튜브 배열에 따른 튜브/튜브시트 수압 확관 접합의 민감도 해석 (Sensitivity Analysis on Hydraulic Expanded Tube-to-Tubesheet Joints for Tube Layout Patterns)

  • The basic requirements to improve the joints quality of tube-to-tubesheet for heat exchangers are to obtain high residual contact pressures between the tubes and the tubesheet as well as low residual stresses in the transition zone of the tubes. The residual contact pressures and residual stresses which govern the joint quality are influenced by parameters such as material properties, geometric dimension of tube and tubesheet and expansion pressures. There are two types of tube layout patterns, triangular and square, which are frequently used for heat exchangers. The purpose of the present work is to examine the superior tube layout patterns considering the joints quality by comparing numerical results from sensitivity analyses which were performed for both of tube layout patterns.

  • Nano-imprint technology has been vigorously studied by many researchers for it is one of the most promising technologies for manufacturing the pattern with its critical dimension below 100nm. In the nano-imprint technology, nano patterns are transferred on a polymer film and the transferred patterns are used as an etch mask to define the designed patterns on a substrate or a metal layer. To this end, it is important to keep the residual thickness of the imprinted polymer film uniform. In this study, a novel measurement technique to measure the residual thickness of films is proposed based on nanoindentation theory. This technique has advantages of saving time and measuring the residual thickness of highly-localized portions in comparison with other techniques, but has limitation of requiring calibration process.

소면적 재배 작물 들깻잎 중 살충제 Bifenthrin과 Chlorfenapyr의 잔류양상 (Residual Patterns of Insecticides Bifenthrin and Chlorfenapyr in Perilla Leaf as a Minor Crop)

  • 소면적 재배 작물 중 연속수확작물인 높은 들깻잎의 안전성 확보를 위하여 들깻잎 중 bifenthrin 및 chlorfenapyr의 잔류양상을 연구하였다. 확립된 분석법을 이용하여 회수율시험을 실시한 결과 bifenthrin 및 chlorfenapyr의 회수율은 81.9~104.8% 범위로 만족할만하였다. 들깻잎의 생육 기간 중 bifenthrin과 chlorfenapyr의 잔류량 변화는 first order kinetics model을 적용하여 해석하였으며 이 식으로부터 산출된 감소상수는 bifenthrin에서 $0.0724-0.0535day^{-1}$, chlorfenapyr에서 $0.0948-0.0821day^{-1}$로 나타났다. 두 농약의 들깻잎 중 반감기는 bifenthrin의 경우 9.6-12.9일이었으며, chlorfenapyr는 7.3-8.4일이었다. 산출된 두 농약의 감소상수를 이용하여 pre-harvest residue limit(PHRL)을 산출한 결과 수확 10일전 들깻잎 중 bifenthrin 및 chlorfenapyr의 잔류량이 각각 17.1 및 15.9 mg/kg일 경우 수확일에는 두 농약의 잔류허용기준인 7.0 및 10.0 mg/kg 이하로 잔류하여 안전할 것으로 예상되었다.

진도견 정자형성계 세포들의 Lectin-binding patterns (Lectine-binding patterns of spermatogenic cells in the Jindo dog)

  • The lectin-binding patterns in the testis of the sexually matured Jindo dog were investigated to study the distribution of glycoconjugates in the seminiferous tubule under light and transmission electron microscopy. Positive reactions to Wheat germ agglutinin(WGA) and Dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA) were observed in the Sertoli cell and in the residual body of spermatid with a stronger reaction in the Sertoli cell to the lectins than in the residual body. Strong reactions to Soybean agglutinin(SBA) and Peanut agglutinin(PNA) were observed in the acrosome vesicles of the Golgi- and cap-phase spermatid, while a moderate reaction was observed in the acrosome-phase, maturation-phase spermatid and the residual body. The acrosome area of the spermatid reacted intensively to Griffonia simplicifolia agglutinin( GS-I) when the cell was in the acrosome-phase and maturation-phase, and the same reaction to the GS-I was observed in the residual body. However, the seminiferous tubule did not react to Ulex europeus agglutinin I(UEA-I). The gold-labelling of the Sertoli cells with DBA resulted in positive reactions of the Sertoli cell column and processes when observed under the electron microscopy, while the Golgi-, cap- and acrosome-phase spermatids reacted positively to SBA in the peripheral low-dense area of the acrosome vesicle of spermatid. Based on these results, we concluded that differences in the lectin-binding pattern of the seminiferous tubules were recognized in the Jindo dog compared to other animals.

  • The purpose of this study is to find sedimentation patterns variation in Saemangeum coastal sea region. Water circulations are calculated diagnostically from the observed water temperature and salinity data and wind data and tidal residual current. Three dimensional movements of injected particles due In currents, turbulence and sinking velocity are tracked by the Euler-lagrange method. Calculated sedimentation patterns of riverine material are highly similar to the observed ones.

