At the present time, multimedia chip, internet application, and network equipment is designed by using ARM core. Because it has a good debugging, software compiler and needed low power. We must process a data coding to send a multimedia data by real time. So need to connect software and hardware algorithm. In this research, We design interface for ARM9/AMBA based board using VHDL for these function implementation. The board is used the ARM company´s ARM940T for software function implementation and Xilinx company´s Virtex E2000 for hardware function algorithm. The various hardware algorithm (ME,ME,DCT) block for performance can be implemented on this system.

The objectives of this research are 1) control of schedule or improvement of management for aerial environment, 2) distribution of responsibility to the parties concerned (factory, material company, construction company, design and engineering, occupancy). The results show the relative priority of the four major items in wall-based apartment buildings and in column-based apartment buildings. An analysis of the parties responsible for improvement based on the IAQ results shows more efforts to improve IAQ are needed in material factories and engineering/design companies.

Upselling is often a critical factor in revenue generation for businesses in the tourism and travel industry. Utilizing passenger data from a major international airline company, we develop the PAX (Passenger, Airline, eXternal) model to predict passengers that are most likely to accept an upgrade offer from economy to premium. Formulating the problem as an extremely unbalanced, cost-sensitive, supervised binary classification, we predict if a customer will take an upgrade offer. We use a feature vector created from the historical data of 3 million passenger records from 2017 to 2019, in which passengers received approximately 635,000 upgrade offers worth more than $422,000,000 U.S. dollars. The model has an F1-score of 0.75, outperforming the airline's current rule-based approach. Findings have several practical applications, including identifying promising customers for upselling and minimizing the number of indiscriminate emails sent to customers. Accurately identifying the few customers who will react positively to upgrade offers is of paramount importance given the airline 'industry's razor-thin margins. Research results have significant real-world impacts because there is the potential to improve targeted upselling to customers in the airline and related industries.

A female, 14-year-old, African penguin (Spheniscus demersus) weighing 2.5 kg with the anorexia for one day and 22 months history of bumblefoot was found dead in aquarium. Grossly, severe bumblefoot in the central surface of the right foot, severe enlarged liver and kidneys with orange color were observed. Histopathologically, pinkish amorphous materials were accumulated in liver, spleen, kidney, and stomach. The pinkish materials in the liver, kidney, spleen, and stomach were confirmed as amyloid with typical orange color reactions using Congo red stain under the light microscope and with bright red color expressions using Congo red stain under the fluorescence microscope. Based on the typical gross and histopathologic findings and special staining, this case was confirmed as systemic amyloidosis. A long period time of moderate bumblefoot might be closely associated with the occurrence of systemic amyloidosis in the captive penguin.

This paper deals with the construct of e-SCM System for a supply chain of an auto-mobile company. Two first vendors and two second vendors of a bus company are included in the objects of developing e-SCM system. We analyzed the information flow and business process within vendor and between vendors by using data flow diagram, to describe process to-be model of the e-SCM system. And to analyze and design the process of the system, we used Unified Modeling Language.

본 연구는 정기선해운영업을 중심으로 해운산업에서의 전자상거래 활용 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출한 후, 도출된 영향요인들과 전자상거래 활용수준 및 성과간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우리나라 해운기업들의 내부환경변수인 해운기업특성과 외부환경변수인 해운환경특성이 전자상거래 활용수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 우리나라 해운기업들의 전자상거래 활용수준이 전자상거래 활용성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지의 2단계 연구모형을 구조방정식모델을 통해 실증분석하였다.

Purpose - This study examines the impact of company ownership nature and of the dual role of CEO and board chair on R & D investment intensity, as well as the moderating effect of this dual role. Most previous research focused on the impact of the dual role of CEO and board chair on firm performance. Design/methodology/approach - This study uses A-share companies listed on the Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchanges in China from 2008 to 2017. The univariate and the multivariate regression analysis were hired In order to analyze the data. Findings - The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between state-owned companies and R & D investment intensity. In addition, there is a significant positive relationship between the dual role and R & D investment intensity. The effect of state ownership on R & D investment intensity is more negative when CEO-board chair duality exists. This means that in case of state-owned companies, if CEO serves as the board chair, the propensity to invest in R&D is further reduced. Research implications or Originality - This is a pioneering study that considers the joint effect of state-owned companies and dual role on R & D investment intensity in the Chinese economy.

본 연구는 기업부설연구소의 설립이 기업성과와 혁신지향 형 기업이 되는데 영향을 주는지를 실증분석하고 정책수립의 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 기업부설연구소 설립과 내부역량 변수에 따라 혁신형이나 혁신성과 형 기업군에 속하는데 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 결과적으로 기업부설연구소 설립은 혁신지향 기업군에 속하는 확률에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고 기업성과에도 차이가 있게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 내부역량 중 생산운영 역량이 혁신 형 기업군 포함에 유의한 영향을 미치고 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구된 내용을 바탕으로 중소기업의 기업부설연구소 설립 장려와 연구소 활성화 등을 위한 정책 방향을 제시하고 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제안하였다.

In the present study, the antigenic potential of G009, a polysaccharide isolated from Ganoderma lucidum IY009, was determined in BALB/C mice and Hartley guinea pigs. Antigenicity tests, including passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA), active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA) and indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) were performed according to the established guidelines of National Institute of Safety Research. The results were as follows: 1. Mice showed no production of antibodies against G009 sensitized with an adjuvant, aluminum hydroxide gel (alum), when judged by the heterologous PCA test in rats. Meanwhile, antibodies against ovalbumin (OVA) sensitized with alum were clearly detected. 2. In the studies with guinea pigs, both the sensitization of G009 alone and of G009 with complete Freund's adjutant (CFA) did not produce positive reactions in homologous PCA. In the case of ASA, however, G009 alone and G009 with CFA produced positive reactions. 3. No G009 specific reaction was observed in an IHA assay using sera isolated from G009 sensitized mice. These findings suggest that G009 have no antigenicity potential in mice but may have weak antigenicity in guinea pjgs.

A 2.1 kb cDNA clone for rat transketolase was isolated from rat liver ${\lambda}gt11$ cDNA library and its sequence was determined. The predicted rat transketolase (655 amino acids with $M_r$ 71,186) is highly similar (92%) to that of the human enzyme except that it contains an extra 32 amino acids at its N-terminus. Although it is less similar (<27%) to transketolases from non-mammalian species, the functional motifs such as the catalytic sites and thiamine binding domain are well conserved in the rat enzyme. Southern blot analysis of genomic DNA verified that transketolase appears to be derived from a single gene. Immunoblot and Northern blot analyses suggested that hepatic transketolase was activated pretranslationally by a 2.1-fold while little change was observed in brain enzyme, indicating a tissue-specific pretranslational activation during postnatal development.
