항공기 건전성 관리시스템용 원자성 위배 자율 수리 소프트웨어 기법 (On-the-fly Atomicity Violation Repairing Technique for Airborne Health Management Systems)

  • 항공기 건전성 관리시스템은 항공기 소프트웨어에서 발생한 오류 또는 결함으로 인해 항공기의 기능이 실패되는 것을 방지한다. ARINC-653의 병행프로그램에서 발생하는 원자성 위배의 자율 수리는 프로그램의 정상적인 실행을 보장하기 때문에 중요하다. 본 논문은 프로그램 실험 결과를 활용하여 수행 중에 원자성 위배를 예측하고 주요 관련 접근 사건을 지연시켜 수리하는 기법인 Repairing-AV를 제시한다. 실세계 소프트웨어에서 발생한 5가지 원자성 위배 패턴을 포함하는 합성 프로그램에 기존 기법과 Repairing-AV을 적용하여 수리 시간 오버헤드를 비교하였다. 실험 결과 Repairing-AV는 공유변수 접근 횟수와 관계없이 평균 1.4배의 일정한 시간 오버헤드를 가짐을 확인하였다.

  • 염해에 따라 발생하는 보수시기와 보수로 유지되는 내구수명은 보수비용 평가에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로 사용하는 결정론적 보수비용 평가는 사용기간의 연장에 따라 계단식으로 증가하게 되며, 보수로 인해 변동되는 내구수명의 변화를 고려하지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 확률론적인 보수시기 및 비용을 평가하기 위해, 염해에 노출된 콘크리트 교각을 선정하였다. 두 가지 배합과 염화물에 노출된 외부 환경조건을 고려하여 염화물 거동을 평가하였으며, 도출된 내구수명과 수명에 대한 확률변수를 변화시키면서 보수시기 및 비용 변화를 분석하였다. 변동계수의 변화에 따른 보수회수는 큰 차이가 발생하지 않았으나, 초기의 내구수명 연장이 구조물의 보수시기 및 비용에 큰 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 확률론적 보수비용 산정 모델은 결정론적 모델과 다르게 연속적인 보수비용이 평가되므로 목표내구수명에 따라 보수회수를 감소시킬 수 있는 효과적인 기법임을 규명되었다.

전라남도 등록문화재의 수리공사에 관한 조사 연구 -수리공사에 따른 재료 및 형태 변화를 중심으로- (A study on repairing construction of Registered Cultural Properties of Jollanamdo -In consideration of material and patterns by repairing project-)

  • This study is a research examining reshaped pattern in the perspective of repairing parts and materials through repairing renovation of registered cultural properties constructed in modern times and results are as followings. Repairing construction of registered cultural properties of Jollanamdo according to parts is shown numerously in the order of roof, walls and windows, and mostly outworn as time passes on and leakage were the main cause of repair. Also when original shape was damaged by previous repair in the past, and this was another reason of repairing. It was surveyed that among the repairing job repair of damage occurred on the part of roofing area including water leakage, corrosion and damage of roofing material, and damage of groove channel were the most main cause of repair. Especially when roof leakage is occurred by outworn of roofing materials, this cause corrosion and damage of materials due to the damage of leakage parts and this cause repeating cycles of worse leakage again and again. Main repairing materials which deform the original shape of registered cultural properties were confirmed as copper plate used on the roof. Copper plate showing high frequency of application which replaces groove slate or cement roofing tile used on the roof before has high durability and anti-corrosion but it is considered improper material to recover original shape.

  • In order to extend the life time of building and civil infra-structure, nowadays, patch type carbon sheets are widely used as repairing meterials. Repaired concrete columns and beams with carbon sheets gain their stiffness and strength, but they lose toughness and show brittle failure behaviors. Usually, the cracks of concrete structures are visible with naked eyes and the status of the structure in the life cycle is estimated with visible inspection. After repairing of the structure, crack visibility is blocked by repaired carbon sheets. Therefore, structural monitoring after repairing is indispensible and self diagnosis method with optical fiber sensor is very useful. In this paper, peel-out effects is detected with optical fiber sensors and the strain difference between main structure and repaired carbon sheets when they separate each other.

  • 항공기 소프트웨어의 건전성 관리시스템은 수행 중에 발생하는 오류를 수리하여 안전성을 제공하고 유지보수 비용을 절감한다. 순서 위배 오류는 개발 단계에서 모두 제거하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 운용 단계에서 자율적으로 수리할 수 있어야 한다. 순서 위배를 자율 수리하기 위한 기존 연구는 각 접근사건의 수행 직전에 접근사건 순서를 비교하여 오류를 진단하기 때문에 접근사건 수에 비례하는 시간 오버헤드를 발생시킨다. 본 논문은 접근사건을 포함하는 함수의 올바른 순서 정보로 오류를 진단하고 해당 함수를 지연시켜 조치하는 기법인 ORS를 제시한다. ORS를 평가하기 위해, 순서 위배 오류를 포함하는 5가지의 합성 프로그램에 기존 연구와 ORS를 적용하여 시간 오버헤드를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 접근 횟수가 약 60번 이상일 때 기존 연구보다 효율적임을 확인하였다.

