waterproofing material was measured eco-friendly performance and field application was evaluated.

Recently, it is necessary to establish an eco-friendly construction system through recycling of waste material management at construction sites. This is required to reflect the times that require a carbon reduction system in construction as part of domestic and overseas carbon dioxide reduction. Therefore, we intend to establish eco-friendly construction management as part of resource recycling and carbon reduction through recycling technology for waste fibers generated at construction sites.
