The relationship between microbial activity and physico-chemical characteristics of golf course soils were investigated in Kyonggi Province with different open years. The increasing tendency of soil PH with depth seemed to the result of mineral leaching. Exchangeable $Ca^2$+ , $Mg^2$+ and K+ showed relatively higher concentration in lower horizon indicating the leaching of minerals. The minerals were heavily leached in older golf course. There was a significant positive correlation between pH and $Ca^2$+.The contents of organic matters, total nitrogen and phosphorus were high in higher horizon.Dehydrogenase activity(DHA) and the content of ATP were determined as an index of soil microbial activity. DHA value was significantly different with golf club as well as golf courses ac-cording todifferent open year. This indicates that DHA was affected by several fertilizertreatments rather than herbicide pesticide treatments. DHA was positively correlated with water holding capacity and total nitrogen. The content of ATP was high in fairway and in golf course with older open year, showing the similar tendency with the results of DHA.
The language socialization approach states that novices are socialized into cultural norms through participating in routine, repeated interactional acts and sequences (e.g., Ochs & Schieffelin, 1984; Ochs, 1988; Schieffelin & Ochs, 1986a; 1986b; Watson-Gegeo & Gegeo, 1986). One of the cultural norms or dominant epistemological orientations in American culture is the tendency to avoid the overt display of power asymmetry in novice-expert relationship (Ochs & Schieffelin, 1984). This study examines how this cultural preference is reflected and encoded in ESL teachers' use of routine discourse patterns in corrective sequences. Eight hours of ESL classes taught by three Caucasian teachers born and educated in the U.S. were analyzed for the study. The analysis showed that the cultural tendency in question is keyed and indexed in the teacher's routine corrective discourse patterns in the form of various questioning, elicitation, and mitigation practices. Findings support that teachers' routine classroom discourse practices represent their cultural ideologies and transfer these cultural predispositions to second language learners and that they possibly socialize the learners into the target language-oriented beliefs.
A objective of this study is to examine a commercial practices and analyze a trade environment for a successful launch of Indonesian market. In general, Indonesian trade environment is composed of a natural environment, religious peculiarity, history and politic, an economic prospect. In order to understand a commercial practice exactly and then be possible a favorable business achievement, a natural character, a mode of living, custom of a meal and invitation, custom of gift, religious taboo, a human relationship, commercial power, a tendency of product preference should be recognized. The results of the study indicate mostly that even though an excellent brand image, a good Quality and an efficient sales network are a basic factor for making of a successful business. However practically it is more important to understand a business custom and a natural character of Indonesian. Because business is made up of through relation between human being eventually.

The paper investigates the relationships between dynamic elastic modulus and static elastic modulus or compressive strength according to curing temperature, aging, and cement type. Based on this investigation, the new model equations are proposed. Impact echo method estimates the resonant frequency of specimens and uniaxial compression test measures the static elastic modulus and compressive strength. Type I and V cement concretes, which have the water-cement ratios of 0.40 and 0.50, are cured under the isothermal curing temperature of 10, 23, and 50 $^{\circ}C$. Cement type and aging have no large influence on the relationship between dynamic and static elastic modulus, but the ratio of dynamic and static elastic modulus comes close to 1 as temperature increases. Initial chord elastic modulus, which is calculated at lower strain level of stress-strain curve, has the similar value to dynamic elastic modulus. The relationship between dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength has the same tendency as the relationship between dynamic and static elastic modulus. The proposed relationship equations between dynamic elastic modulus and static elastic modulus or compressive strength properly estimates the variation of relationships according to cement type, temperature, and aging.
Objectives : This study was to examine factors affecting the job satisfaction of dental hygienists. Methods : The subjects in this study were dental hygienists who worked at dental hospitals, dental clinics and general hospitals in the city of Gwangju. A survey was conducted by mail from January 2 to March 2, 2007. Out of the collected data, 208 answer sheets were analyzed. Results : 1. The dental hygienists investigated got a mean of 3.20 on job satisfaction. Among the job satisfaction factors, relationship with patients ranked highest(3.79), followed by relationship with colleagues(3.62), working environments(3.39), future prospects(3.30), professional status (2.89), pay(2.82) and required workload(2.58). 2. Regarding links between general characteristics and job satisfaction, the older dental hygienists were more satisfied with professional status, pay, required workload and relationship with patients. By marital status, the married dental hygienists expressed better satisfaction at professional status than the unmarried ones. By education, those who were receiving college education or received the same or higher education were more gratified than the junior college graduates. By the total length of career, the dental hygienists whose length of career was longer were more gratified with professional status, future prospects and relationship with patients. By workplace, the dental hospital workers were more satisfied with working environments, and the general hospital employees were more gratified with pay. The dental hospital employees were better satisfied with future prospects as well. As to the impact of the length of career at the current workplace, there was a tendency that those who worked at their current workplaces for a longer time expressed better satisfaction with professional status, pay and relationship with patients. By monthly mean income, the larger income earners had a tendency to be better gratified with professional status, pay and relationship with patients. 3. The general characteristics that were selected as independent variables were identified as the factors that exercised an influence on the job satisfaction of the dental hygienists and made an about 14.0% prediction of it. Out of those factors, the total length of career and monthly mean income had a statistically significant impact on that. Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings suggested that out of the seven job satisfaction components, they gave the lowest marks to satisfaction level with pay. As a result of making a multiple regression analysis, it's found that job satisfaction was under the influence of the total length of career and monthly mean income. Therefore there should be an improvement in the pay system in order to boost the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, and they should be paid properly in accordance with total length of career.
