BACKGROUND: Recently, the project for improvement of water quality and preservation of the Yeongsan and Seomjin river basin was actively promoted. However, the publicity for many results of the project is not actively done, thus they are rarely used. Furthermore, there are not sufficient information about the projects preformed by other research institutions. Therefore, the watershed management system for efficient water management is needed in the Yeongsan and Seomjin river basin. CONCLUSION: Firstly, establishment of the Yeongsan and Seomjin river basin management research center, Secondly, construciton of wed-based water management research network. These results will serve as a basic data for efficient water management.

본 연구는 대학구성원의 연구데이터 관리 및 공유에 대한 인식과 경험을 파악하고, 대학구성원을 위한 효과적인 연구데이터 관리 방안을 마련하기 위해서 고려해야 할 주요 사항들을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 문헌조사를 바탕으로 연구데이터 관리 및 공유의 주요 쟁점을 정리하였고, 이를 바탕으로 대학구성원을 대상으로 연구데이터 관리·공유에 대한 인식 및 경험을 묻는 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사로부터 얻어낸 결과를 종합하여 연구데이터에 대한 인식, 연구데이터 관리에 대한 인식 및 경험, 연구데이터 공유·공개에 대한 인식 및 경험 측면의 시사점을 정리하였다. 본 연구는 장기적으로 수행되어야 할 연구데이터 관리 정책 및 서비스 개발 연구의 초석을 다졌다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Compared to the industrial society, the knowledge-based economy of the 21st century has placed importance on intellectual capital as a sustainable competitive advantage of an organization. The ownership, creation, and interaction of intellectual capital is emerging as the main challenges of the management and, moreover, it might extend to the issue of intellectual capital management. This research found that the exploitation and sharing of knowledge was more efficient in a networked organization through a case study for A research institute, which attempted intellectual capital management domestically for the first time. The contribution of this exploratory research is to suggest new perspectives on the ownership of intangible asset, the evaluation of knowledge-based product, and the competitive advantage and complementarity of an organization in the knowledge-based economy. The limitation is that this research is just exploratory due to the inaccessibility of data. If the intellectual capital management would be more common, the diverse researches should be empirically carried out.

본 논문에서는 전력 도매요금(현 전력거래제도에서의 시간대별 계통한계가격) 상승시, 고객의 부하절감을 유도함으로써 사회적 후생을 최대화 할 수 있는 상시부하관리 개념을 제안하였다. 2007년 계통을 대상으로 전력거래 모의프로그램인 P-POOL를 이용하여 경제적 측면에서의 효과를 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하였으며 본 결과는 향후 우리나라에서의 가격기반 부하관리 메카니즘 도입의 기초자료로 활용이 기대된다.

Two penaeoid shrimps, Hadropenaeus lucasii (Bate, 1881) and Sicyonia truncata (Kubo, 1949), were collected from the northeastern waters of Jeju Island, Korea. These represent the only Korean reports of a member of the genus Hadropenaeus, family Solenoceridae and of a member of family Sicyonidae, respectively. Morphological descriptions and illustrations with a color photograph of each species are given. Korean Penaeoidea presently includes 27 species in three families.

Recently, knowledge management and E-business are very important issues in academic and business fields. Research questions related with these issues are which factors stimulate knowledge management. Another question is whether knowledge management is related to E-business. To answer these questions a research model was proposed. The data were collected from 90 manufacturing firms in Korea. Appropriate research methodologies were employed for analysis. Results found that the degree of firm's internalization, diversity of domestic management activities and learning orientation affect knowledge aquisition and transfer. Knowledge aquisition and transfer facilitate knowledge application, resulting in new product development, cost reduction and technology differentiation. Knowledge management is a kind of process. This result, therefore, confirms what previous literature predicted.

This paper is an exploratory study providing critical research issues in knowledge management strategy, process operations, and knowledge management system design and control in mass customization. The firms implementing mass customization provide good cases adopting recent changes in business environment including increased diversity and variability of customer needs, fast development of related technologies, and increase of the necessity of knowledge management. In this study, required knowledge management characteristics are investigated and future research issues are suggested for successful implementations of knowledge management. Research issues are extracted from the context of strategy, process, and information system for the purpose of practical adaptation and the types of mass customization are emphasized as a mediating element for fit and consistency between firms' corporate strategy and knowledge management characteristics.

연구데이터의 연구의 정확성이나 신뢰성 확보를 위한 정보적 가치, 연구의 재현 또는 검증, 재사용 가능성을 연구데이터에 대한 체계적 관리가 강조되고 있다. 표준 메타데이터는 연구데이터 생산, 관리, 구조화, 기탁된 데이터 추출에 핵심 역할을 수행할 것이다. 연구데이터는 연구, 연구데이터, 데이터셋, 파일 등 다양한 계층적 관계를 가지고 있으며, 인용 및 연구성과 등의 엔터티와 연계되어 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 연구데이터 관리를 위한 온톨로지 모델을 제시하고자 한다. NTIS 사례를 제시하여 연구의 적용가능성을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구데이터 관련 선행연구, 메타데이터 표준의 분석, 연구데이터 리포지터리 사례조사를 실시하였다.

연구의 진실성을 검증하거나 특허권 관련이나 지식재산권에 관한 법적 분쟁에 대응하기 위하여 연구기록은 증거로도 매우 중요하며, 이전 연구의 정보 제공을 위해서도 중요하다. 그러나 공과대학 연구실의 연구기록 관리는 아직 초보적 단계이며, 관련 규정 및 모범 사례도 부족하여 체계적인 연구기록 관리에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 공과대학 연구실의 현황을 알아보고, 문제점들을 분석해보고, 효율적인 연구기록 관리를 위해 관련 규정 및 프로세스의 정비, 연구기록관리 과정의 체계화, 연구자 교육 및 인프라 구축 등의 체계화 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 연구데이터 관리서비스 구현 시 성공적인 서비스를 위한 고려사항을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 활용하여 연구데이터 관리서비스의 영역을 파악하였고, 미국, 독일, 호주에서 연구데이터 관리서비스를 시행중인 대학도서관 6곳과 1개의 기관에서 담당자 8명을 대상으로 연구데이터 서비스에 관한 질문의 답변을 이메일을 통해 수집하였다. 또 해외서비스를 대상으로 수집한 고려사항이 국내에 적용가능한지 국내 연구데이터 관리서비스 전문가와 검토하였다. 연구데이터 서비스 영역은 총 9개의 카테고리로 구분하여 분석하였는데, 연구서비스와 연구데이터 관리서비스 연계, 국가/대학/기관 차원의 협약, 메타데이터 입력주체 및 필수 요소, 직원의 전문화 방안, 이용자 요구분석을 통한 주요서비스 영역 선정, 연구데이터와 연구결과물의 효과적인 연결방안, 이용자와 유관기관과 긴밀한 공조 등의 연구데이터 관리서비스 구축 시 고려사항을 도출할 수 있었다.
