This study examines the effect of previous work experience on the long-lived venture firm called 'Good Quality startup'. The research explores entrepreneurs of 16 mobile application startups that were invested by the venture capital, 'K-ventures', through the resource-based view. The results show that all of entrepreneurs had previous experiences of their business domain. They accumulated human resources such as technology capabilities, knowledge of domain, know-how, networking through learning-by-doing. Entrepreneur's human resources are the key factors for opportunity recognition and realisation process; and it is also on the ground that venture capital determines investment. Venture capital provides financial resources, management support and strong network for venture firm. Technology resources, financial resources, know-how and networking are the core managerial resources to be a long-lived venture firm called 'Good Quality Startup'. This research is an exploratory case study based on previous experience and 'good quality entrepreneurship'. The empirical study hereafter is needed.

Wired and mobile Internet has led to increase in online broadcasting content market size. In particular, the fast-growing smart devices like smart phone and tablet PC in mobile Internet market has accelerated the growth of online broadcasting content service market. Meanwhile, the illegal distribution of online broadcasting content has been widespread in this market. There are also significant transaction costs, search costs, contracting and coordination costs in online broadcasting content market. MCP(Master content provider) which is a content distributor has been playing a critical role in preventing illegal content distribution, reducing costs and removing inefficiencies of online broadcasting content market. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the competency of MCP to streamline the online broadcasting contents market from the resource- based view. And this study conducted a case study to explain the status of online broadcasting content market and define what kinds of problems and issues are there in the market in a systematic way. The case study also showed how MCP competency plays an important role in reducing administrative and transaction costs and in solving illegal content distribution and other inefficiencies of the online broadcasting contents market.

A sustainable evaluation and planning method shall have an integrative methodology for analysis of interrelationship among environmental resource uses and natural conditions during the planning process. However, there are few methods for understanding or achieving sustainable planning in residential development projects for most planner/architects. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate theories of the concept of environmental carrying capacity based on the ecological view, to propose a sustainable planning method for evaluation and planning of environmental sustainability in residential development projects, to analyze interrelationship of selected environmental resources to represent an environmental carrying capacity for a residential development project based on the proposed sustainable planning method. Finally, through the case studies of a high-density housing project located near Seoul Metropolitan area, the existing case and a sustainable case were analysed by the proposed method.

This study conducted an empirical analysis on the hypothesis of structural relationship that the resources of diversification foodservice corporations develop into resource sharing about creating synergy on the basis of resource based view. Based on the questionnaire answered by 237 foodservice employees over three years, this study examined its validity and reliability by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 for hypothesis. The result of study modelling were GFI=0.910, NFI=0.915, CFI=0.952, RMSEA=0.070 at the level of $x^2$=179.797(df=83, p<0.001). First, intangible resources 0.180(t=2.371, p<0.05), tangible resources 0.127(t=2.028, p<0.05) and human resources 0.263(t=2.542, p<0.05) of diversification foodservice corporations had positive effects on resource sharing. And resource sharing 0.264(t=3.158, p<0.001) had a positive effect on synergy. Also, between resource sharing and synergy identified moderating effects by synergy implementation cost.

Recently, many companies recognize the individual human resource as a core asset of the corporate value creation and devote a lot of effort to develop and manage competency-based human resource in order to strengthen the corporate competitiveness. As the integrated construction company taking the major portion in Korean construction industry, its construction engineers perform the construction supervision task with various related parties at each stage of the life cycle of the construction project. Therefore, the competency of a construction engineer is an important factor which have a direct impact on the success of the construction project. However, the current capability evaluation scheme of the domestic construction engineers is mainly oriented on the qualification factors such as the certificates or the seniority and this is quite different from evaluating the actual ability for construction management tasks. In this point of view, this study proposes the appropriate level of proficiency in cost management by analyzing the work process and its detailed items of the cost management that is the one of the basic management items of the construction industry. Based on this, this study analyzes the current competency level of the construction engineer by comparing with the required competency of each job position and also performs the engineer's work competency analysis of each work step.

