An Analysis on the HMR Purchasing Behavior based on the Life Style of the Customers of Convenience Stores

  • In this study, the influence of the life style on the HMR purchasing behaviors and repurchasing intents and the purchasing behavior on the repurchasing intent were examined in order to provide the basic data for developing competitive HMR product and invigoration of marketing. As results, of the life style factors, the health affected the quality, the taste the convenience and safety, and the economy the convenience, and the convenience the quality, and the safety the safety, significantly. Of the life style factors, health affected the repurchasing intentions negatively, while taste affected the repurchasing intent positively. Of the HMR selection properties, quality, convenience, and safety all affected the repurchasing intent positively. It can be conducted from the study that it is necessary to develop a strategy to enhance the quality and safety of the HMR and enhance the taste and economy of the HMR products for the taste and economy-oriented customers. When developing a new HMR product, the development and formulation of the strategy for quality, convenience, and safety and the overall strategy that covers from production, logistics, sales, and promotion, are supposed to be well established and discussed.

소비자의 주유소 선택요인이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (An empirical study on the effect of choice factors of gas station on repurchase intention)

  • This research investigates the present situation of petroleum market and the potential strategy which help gas stat ion obtain compel it ive advantages. Specifically, this research chooses five factors (product quality, service, price, multi-function, easy entrance) which are believed to be extensively related to repurchasing intent ion. The findings are as follows ; First, four factors associated wi th gas stat ion choice (product quality, service, price, multi-function) are related to repurchase intent ion except easy entrance. Second, sex and age have moderating effects between factors and repurchase intention. To keep and preoccupy new customers, the administrators of petroleum industry and gas station should establish sales/administration strategies considering these above.

상표자산과 구매의도와의 관계에 관한 국제비교연구 - 아시아와 유럽의 의류시장을 중심으로 - (Brand Equity and Purchase Intention in Fashion Products: A Cross-Cultural Study in Asia and Europe)

  • 본 연구는 상표자산의 구성요소에 대한 선행요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 하여 상표자산 구성요소와 상표자산 영향요인간의 관계 그리고 상표자산 구성요소와 구매의도간의 관계를 규명하고 한국과 영국을 중심으로 비교하여 상표자산관리 방안을 도출해보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 정보탐색은 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 상표태도와 상표지식은 상표 충성도와 상표 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 상표충성도와 상표가치는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정보원천의 경우, 한국에서는 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 영국에서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
