Advances in radiomics and deep learning (DL) hold great potential to be at the forefront of precision medicine for the treatment of patients with brain metastases. Radiomics and DL can aid clinical decision-making by enabling accurate diagnosis, facilitating the identification of molecular markers, providing accurate prognoses, and monitoring treatment response. In this review, we summarize the clinical background, unmet needs, and current state of research of radiomics and DL for the treatment of brain metastases. The promises, pitfalls, and future roadmap of radiomics and DL in brain metastases are addressed as well.

These days, the extension and complication of construction project has attached greater significance to IT system for effective project management. Construction companies inside the country have established IT system, but the fact is that they are not up to the expectations of investment provision, and the absense of objective and strategy about project management information system makes its efficiency doubtful. The research, from the point view of construction company, makes an estimate of indefinite future, and presents the process of making out IT system roadmap as a long-term strategy in building IT system.

방송통신 기술기준은 국가에서 정하는 강제표준으로서 통신사업자 및 관련 기관이 준수해야 하는 의무적 사항을 규정하고 있다. 기술기준은 새로운 통신서비스 및 기술의 발전을 적시에 반영하여 국내 도입에 대한 제도적 기반을 마련하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기술기준은 제개정의 로드맵 수립에 대한 방법론 및 중단기 기술기준 개정방향에 대해 같이 논하기로 한다.

IoT, 빅데이터, 드론, 클라우드 등 정보기술이 등장하면서 정보화 사회가 지능화, 창조화사회로 변화되고 있으며, 건설분야에서도 이러한 정보기술을 접목하여 과거의 노동집약형 산업에서 융합형 첨단기술산업으로 변화를 도모하고 있다. 특히, 건설사업관리시스템은 1998년부터 5년마다 건설사업정보화 기본계획을 수립하여 기능개선 및 고도화를 진행하고 있으며, 현재 2012년에 수립한 제4차 건설사업정보화 기본계획을 기반으로 시스템을 개선중에 있다. 그러나, 급변하는 정보기술의 발전으로 웹호환성, 공간정보, 빅데이터, BIM, 윈도우10 등이 대두되면서, 시스템 개편을 위한 체계적인 계획 수립이 필요한 실정이었다. 따라서, 본 연구는 건설사업관리시스템을 기준으로 새로운 건설IT환경을 반영한 시스템 로드맵을 마련하였다. 이를 위해 건설분야의 내 외부 환경요인을 조사 분석하고, 타 정보시스템의 개발현황과 건설사업관리시스템의 문제점을 도출한 후 SWOT 분석기법을 이용하여 핵심성공요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 결과를 토대로 시스템의 비전, 목표, 추진방향 및 전략, 중점 세부추진과제와 추진일정을 마련하고 델파이방법을 통해 최종적으로 4개 중점추진과제와 9개 세부추진 과제를 마련하였다. 이렇게 마련된 로드맵은 향후 건설사업관리시스템의 운영 지표로 활용되며, 건설분야 유관 정보시스템의 향후 추진전략 수립시 참고자료로 활용될 수 있다.

In the global trend toward economic integration, Vietnamese enterprises desire to attract investment and increase competitiveness in the global market, so they have been required to provide transparent, high-quality financial reports following the International Financial Reports Standards (IFRS). Based on the roadmap drawn by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance, the foreign-invested enterprises, listed enterprises and state-owned enterprises will be applying IFRS in 2030. However, some enterprises in Vietnam have applied IFRS in the presentation of financial statements at the request of related parties for a while. The main research objective of this paper focused on examining the factors affecting the implementation of IFRS in Vietnamese enterprises through descriptive statistics tools, Cronbach's Alpha testing, EFA and logistics regression analysis with the sample collected from 254 Vietnamese enterprises. The methodology in this research was the mixed qualitative and quantitative method. The results show that the higher the profitability, debt ratio and firm size of the enterprise, the more likely it is to apply IFRS. From the results of this study, the appropriate recommendations have been made to promote the implementation of IFRS by Vietnamese enterprises effectively and following the IFRS application roadmap of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.

A Technology Roadmap (TRM) is extensively used as a tool to manage activities of researching and developing technologies and products that can help a business achieve its goals. However, most of past studies on TRMs have limited themselves to developing in a single product or a single industry level. Few research studies have examined how TRM are used for convergence products and services for future development. The aim of this chapter is to introduce a TRM development methodology for u-City technologies and to consider its possible application at the R&D program level in Korea. This research suggests ways to develop a TRM in u-City development by segmenting u-City technologies, projecting TRM for each technology and designing TRM templates for evaluating both current and future technologies. In addition, the study further highlights to prioritize which technology is favorable for the implementation based on its economic feasibility and technological maturity.

Korean construction industry made a huge growth over several decades. However, domestic construction market has shrunk in recent years due to the domestic political environments and global economic crisis. Today, the international construction markets become more important to be investigated, and demands for international construction study have risen. The purpose of this study is to search for measures to compare the potential of Southeast Asian countries' construction markets and select strategic target countries where the Korean construction companies pursue to explore for future investments. The research team investigated a range of selection factors which can represent the construction market condition of each country. These factors included the size of the construction industry, economic growth potential, current relationship with Korea, the level of infrastructure development, political situation, etc. After collecting data, each selection factor was scored by experts' analyses and the total score was given to each country. As a result, the rating identified attractive countries for future investments: Myanmar, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. For the target countries, analytical methods were used for in-depth market analysis that can provide comprehensive insight and strategic clue for development of short-/mid-/long-term roadmap and action plans. The research findings would be used to support rational decision making of construction investment advancing to the Southeast Asian economic growth.
