The purpose of this study is to define areas and standards of kindergarten teacher's competency through survey research and interview with early childhood education community - kindergarten teachers, vice principals, principals, administrators, parents, and professors in early childhood education. Raw data from 62 interviewees were grouped into 25 codes including 'professional knowledge about young children's developmental characteristics, and labeled for representative themes. Based on the result of interview analysis, two areas of 'knowledge and skill' area (15 standards) and 'attitude and grounding' area (20 standards) were classified, survey researched for appropriateness and relative importance of each standard. 704 members of early childhood education community were collected through stratified sampling. The research findings indicate that 'observation and evaluation ability for young children' and 'affection for young children' showed high appropriateness in 'knowledge and skill area' and 'attitude and grounding area', respectively. In the relative importance analysis, 'understanding of young children's development', 'understanding of curriculum for young children', and 'understanding of young children's behavioral problem and counseling' for knowledge and skill area, and 'respect for young children', 'affection for young children', responsibility', 'positive attitude' for attitude and grounding area showed high relative importance in order.

Economic values of 14 production and functional traits for two Slovak dairy sheep breeds (Improved Valachian and Tsigai) were calculated. Semi-extensive production systems with one lambing per year were simulated using a bio-economic deterministic computer model. The marginal economic value of a trait was defined as the partial derivative of the profit function with respect to that trait. The relative economic value expressed the percentage proportion of standardized economic value (marginal economic value${\times}$genetic standard deviation) of a trait in the sum of the absolute values of the standardized economic values over all traits. Milk yield was of highest relative importance (26% and 32% in Improved Valachian and Tsigai) followed by productive lifetime and conception rate of ewes (16% and 15% in Improved Valachian and Tsigai, in both traits). Conception rate of female lambs and litter size had nearly the same relative economic importance in both breeds (9% to 11%). Survival rate of lambs at lambing and till weaning reached slightly lower economic values (4% to 7%). The economic importance of all remaining traits was less than 4%.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and problems of the existing government support policy and 6th industry. In order to solve these problems and to create innovative values and welfare for farming and fishing villages in the future, we suggest implications for policy and support of 6th industry and propose appropriate government policy support. Methods: As a research method, we analyzed the relative importance and urgency of each item based on problems, implications, and suggestions about policy and support of 6th industry. Results: The results of this study were based on the relative basis of potential factors for each item, and prioritized items were selected and strategies for each category were derived. Conclusion: Further research is needed on specific measures and detailed procedures to ensure that policies and support are practically applied to items of relatively high importance and urgency and high priority.

본 연구에서는 중소제조기업을 대상으로 R&D 비즈니스 모델을 구성하는 요인의 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 또한 표본을 기업과 기술의 특성에 따라 그룹으로 분류하여 비즈니스모델의 구성요인의 중요도가 차이가 나는가를 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과 전체적으로는 기술개발의 사업화 성과에는 마케팅역량이 가장 중요한 요인으로, 인프라가 상대적으로 중요도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 세부그룹 간 비교에서는 기술과 기업의 특성 그리고 시장환경에 따라서 비즈니스모델 구성요인의 상대적 중요도는 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 정부가 R&D 자금을 지원 할 때, 기존의 기술개발 자금만을 지급하는 방식에서 벗어나 마케팅역량을 강화하고 기업과 기술의 특성 그리고 시장의 환경변화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델에 대한 설계지원에 중점을 두어야 할 것이다.

Clothing exports of Korea has grown rapidly till the latter half of the 1980's, contributing Korean economic development. However from the 1990's, the amount, the world market share and the international competitiveness of clothing exports have declined. Based on these phenomena, the purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of export articles in Korean Clothing Trade focused on the 1990's. Statistical data of clothing articles(SITC 84 : Articles of apparel & clothing accessories) were used. The relative importance, trade orientation tendency and unit price of each export clothing articles were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows. On the relative importance, trade orientation tendency and unit price of each export clothing articles, outer garments or products that required complicated production process(e.g., coats, suits, ensembles, jackets, dress) had been decreased in the portion and weakened in the export orientation tendency. But one item in a set or casual wear like trousers, skirts, blouses, shirts, Jerseys, pullovers, T-shirts has been increased in the portion and risen in the unit price. These trends means that clothing exports of Korea were more focused on those category and the international competitiveness on those articles were advanced. From these results, this study can be contributed to establish the concrete clothing export articles strategies of Korean firms.