  • A pulsed tracer gas technique is applied to measure the distributions of local mean age and local mean residual-life-time of air in a half-scale experimental chamber, The airflow patterns in the chamber are visualized by a Helium bubble generator for three different exhaust locations. A supply slot is located at the top of a right wall, and an exhaust slot is at either bottom-left (Case 1), bottom-right (Case 2), or top-left (Case 3) location. Results show that the distributions of local mean age and local mean residual-life-time are different from each other, but both of them are closely related to the airflow pattern in the space. Included are discussions on explaining the variations of overall room ventilation effectiveness depending upon airflow rates for three different supply-exhaust configurations.

중계 구간의 SMF 길이와 RDPS 분포가 일정하지 않은 분산 제어 광전송 링크를 통한 왜곡된 WDM 신호의 보상 (Compensation for Distorted WDM Signals Through Dispersion Managed Optical Transmission Links with Ununiform Distribution of SMF Length and RDPS of Optical Fiber Spans)

  • 분산 제어 (DM; dispersion management)은 파장 분할 다중 (WDM; wavelength division multiplexed) 채널의 고품질 전송을 위해 광섬유의 그룹 속도 분산 (GVD; group velocity dispersion)과 비선형 효과의 상호 작용에 의해 왜곡되는 신호의 보상할 수 있는 대표적 기술이다. DM이 적용된 광전송 링크의 유연한 구성에 필요한 중계 구간 (fiber span)을 구성하는 단일 모드 광섬유 (SMF; single mode fiber)의 길이와 중계 구간 당 잉여 분산 (RDPS; residual dispersion per span)을 랜덤하게 분포시키는 구조와 인위적으로 분포시키는 구조에서의 최적 전체 잉여 분산 (NRD; net residual dispersion)의 최적치와 유효 입사 전력 범위를 도출하였다. 고려한 SMF의 길이와 RDPS 분포 패턴 모두 precompensation으로 NRD를 조절하는 경우에서는 +10 ps/nm, postcompensation으로 NRD를 조절하는 경우에서는 -10 ps/nm이 최적 NRD라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 NRD가 상기 값으로 설정된 경우 중계 구간이 증가할수록 SMF 길이를 감소시키고, RDPS를 증가시키는 인위적인 분포의 전송 링크에서의 시스템 성능이 가장 양호하여 균일한 분포의 링크에 비해 유효 입사 전력 범위가 2 dB 정도 신장되는 것을 확인하였다.

황산염용액으로부터 전기도금 된 FCCL용 Cu 필름의 특성에 미치는 Cu 이온농도 및 첨가제의 영향 (Effect of Cu2+ Concentration and Additives on Properties of Electrodeposited Cu Thin Films for FCCL from Sulfate Baths)

  • Nanocrystalline Cu thin films were electrodeposited from sulfate baths and investigated systematically the influences of $Cu^{2+}$ concentration and additives on current efficiency, residual stress, surface morphology, and XRD patterns of electrodeposited Cu film. Current efficiency was nearly 100% at from 0.2M to 1.0 M $Cu^{2+}$ concentration. but it was linearly increased with $Cu^{2+}$ concentration at less than 0.2M. The residual stress was observed in range of 7.9 to 18.4 MPa and tensile stress mode. Dendritic and powdered form was obtained at below 0.1 M. As increased with $Cu^{2+}$ concentration in solution, the main peak in the XRD pattern shifted (111) and (220) from (200). In the other hand, all about 100% current efficiency observed in all additive concentration systems, and residual stress observed in range of 20.4 to 26.3 MPa tensile stress. The condition 5(Ultra make-up - 10 ml/l, Ulta A - 0.5ml/l, Ultr B - 0.5 ml/l) was good surface morphology, and fcc(111) peak in XRD patterns increased with increasing additive concentration.

  • This research is about the mechanical properties of knit pullover of Shaping and WholeGarment according to structured patterns and form of the armhole. For the study 12 samples are prepared under different conditions and through comparative analysis of each sample's armhole around armpit in basic properties, tensile strength & elongation and residual elongation after repeated extensions, the conclusion is as follows. As a result of comparing basic properties of structured pattern of Shaping and WholeGarment samples, in all structured patterns Shaping samples weighed more. According to the comparative analysis of tensile strength & elongation of Shaping and WholeGarment samples, Machi on both sides of WholeGarment samples showed the highest strength. By comparing outcome of residual elongation by structured pattern of Shaping and WholeGarment samples, both types were observed to have the residual elongation increase in the order of Plain

영일만의 조석잔차류 거동 특성 (The Characteristics of Tidal Residual Current in Youngil Bay)

  • 영일만의 해수순환에 영향을 미치는 조석잔차류와 형산강 하천수의 거동 특성을 규명하기 위하여 2차원 수치모형실험을 수행하였다. 수치모형실험의 결과는 기존의 관측자료들과 잘 일치하였으며, 영일만의 북쪽 달만갑 연안으로부터 포항신항을 거쳐 장기갑 연안을 따라 외해로 빠져나가는 조석잔차류 거동을 잘 재현하였다. 영일만의 잔차류에 대한 조류의 영향은 미약하며 파랑이나 바람에 의한 영향이 크지만 영일만의 전형적인 조석잔차류의 거동에 미치는 형산강 하천수의 역할은 지배적인 것으로 나타났다.
