본 연구에서는 2013년부터 시행되는 '농촌마을 리모델링 시범사업'의 체계적 수행을 위한 추진체계와 세부내용을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 농촌마을 리모델링 관련 연구는 현재까지 리모델링의 목적이나 기능에 따른 다양한 개념 연구와 농촌주택, 마을쉼터, 공공시설 등과 같은 개별시설에 대한 규모와 배치기준 등에 대한 분야에 한정되어 있어 종합적으로 농촌공간을 리모델링하는 계획 수립과 이를 현장에서 적용할 수 있도록 기준을 제시하는 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서 농촌마을 리모델링 추진체계로 첫째, 지역주민의 참여를 유도하는 사업의 준비단계, 즉 주민이 주체가 되어 자발적으로 마을정비 방향 설정, 시설물형태, 위치배치 등 사업내용에 대한 토론이나 포럼을 거쳐 마을계획서 작성을 하는 것, 둘째, 지자체에서 선정된 사업내용, 규모, 시기, 예산내역 및 예상성과 등을 검토하여 사업시행계획을 수립하는 것, 셋째, 관련전문가들에 의해 공간 및 시설계획과 법제도 검토를 통해 농촌마을 리모델링 계획을 수립하는 것 등을 제안하였다. 현재 농촌마을 리모델링은 개별적 사업을 추진하는 방식에서 마을공간에 대한 종합적 계획 방식으로 변하고 있어 이를 위한 주민, 지자체, 전문가의 역할을 정의하여 리모델링 사업이 효율적으로 진행될 수 있는 추진 체계를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 리모델링사업에 관련한 내용에 국한되어 수행되었으나 향후에는 농촌마을 리모델링의 대상별 세부기준과 리모델링 결과에 대한 모니터링 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

This study suggested practical considerations in case of planning Small-Sized Household Units of the Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment along with selecting particular Age-Apartment Complex to plan Small-Sized Household Units. Four parts of consideration; (1) Architectural planning aspects, (2) Resident aspects, (3) Structural aspects, and (4) Facility aspects were thoroughly examined to apply in the remodeling construction period. Proposals for Small-Sized Household Units, in this study, covered two different combinations. One was the combination of six equal units, the other was the combination of eleven different types of household units which reflected resident aspects in plan organizations. Plan organization proposal could be chosen and applied to Vertical Extended units by Local Government, Remodeling Association, or Constructor based on their potential residents' aspect, such as family size, life style, age, amount to income and etc. to fulfill their satisfaction. Furthermore, this study had great significance of the adequately reflecting demand on Small-Sized Household Units in Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment.

The major goal of this study is drawing design plan factors considering residents' life cycle and life style when remodeling design is needed. By drawing such design factors, the study will propose an alternative remodeling design plan. Such design method was defined as Multi-Dimensional module design method. And constructing data-system based on Multi-Dimensional module was secondary goal in this study. The details are as follows: Based on analysis of Residents' demand for remodeling and features of emotion-design applied to remodeling, the system which is suitable for application in remodeling design method was conducted. Based on the type of construction materials, the level value was set up according to emotion-factor application. Also, by conducting coding operation according to the distinction of construction materials, this study seeks the unit drawing method of information for constructing emotion-information system.

Remodeling is a process which creates a new environment based on the formal building. So we should reflect residents' demands faithfully and complement weak points of the formal building throughly, after grasping many problems, when we have a plan to do a remodeling. This study aims to make decision for remodeling company using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

경제적인 측면이나 친환경적인 측면의 사유로 인해, 노후 건축물을 대상으로 그린리모델링 사업이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 한편, 그린리모델링 사업을 추진하는 과정에서, 기존에는 설계자 및 엔지니어의 주관적 경험 및 지식에 기반하여 그린리모델링 계획이 개발되어 왔고, 이로 인해 경제성 등의 측면에서 효율적인 의사결정이 부족했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노후 건축물의 속성을 분석하고 이에 따른 적정 리모델링 계획을 제안할 수 있는 온톨로지 기반 그린리모델링 의사결정 지원 모델을 구축하였다. 개발된 모델에서는 건축물의 기본 속성을 입력하면 온톨로지를 통한 웹검색을 기반으로 패시브 액티브 요소로 구성된 적정 리모델링 계획을 제공할 수 있다. 연구를 통해 개발된 결과물을 활용하면, 리모델링 사례의 증가에 따른 웹기반의 메타 데이터 검색을 통해 보다 객관적인 적정 리모델링 대안에 대한 의사결정 지원이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