Most streams in Korea have been managed mainly for the control of flood or usages of the water for agriculture, industry, and others, resulting in the loss of their natural characteristics. In recent years, ecological system and function of streams are recognized as very important, and a paradigm change in their management is prevailing. This study, first, analyzed recent stream restoration policies and projects and derived major restoration planning factors; second, evaluated relative importance and priority of the factors using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. The derived planning factors were four factors for the level 1, and sixteen factors for the level 2. Relative importance and priority of each factor were calculated, and finally, a composite relative importance and priority of all the factors were suggested. These findings are hoped to support stream restoration policies and be used in drafting restoration guidelines.

본 연구에서는 디스커버리가 제공하고 있는 다양한 기능들에 대해 평가요소를 선정하여 그 상대적 중요성을 분석하였다. 먼저, 선행연구를 통해 선정된 다양한 평가항목들에 대해 콘텐츠, 탐색기능, 우연한 발견, 상호작용성, 사용의 편리성 등 다섯 개 카테고리로 구분하고 이들을 다시 36개의 세부 평가항목으로 구성하였다. 각 평가요소들의 상대적 중요성을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 AHP 기법을 채택하였다. 평가결과 상위 항목에서는 사용의 편리성이 가장 중요하고 이어서 콘텐츠, 탐색기능, 상호작용성, 우연한 발견 순으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 36개의 하위 평가항목에 대한 중요도 분석결과 콘텐츠 통합데이터 품질이 가장 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 추후 디스커버리를 도입하거나 선정하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze activating factors of medical tourism at Busan, and then decide on priority on the factors. As research methods, this study deduced priority of specialists' opinions by AHP analysis technique through structuralized questionnaire on the medical tourism's factors having been suggested from existing prior studies. The analysis results were same as followings. First, as a result of analysis on the main criteria, relative levels of importance were appeared high such as 'competitiveness', 'policy assistances from the government', 'medical care's infrastructure', and 'connectedness with regions' in order. Second, as a result of integrated results analyzing detailed criteria on the main evaluation standards, relative levels of importance were appeared high such as 'medical quality', 'health-related institution's improvement', 'medical infrastructure', 'medical charge', 'tourism-related institution's improvement', 'convenience', 'medical cooperation possibilities', and 'local industry compliance' in order. In conclusion, it is judged that activation of medical tourism shall be propelled after considering relative levels of importance on many policies or activating factors same as suggested in this study.

본 연구의 목적은 아파트 분양가격의 결정요인에 대하여 AHP 분석방법으로 신규공급 아파트의 가격 산정을 위한 기준을 마련하고자 한다. 아파트 분양가격의 분양가격 결정요인을 계층구조로 모델링한다. 모델링한 계층구조에 따라서 부동산전문가그룹의 설문으로 분양요소들의 상대적 중요도를 파악한다. 그리고 AHP 분석방법으로 단계별 분양가격 결정요인의 상대적 중요도 찾아내어서 신규공급 아파트의 경쟁력 있는 분양가격 산정을 위한 기준을 마련하고자 한다.

스포츠 중계방송의 상업성이 커지면서 해설자의 역할이 더욱 증대되었다. 해설자의 자질이라 할 수 있는 공신력을 평가하는 요소에는 전문성, 신뢰성, 역동성, 화술등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들 하위요소의 중요도를 결정함에 있어 퍼지 AHP 기법을 활용할 수 있음을 보였다. 아울러 도출된 중요도를 토대로 SBS에서 중계한 2010년 남아프리카공화국 월드컵 중계방송의 해설자들에 대한 공신혁을 평가해 보았다. 그 결과 전문가 집단과 일반인 집단 모두에서 전문성과 화술이 중요한 요소로 평가되었다. 나아가 해설자 평가에서는 해설자 1이 높게 평가된 가운데, 전문가 집단은 해설자 2를 반면에 일반인 집단은 해설자 3을 비교적 높게 평가한 것으로 나타났다.
