저진동, 고속특성을 가지는 개선된 5차 모션 프로파일의 설계 (Development of Improved 5th Order Motion Profile for Low Vibration and High Speed)

  • In this study, for reducing the residual vibration in high speed motion control stage, an improved 5th order polynomial motion profile was developed. When a stage is moving, the current through the motor coils has the same profile of input motion profile of acceleration, therefore the characteristics of the acceleration input profile directly affect on the performance of the amplifier that includes the current control loop. Commonly low cost amplifier and motor has a narrow current control bandwidth, therefore the proposed algorithm was designed based on this practical constraint. Simulation and experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm clearly has low residual vibration characteristics than conventional 5th order polynomial motion profile on the same drive condition.

직류옵셋제거필터에 의한 거리계전기법의 성능 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Enhancement of Distance Relaying by DC Offset Elimination Filter)

  • Distance relay is widely used for the protection of long transmission line. Most of distance relay used to calculate line impedance by measuring voltage and current using DFT. So if there is a computation error due to the influence of phasor by DC offset component, due to excessive vibration by measuring line impedance, overreach or underreach can be occurs, and then abnormal and non-operation of distance relay can be issue. It is very important to implement the robust distance relaying that is not affected by DC offset component. This paper describes an enhanced distance relaying based on the DC offset elimination filter to minimize the effects of DC offset on a long transmission line. The proposed DC offset elimination filter has not need any prior information. The phase angle delay of the proposed DC offset filter did not occurred and the gain error was not found. The enhanced distance relay uses fault current as well as residual current. The behavior of the proposed distance relaying using off-line simulation has been verified using data about several fault conditions generated by the ATP simulation software.

  • 전기도금법에 의한 니켈-철 합금 도금층은 전류인가방식, 전류밀도, 첨가제, 도금 욕에서 철과 니켈에 농도비 등과 같은 공정 변수에 따라 그 조성이 민감하게 변화하고 특히 전류인가방식에 따라 도금 층의 조성과 기계적인 특성이 달라지는 경향을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전류의 인가방식과 전류밀도 변화에 따른 경도, 내마모성, 인성,표면 거칠기 및 잔류응력 등의 기계적인 물성의 변화를 연구하였다. 전류인가방식을 직류에서 펄스전류로 변환시킴에 따라 인장강도가 15% 증가하였으며, 잔류음력이 10% 감소하였고, 내마모성이 30% 향상되었다.

  • The surge protector is crucial power apparatus to guarantee the safe operation of power transmission of underground cable which can effectively restrain the overvoltage and inductive lightning stroke in power system. The surge protector is crucial power apparatus to guarantee the safe operation of power transmission of underground cable which can effectively restrain the overvoltage and inductive lightning stroke in power system. This paper described the results of a study on the performance for surge protector for underground cable. And, the performance of surge protector was evaluated through such as measurement of the reference voltage, residual voltage and impulse current etc. In results of surge protector, reference and residual voltage of ZnO element is 4.75 kV, 9.86 kV respectively. Also, In the impulse current test, thermal properties are good, despite of that polymeric housing of surge protector has thick structure. Therefore the developed surge protector is thought to apply for underground cable.

산화아연소자의 성형공정에 따른 전기적 특성과 성능평가 (Electrical Characteristics and Performance Evaluation with Manufacturing Process of Zinc Oxide Varistors)

  • This paper presents the electrical characteristics with manufacturing process and performance evaluation of high performance zinc oxide varistors. ZnO varistors were fabricated with typical ceramic production methods with different thickness and the structural and electrical characteristics of ZnO varistors were investigated. All varistors exhibited high density, which was in the range of $5.41{\sim}5.49g/cm^3$. In the electrical properties, the reference voltage increased in the range of $4.410{\sim}5.250kV$ with increasing their thickness and the residual voltage exhibited the same trends as the reference voltage. In the long duration current impulse withstand test, E-2 and F-1 samples failed at the two and four shots of impulse current, respectively, but E-1 and F-2 samples survived 18 shots during the test. Before and after this test, the variation ratio of residual voltage of E-1 and F-2 samples were -0.34 % and 0.05 %, respectively, which were in the acceptance range of 5 %. According to the results of tests, it is thought that if the fabrication process such as insulating coating, sintering condition, and soldering method is improved, these ZnO varistors would be possible to apply to the station class arresters in the near future.

