전자상거래의 효율을 도모하기 위하여 사용되어졌던 XML/EDl이 WEB을 이장한 ebXML로 옮겨가고 있다. ebXML Registry/Repository를 의료망에 이용하면 완자의 수고를 덜 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 의료기술, 신장비 등을 거래 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 각 병원에서 구축되어진 전산망을 전제로 ebXML Registry/Repository를 이용하여 두 병원 간에 문서교환, 신기술, 의료장비 거래를 가능하게 하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 ebXML을 분석하고 그에 맞는 ebXML Registry/Repository를 설계하였다. 인터넷을 기반으로 한 본 시스템은 별도의 소프트웨어나 프로세스를 강요하지 않는다. 그럼으로써 환자들의 수고를 덜고 비용을 줄이는데 기여한다.

ebXML is the international technical framework specification that enables Internet-based B2B electronic business using XML, It was standardized by UN/CEFACT and OASIS on May 2001. Registry and Repository is the core of ebXML. It supports registry services which is composed of object management service and object query management service. The object management service manages the object's life cycle and the object query management service provides a mechanism to approach metadata of stored objects. Up to now, implementations of ebXML Registry object query management system don't support full functions of the specification completely. We implemented all the functions of ebXML Registry Service Specification vl.0. This system supports Browse ＆ Drilldown Query, Filter Query, SQL Query, and Object Retrieval Query services. And it also supports Content-based Query service which is not specified in the ebXML RS specification. The Content-based Query service is a repository service which makes it possible In pose content based queries of repository items and which will be specified on the RS specification v2.0.

In order to succeed in e-Trade Project in Korea, the related parties endeavor to introduce the e-title registry model such as Bolero model(Title Registry Model) and TEDI model (Repository Service Provider Model). Prior to mentioning the Model of e-Title Registry, desirable Global e-Trade Platform is the platform connecting Global e-Trade Platforms in each country and Bolero's Core Messaging Platform and e-Title Registry must be established in each country. Each e-Title Registry must be connected with another registry. Like Korea, Recognized Electronic Document Repository must be established as proxy for preserving, attesting, carrying out sending and receiving electronic document to prevent from disputes between parties and to carry out notarizing electronic documents and related transaction. The purpose of this paper is to promote the introduction of e-Title Registry in the e-Trade and to streamline the procedures of the electronic bill of lading.

웹 서비스는 분산 컴퓨팅의 차세대 주자로 인터넷 상에서 표준 기술을 통해서 이용될 수 있는 모든 비즈니스 처리를 의미하는 분산 솔루션이다. 웹 서비스는 웹 인터페이스를 통해서 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹 서비스 절차를 단축시켰다. WSDL을 저장하기 위한 데이터 베이스로 WSDL Repository를 이용하였다. 서비스 제공자가 서비스를 등록할 때 서비스에 대한 정보를 UDDI Registry에 저장하게 하고, 이 때 WSDL을 같이 전송하도록 구현했다. WSDL Repository는 WSDL 뿐만 아니라 웹 서비스에 대한 서비스 정보를 갖고 있는 UDDI도 저장한다. UDDI Registry에 저장된 서비스에 대한 정보와 WSDL의 연결은 UDDI에서 데이터 필드로 구성했다.

본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 인터넷 환경에 부합할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 에이전트 등록/저장소 시스템을 설계하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 먼저 ebXML, UDDI, FIFA DF와 같은 핵심 기술에 대한 사전연구를 진행하였고 그 결과로 ebXML을 활용한 에이전트 등록 및 저장소 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 에이전트의 등록과 저장, 검색을 위해 ebXML이 어떻게 활용될 수 있는지를 보여주며, 서로 다른 에이전트 플랫폼에서 개발된 에이전트가 어떠한 방법과 절차를 통해 등록되고 검색될 수 있는지를 설명한다. 본 시스템을 활용할 수 있는 전형적인 예를 보여주고, 본 시스템의 장점을 기술한다.

We collected and analyzed data from e3data.org, which is a global registry of data repository services. We analyzed data profile for three leading Asian economies-Korea, China, and Japan-against the reference data for other participating countries. In particular, we examined how individual countries contribute to the repository, organizational type, versioning and product quality management, and subject tagging. We come to the conclusion that all three Asian countries still fall short in terms of involvement. As for participating institutions, there are 7 from Korea, 64 from China, and 120 from Japan. Among Chinese organizations, 3 are profit, 61 non-profit, and 37 organizations (which yields 1.8%) are involved in repository building. In Japan, there is 1 is commercial and 119 non-profit organizations, of which 57 (3.0%) are involved in repository building. All 7 organizations from Korea are non-profit, and 6 of them (0.3%) are involved in repository building. As regards versioning and product quality management, Korea, China, and Japan are up to par with other countries. Subject analysis reveals that Korea contributes more to geosciences, Japan to physics and geosciences, while China, unlike Korea and Japan, is more active in life sciences. It is hoped that this study will help planning domestic infrastructure for research data repositories with proper consideration for specific research domains and national characteristics.

본 연구는 세계의 실 운용중인 리포지터리 중 성공 사례들을 조사하고 그것의 실태와 운영정책을 분석하여 향후의 성공적인 리포지터리 구축과 운영시 유용한 전략적 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 리포지터리의 성공 사례는 CSIC에서 제공하는 Ranking Web of World Repositories의 Top 10과 JISC에서 지원하는 Registry of Open Access Repositories을 통해 선정되었다. 성공적인 리포지터리의 운영정책 및 관련 자료는 주로 해당 사이트를 통해 수집하였고 큰 범주에서 주제 리포지터리와 기관 리포지터리로 나누었다. 운영정책은 운영 및 지원정책, 수집정책, 관리정책, 배포 및 이용활성화정책, 장기보존 정책, 기술정책, 그리고 저작권 정책으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 또한 성공적인 주제 리포지터리와 기관 리포지터리의 운영정책의 차이 및 국내와 국외 리포지터리간의 차이점도 살펴보았다.

ebXML[1]은 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS가 주축으로 제정한 전자상거래 국제 표준으로 모든 거래 당사자들에게 상호 운용성, 안전 및 일관성 있는 방법으로 XML 기반의 구조를 제공하여 광범위 한 e-business 정보 사용이 가능하도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ebXML Registry/Repository는 ehXML을 기반으로 한 전자상거래 시스템의 핵심 부분을 구성하며 Browse & Drill Down Query Filter Query와 같은 메커니즘을 기본적으로 제공하고 SQL Query를 선택적으로 지원한다. 본 논문에서 RDBMS상에서 Registry 시스템의 필수 질의 서비스인 Filter Query를 구현하기 위해 SQL로의 변놘 방법을 제안하고 적용 예를 설명한다.

Nowadays, research data repositories (RDR) have become progressively widespread all over the world. To expand repository services and build up inbound linking strategy, organizations list their repositories with so called Global Registries. Accordingly, such registries should be carefully described by the related data. In this study, I explore the metadata schema of re3data.org. I collect and analyze descriptions from the listed repositories, and come up with some suggestions concerning possible improvements to the metadata schema. To accomplish this, I develop a crawler program, which collects necessary data from the re3data.org. Based on the analysis results, I have identified two issues that required elements is missing, one issue that required element value is missing when the corresponding property is applied, five inconsistency issues with re3data controlled vocabulary, six issues with undescribed optional elements, and two inconsistency issues between the elements and their attributes which do not pair with. I believe this discussion can facilitate improvements to the existing re3data.org schema and further help researchers who analyze data repository trends.