공동주택의 장기수선계획을 위한 유지관리시스템 (Maintenance Management System for Long-range Planning of Apartment Buildings)

  • The repair and maintenance planning is the principal transaction to prevent from the degradation of apartment buildings to prolong their lives. Various building components as part of living area should be maintained properly and timely before critical defects are realized, then the building life might be extended until the limit of its usability. In other words, various building components such as utilities, finishes and structural members are needed to be repaired and replaced in different time interval after completion. To do this systematically, a maintenance management system for Long-Range Planning (LRP) needs developing. The LRP should be figured out based on the forecast of repairing and replacing cycle of building components according to work trades. And the precise forecast of repairing and replacing time of the components helps to enhance the usability of the developed system. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a system with which apartment building managers carry out the tasks of periodical check, diagnosis and replacement of building components based on the maintenance calendar. By using the system, they can easily forecast repairing and replacing time of the components with the consideration of life cycle of building materials and build the LRP.

장흥임씨 출토의복 보수(補修)에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mending Work Based on the Excavated Costume of Jang Heung Lim's)

  • Jang Heung Lim's is a nephew's wife of Kim Duk Ryung, who had been served as a general of Chosun dynasty. When her Tomb was removed to another places there were excavated some articles such as six Korean traditional costume, Korean socks, Korean shoes (Mituri) and so on. The unearthed costume was designated as a monentous folk materials, No.112, and placed on Gwangju folklore museum. At that time, the mending work in the lost part of costume was not implemented. Only an act of textile conservation was worked. In the article, we go through the mending principles and mending methods in damaged parts of costume. First, the mending principles on the damaged costume are as follows : (1) minimize the repaired parts, (2) mend the only damaged parts, (3) use the same color and cloth as that of original ones, (4) use the appropriated stitching method (5) act the fixed framework in case of missing a outer cloth. Second, the mending method related to the damaged part are as follows : (1) the repairing method in the bodice and sleeve part of costume, (2) the repairing method in the hem of steeve, (3) the repairing method in the collar of costume, (4) the repairing method in the armpit part of costume, (5) the repairing method in the connecting parts between one and another width of Korean traditional long skirt. With this article, we wish that the repairing method in the cultural costume will be developed scientifically and specified efficiently.

신소재 복합재료를 이용한 비굴착 지하매설관 보수-보강공법 (Trenchless Repairing-Reinforcing Process of Underground Pipes with Advanced Composite Materials)

  • To overcome the disadvantages of conventional excavation technology, various trenchless (or excavation free, or no-dig) repair-reinforcement technologies have been developed and tried. But trenchless technologies so fat developed have some brawbacks such as high cost and inconvenience of operation. In this study, a repairing-reinforcing process for underground pipes with glass fiber fabric polymer composites using VARTM(Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) has been developed. The developed process requires shorter operation time and lower cost with smaller and simpler operating equipments than those of the conventional trenchless technologies. For the reliable operation of the developed method, a simple method to apply pressure and vacuum to the reinforcement was devised and flexible mold technology was tried. Also, resin filling and cure status during RTM process were monitored with a commercial dielectrometry cure monitoring system, LACOMCURE. From the investigation, it has been found that the developed repairing-reinforcing technology with appropriate process variables and on-line cure monitoring has many advantages over conventional methods.

  • The maintenance and repair period consists the largest part of a construction project life cycle cost. However, it has been analyzed that the repairing plan relies on regulations and the officers' experience mostly that sometimes lead to performing unnecessary work. Moreover, the data occurred during repairing have not been stored in a system that can be used in future plans. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest a repairing cost and time predicting model by applying the properties of the building.

  • Computational Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that provides architecture, engineering, and construction professionals the insight to plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure more efficiently. This paper aims at using BIM in Hospitals configurations protection. Infrastructure projects are classified as huge structural projects taking advantage of many resources such as finance, materials, human labor, facilities and time. Immense expenses in infrastructure programs should be allocated to estimating the expected results of these arrangements in domestic economy. Hence, the significance of feasibility studies is inevitable in project construction, in this way the necessity in promoting the strategies and using global contemporary technologies in the process of construction maintenance cannot be neglected. This paper aims at using the building information modeling in covering Imam Khomeini Hospital's equipment. First, the relationship between hospital constructions maintenance and repairing, using the building information modeling, is demonstrated. Then, using library studies, the effective factors of constructions' repairing and maintenance were collected. Finally, the possibilities of adding these factors in Revit software, as one of the most applicable software within BIM is investigated and have been identified in some items, where either this software can enter or the software for supporting the repairing and maintenance phase lacks them. The results clearly indicated that the required graphical factors in construction information modeling can be identified and applied successfully.