Effect of Bending Test Procedure on the Degradation Behavior of Critical Current in ReBCO Coated Conductor Tapes

  • The $I_c$ degradation behavior of critical current in differently processed YBCO and SmBCO CC tapes with IBAD template has been investigated. It has been known that the residual strain in the CC tape will influence the shape of the $I_c$-strain window; $I_c$ may show a peak value if there exist a residual strain induced in the tape during manufacturing. The difference of residual strain may be resulted from the adopted different deposition techniques. In this study, bending test of CC tapes has been done using the Goldacker bending test rig which can produce both compressive and tensile bending strain continuously or alternately to the sample. For SmBCO CC tapes, in continuous compressive bending test, $I_c$ showed a minimal increase and did not degrade up to the largest strain that can be applied using the bending rig equivalent to 1.15% based on the sample thickness. However, in the case of alternate application of compressive and tensile bending strain, $I_c$ showed a larger degradation and a lower reversible limit when compared with the case of continuous application of the bending strain. When $I_c$ started to degrade significantly at the tension side, the reversibility ended, also at the compression side which is resulted from the permanent deformation like delamination or cracks that was induced due to tensile bending strain.

Ni Sulfamate-chloride 전기도금 용액에서 전류밀도와 첨가제의 농도 변화가 Ni 박막에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Changes of Current Density and Additive Concentration on Ni Thin Films in Ni Sulfamate-chloride Electrodeposition Baths)

  • Sulfamate plating solution containing a small amount of chloride bath was fabricated to study the properties of the electrodeposited Ni thin films. Effects of the changes of current density and additive concentration on current efficiency, residual stress, surface morphology and microstructure of Ni thin films electrodeposited from Ni sulfamate-chloride baths were investigated. The current efficiency was measured to be more than about 95%, independent of the changes of current density and saccharin concentration in the baths. Residual stress of Ni thin film was appeared to be the compressive stress modes in the range of $5{\sim}30mA/cm^2$ current density. Maximum compressive stress was observed at the current density of $10mA/cm^2$. Compressive stress values of Ni thin/thick films were increased to be about -85~-100 MPa with increasing saccharin concentration from 0 to 0.0195 M(4 g/L). Surface morphology was changed from smooth to nodule surface appearance with increasing the current density. Smooth surface morphology of Ni thin films electrodeposited from the baths containing saccharin was observed, independent of the saccharin concentration. Ni thin/thick films consist of FCC(111), FCC(200), FCC(220), FCC(311) and FCC(222) peaks. It was revealed that the FCC(200) peak of Ni thin films is the preferred orientation in the range of $5{\sim}30mA/cm^2$ current density. The intensity of FCC(200) peak was gradually decreased and the intensity of FCC(111) peak was increased with increasing saccharin concentration in the baths.

  • In this paper, we analyzed form of flowing leakage current in electrical installation. Leakage current ($I_g$) is consisted of resistive leakage current($I_{gr}$), capacitive leakage current($I_{gc}$), and inductive leakage current($I_{gl}$). Resistive leakage current($I_{gr}$) is big occasion than capacitive leakage current($I_{gc}$) in system, Residual Current Protective Device(RCD) detects correctly leakage current. But,$I_{gc}$ is big occasion than $I_{gr}$, RCD is malfunctioned It is resistance to lead to electric fire in electrical device. We manufactured outlet that resistive leakage current detecting circuit is had. Manufactured outlet displayed performance exactly in leakage current of 5 mA Therefore, this product estimates that contribute on electric fire courtesy call.

터널 라이닝에 작용하는 합리적인 잔류수압 적용방안 검토 (A study for application plan of rational residual water pressure on the tunnel linings)

  • 지중에 건설되는 터널은 대부분 지하수위 하부에 위치하므로 지하수 처리문제는 터널의 장기운영에 있어 매우 중요하다. 배수형 터널의 경우 수리기능이 원활하면 라이닝에 수압이 작용하지 않으나 장기 운영으로 인해 배수시스템의 열화가 진행되면서 라이닝 배면에 잔류수압이 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 배수재 및 배수공 폐색 조건에 따른 터널에 작용하는 수압분포를 ICFEP프로그램을 활용하여 수치해석적으로 고찰하고 현재 적용중인 잔류수압과의 비교 분석을 통해 라이닝에 작용하는 합리적인 잔류수압 적용 방안을 검토하였다.

  • 강자성 극박소재에 유기된 잔류응력을 검출하기 위하여 자기유도형 탐촉자(probe)를 설계·제작하였으며, 이를 장착한 잔류음력 평가시스템은 박판내에 유기된 잔류응력의 주응력 방향과 크기를 효과적으로 결정하여 준다. 이 시스템을 반도체 칩 팩키지(package)용으로 사용하는 Fe-42Ni계 lead frame 판재의 잔류응력 검출에 적용한 결과, 양호재 및 잔류응력과다 불량재에 대한 출력전압은 명확히 구별되었고, 잔류응력이 축적된 판재는 양호재와 비교하여 응력의 분포 및 크기에 있어 항상 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 차이는 탐촉자에 투입하는 전류와 주파수의 함수로 잘 분해되어질 수 있음을 확인하였다.