The deteriorated high-rise apartments make a social problem in now days. As a result, an new alternative plan for deteriorated high-rise apartments such as the remodeling concept must be considered. This study aims to develop the remodeling items which is the guide lines when remodeling of the apartment will be conducted. Thorough the previous case studies of maintenance and repair status of the deteriorated apartments in Seoul, the analysis of the period of repair and improvement and the degree of request far remodeling items, reasonable guidelines for selection of remodeling items were developed. According to the ages of apartments As a result of the study, basic guidelines fur selection of remodeling items were proposed.

Recently, the demand of construction a new hospital is apt to decrease in the rate of increase. The demand changes quantitative expansion into seeking quality of more pleasant healing environment. Special conditions should be taken into consideration when we remodeling the hospital, because it has special and complicated equipment system. Also, newly invented medical instruments cause extension and reconstruction of a building, therefore construction of hospital continued growth and variation. Hospitals of small-to-middle size are changing to correspond on patients' request under these environment. Now we have little awareness and experience about remodeling yet, and systematic research is insufficient. Therefore, this study is aiming to purpose a data of future hospital construction plan and suitable hospital remodeling's plan direction through analysis of done medium and small scale hospitals.

This study aims to establish the concept about a new approaching method dor remodeling in the planning step. also, this study sets up the way how to approach in a dimensional way by classifying the conceptual composition of the target housing as a method. The dimensional definition is as below. The one dimensional approach: the spot. the two dimensional approach: the line, the three dimensional approach: the apatial mass, the four dimensional approach: space + time, the n dimensional (multi-dimensional) approach: the space + time + emotion. The research findings are as follows : For the purpose of remodeling, the old housing should be viewed in the three dimensional shape and space. It is defined as multi-dimensional module method to design the shape and space of the target housing in a multi-dimensional point, considering the three dimensional space composition, the emotion of the user, the housing itself. and the time of the user.

2007년 주택법 시행령이 개정되어 리모델링 수요가증가함에 따라 리모델링 활성화를 위한 다양한 연구가활발히 이루어지고 있으나 리모델링에 따른 건설폐기물의 발생에 대한 대책이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 리모델링 계획 시 건설폐기물의 발생을 저감하기 위한 일환으로 공동주택 거주자의 리모델링 항목에 대한 우선순위를 조사하여 리모델링 시 발생하는 건설폐기물의 저감방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문은 기존 연구문헌 고찰을 통해 리모델링 항목을 도출하였으며, 그 결과 6개의 상위항목과 21개의 하위항목이 도출되었다. 도출된 항목들의 신뢰성 검증을 위해 전문가 면담을 실시하였으며, 공동주택 거주자의 리모델링 항목의 선호도를 파악하기 위해 거주자의 특성별로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 조사 결과, 공동주택의 경과년수, 거주지역, 거주자의 재정상태에 따른 리모델링 항목의 선호도에 대한 특성을 파악하였다. 본 연구를 통해 리모델링뿐만 아니라 공동주택 계획시 거주자의 선호도에 대해 고려될 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하였으며, 추후에는 이를 바탕으로 리모델링 시 발생하는 건설폐기물의 저감방안에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

This study analyzed the remodeling cases of 53 public primary schools located in Seoul to grasp the trends and set the direction in remodeling public primary schools. As a result of the analysis, before the sixth Education Process major remodeling of schools was focused on increasing the number of classrooms and after the sixth Education Process public space was increased. According to development of education, frequency of remodeling is increased. But myopic remodeling works were not a surprise. It means the schools simply focused on increasing space. Therefore, the study aims to set the direction for a comprehensive and systemic remodeling plan which will serve as an opportunity to not only improve physical life of schools but also extend functional life and enhance the quality of educational environment.
