  • An employee employment of Enterprise must consider efficiency, balance attribute and effectiveness as important variable. but Our country's Enterprise reduce the personnel without basic guide line about employee employment. because Our country's Enterprise thinks of personnel expenses or sales amount decrease as important variable. Therefore, Research background sets out that there is no basic guideline for employment management one of the most important elements in Enterprise administration. and I examined employment control's concept and concept about softness of labor market in theoretical background setting. Also, was abreast of employment control effect, case study and literature research about employment control's basis. Finally, In fluctuation change of Enterprise's employee number, I examined which relation is formed in comparison with sales amount, net profit and the employee number of individual Enterprise using investment analysis material of Stock Company focused on Enterprise that stock is listed on the stock exchange.

Understanding the Role of Trustees in the Adoption of IT Services

  • This study deals with an important but ignored topic in IS research, the trustee issue. The purpose of this study, performed in the context of mobile banking, is: (1) to broaden the types of trustees (vendors, mobile channel, customers themselves) that customers consider in the adoption of emerging IT services and (2) to investigate the relationships between customer intention to adopt new IT services and trust in three different trustee types. The analysis showed that customers' self-trust is the most important in shaping their intention to adopt mobile banking. Consumer trust in the mobile channel came in second. Unlike the results of previous research, the effect of customers' trust in vendors was insignificant in mobile banking.

  • This study tried to identify factors influencing on customer's trust in Mobile Commerce Sites. Four factors were found ; transaction security, site image, navigation usability, payment convenience. These factors showed strong correlations with customer's trust. Implications of the study and further research issues are discussed.

  • Web GIS (Geographic Information Systems) service systems provide the various GIS services of analyzing and displaying the spatial data with friendly user-interface. These services are expanding the business domain and many users want to access the distributed various spatial data. But, it is difficult to access diverse data sources because of different spatial data format and data access methods. In this paper, we design and implement web GIS services based on the inter-operability and GML (Geography Markup Language) of OGC(Open GIS Consortium) in web distributed environment. Inter-operability provides unique accessing method to distributed data sources based on OLE DB technology of Microsoft. In addition, GML support web GIS services based on XML. We design these GIS services as components using UML (Unified Modeling Language) of an object-oriented modeling language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software system. In addition, they also were developed in object-oriented computing environment, and it provides the interoperability, language-independent, easy developing environment as well as re-usability.

A Quality Assurance Process Model on Fault Management

  • So far, little research has been conducted into developing a QAPM (Quality Assurance Process Model) for telecommunications applications on the basis of TMN. This is the first trial of the design of TMN-based QAPM on fault management with UML. A key attribute of the QAPM is that it can easily identify current deficiencies in a legacy system on the basis of TMN architecture. Using an empirical comparison with the legacy systems of a common carrier validates the QAPM as the framework for a future mode of the operation process. The results indicate that this paper can be used to build ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) for a telecommunications fault management solution that is one of the network management application building blocks. The future work of this paper will involve applying the QAPM to build ERP for RTE (Real Time Enterprise) fault management solution and more research on ERP design will be necessary to accomplish software reuse.

  • 엔지니어링 분석을 위한 가상현실 응용 분야에서는 대규모 또는 복잡한 공학적 데이터를 효율적으로 분석하고 의미 있는 정보를 추출하기 위해 대형 스크린 등의 몰입형 가시화 인터페이스가 주로 사용된다. 이와 더불어 가시화 결과에 대한 사용자의 분석 조작을 구현할 수 있는 휴먼 인터페이스 기술이 필요한데, 기존의 휴먼 인터페이스 기술은 조이스틱과 같은 단독 활용형 디바이스를 통해 주로 운영자 위주의 단방향 검토가 가능하지만, 최근 착용형 및 비착용형 모션인식 기술의 발전으로 인해 가상현실 참여자간의 양방향 상호작용 인터페이스 개발이 가능할 거승로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 신체의 자연스러운 움직임으로 가상현실을 조작할 수 있는 휴먼 이터페이스 기술에 대한 분석과 기초 연구를 소개한다.

  • 트레드밀 인터페이스는 사용자의 보행 모션을 인식하여 가상세계를 네비게이션 할 수 있는 보행 플랫폼이다. 특히 작은 보행 영역을 가지는 트레드밀의 경우, 보행자 속도 예측 방법에 의해 더욱 효과적인 지면 모션의 생성이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 착용형 압력 센서로 부터 측정되는 족부 압력 데이터를 기반으로 하는 보행속도 예측 방법과 트레드밀 제어 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 속도 예측은 지면 반발력 데이터 중 압력중심의 변화 속도를 통해 도출되며, 예측된 속도를 트레드밀 속도 제어에 안정적으로 적용하기 위한 피드포워드 제어 방법을 제시한다. 또한 족부 압력 데이터 측정이 가능한 자율 제어 트레드밀 시스템 구현과 보행 실험 과정을 소개한다.