The information technologies industry is now experiencing a rebirth of strong stable growth. However, very few studies have examined performance implications of strategic alliance or merger and acquisition from a knowledge-based view. Furthermore, none of these studies have investigated resource complementarities and alliance or merger and acquisition motive as potential sources of firm performance. This paper extends upon current knowledge-based literature to discover and explore linkages between resource complementarities and firm performance of strategic alliances or merger acquisitions. This study finds that strategic alliance and merger and acquisition announcements have provided abnormal positive returns of production alliances and merger and acquisition. This study can be used as a stepping stone for selection of strategic alliance or merger and acquisition.

Sources of innovation and a sustainable competitive advantage for market leading firms in a dynamic environment are major concerns for both firm managers and academic researchers. For this reason, the dynamic capability view (DCV), evolved from the resource-based view (RBV) is gaining popularity as a cornerstone for success of firms in a dynamic market. DCV proposes a number of new concepts and elements, but these are still under development. This study suggests a comprehensive constitution of dynamic capabilities by performing a systematic literature review of 59 conceptual research papers from 238 bodies of literature. For the integrative conceptual framework, the elements of the dynamic capabilities are segmented into organizational learning and strategic choices with sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring stages. In addition, our conceptual framework lays a foundation for further empirical studies, with investigating sources of competitive advantage of market leading firms.

The purpose of this study was to identify the important contents from teachers’, parents’and students’view points based on the sixth Home Economics textbook contents, to apply these results at school settings and to provide the materials as a basis for the next curriculum revision. Subjects were 59 teachers, 253 parents, and 389 students from 3 cities and 5 counties in CholaBukDo. A questionnaire which was made by the researcher was used as an instrument for this study. The results are as follows： Of 32 contents on Family life subarea, all the teachers, the parents and the students put the emphasis on sex such as pregnancy, purity, sex-ethics, etc. This result means that middle-school students emphasized the sexual identity formation and this was also a common concern about adolescents in our society. Of 37 contents of Managing home resource and Consumer life subarea, teachers though the environment pollution is an important subject and parents and students thought finding a method to conserve good environment were more important. This result reflects their concern on the environment. Of 49 contents on Dietary life, teachers and parents emphasized “the importance of nutritive elements”which is basic on their dietary life and students were more interested in “adolescence and growth and development among adolescents’nutritional characteristics and problems”which is more related to their current life. Of 40 contents on Clothing life subarea, while teachers put the emphasis on the method how they can buy ready-made clothes, parents and students wanted them to teach what kind of clothes are suitable for themselves. Of 18 contents on Residing life subarea, teachers emphasized the importance of ventilation for adjusting the room environment and students were more interested in the effective use of the residing space. By finding out what kinds of Home-economics contents are important from the view point of teachers, parents and students, this study can be a useful resource for the next curriculum revision and for selecting contents of a new-coming text book. However, restricted sampling must be considered and further studies which cover the whole area might be needed.

This study aims to apprehend resources that affect level of happiness according to the types of work and leisure in single-person households, and suggests measures to effectively manage. Single-person households not only have different demographic characteristics such as gender and age, but also they have different resources, so there is a need to look at them simple as an individual subject, but as a complicated system from more integrated view. Thus, this study saw the single-person household as an organism existing in a complicated environment based on examining the previous researches. This work deigned the research model by applying the human ecological point of view consistently interacting with the environment. This study suggested an hypothesis under the assumption that the resources such as leisure, infrastructure, social activity and work-life balance support system will influence the level of happiness of single-person household

Typically internal mobile LCD display modules are connected to the mobile product baseband PCB with flexible printed circuit board equipped with board-to-board connector. This solution has a drawback of limiting the product concept work to certain solutions that are based on connector size, location, flexible PCB length, bending, etc. in the display module. Also flexible printed circuit board based solutions are not completely optimized from reliability point of view, causing flex circuit board breakings. For the external displays in the PC or Home entertainment market, the cable solution is too expensive and resource demanding. The wireless solution has obvious advantages over reliability, low cost and flexibility. This paper describes a wireless audio-visual interface solution.