The effects of media violence on the delinquent behavior and violence of children and adolescent are controversial. However, a small but genuine association appears to exist between media violence and aggression or violence. At the present, for a considerable proportion of the population of children and adolescent, delinquent behavior and violence has become a major problem and a way of life. One factor contributing to this problem has been assumed to be the negative influence of mass media including television, drama, videotapes and fiction magazines and so on. Therefore, this paper is intended to discriminate the causal relationship of influence of mass media and juvenile delinquent behavior and violence and to provide nine hypotheses derived from reviewing the literature related to mass media and delinquent behavior. The nine hypotheses are as follows : 1. The presence of modeling mass media crime themes and the extent of interest in and exposure of children and adolescent to media violence themes will be positively correlated to their delinquent(aggressive) behavior. 2. A higher positive correlation will be revealed between interest in and exposure to media violence themes and aggressive behavior among adolescent having parental rejection than among adolescent not experiencing parental rejection. 3. A higher positive relationship will be found between interest in and exposure to mass media crime themes and delinquent behavior among youth having need deprivation than among youth not having need frustration. 4. A higher positive relationship will be presented between the presence of imitating mass media crime themes and interest in and exposure to media violence themes and delinquent or aggressive behavior among youth dysplaying their maladaptive character tendency than among those adolescent dysplaying adaptive character tendency. 5. A higher positively correlating relationship will be shown between interest in and exposure to mass media crime themes and delinquent behavior among youth with a higher scores of depressive trend than among those youth having few or no depression. 6. A higher positive relationship will be found between interest in and exposure to media violence themes and aggressive behavior among adolescent complaining of a high degree of psychosomatic complaints than among those youth having few or no psychosomatic complaints. 7. A higher positive correlation will be appeared between interest in and exposure to mass media crime themes and delinquent behavior among youth displaying aggressive impulsiveness than among those youth having few or no aggressive impulsiveness. 8. A higher positive relationship will be found between interest in and exposure to media violence themes and aggressive behavior among youth having antisocial character or neurotic character with weak ego functioning than among those adolescent not having antisocial character or neurotic character with weak ego functioning. 9. A higher positive correlation will be existed between interest in and exposure to mass media crime themes and delinquent behavior among adolescent displaying the lack of sociality than among those youth not having the lack of sociality. The above nine hypotheses will be tested by statistical methods including Chi-square test, simple correlation, principal component analysis, principal component regression analysis and LISREL path analysis.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of social face sensitivity on impulse buying tendency and satisfaction. This study was also to investigate the effects on the mediating effects of the impulse buying tendency in the relationship between social face sensitivity and satisfaction. For this purpose, this study was conducted to 266 subjects living in Busan, Korea. And the data was analyzed by SPSS 22 and Amos 25. The results of the study were as follows. First, others conscious social face and formality social face were related to impulse buying tendency. However, shame conscious social face was partially related to impulse buying tendency. Second, suggestion impulse buying and reminder impulse buying had significant effect on satisfaction, however stimulus impulse buying and pure impulse buying had not significant effect on satisfaction. Third, the empirical results showed others conscious social face had significant positive effect on satisfaction. But, formality social face and shame conscious social face have not significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, this study also found the mediating effects of the suggestion impulse buying and reminder impulse buying in the relation between others conscious social face and satisfaction. Based on the empirical results, implications focused on the social face sensitivity, impulse buying tendency and satisfaction were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of ego resilience on the relationship between family strengths of Chinese international students and Social Networking Services(SNS) addiction tendency. The data were collected through a survey of 349 Chinese international students studying in Korea and analyzed using the SPSS Statistics version 28 program and SPSS Process Macro 4.3. The main results are as follows. First, Chinese international students exhibited higher-than-average levels of SNS addiction tendency, family strengths, and ego resilience. Second, the SNS addiction tendency of Chinese international students had a significant positive correlation with the average time spend on SNS per day. while demonstrating a negative correlation with family strengths and ego resilience. Third, the hierarchical regression analysis revelated that gender, frequency of contact with family, average time spend on SNS per day, qualitative bond as a sub variable of family strengths, and control as a sub variables of ego resilience were significant factors influencing SNS addiction tendency of Chinese international students. Fourth, the study confirmed the complete mediation of ego resilience in the effect of family strengths on SNS addiction tendency. Based on the research results, this study suggested specific directions for counseling interventions aimed at mitigating SNS addiction tendencies among Chinese international students.
This study intends to deduce various purchase intention influential factor for mobile phone and thereby to clarify the causal relationship between these factors and purchase intention. As a result of the analysis of this study, we could know that first, when the impact about brand attitude on consumers is bigger, a positive affect is induced and the effects about personalization interface were also positive. Second, we could know that when the innovative tendency of consumers is stronger, they experience positive affects and the impact on personalization interface was also effective. However, it was clarified that when the innovative tendency is stronger, the impact on price gets smaller. Third, when the imitation tendency of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced, and when the interest in personalization interface of consumers was higher, positive affects were induced and the interest in price also gets higher. Fourth, we could check the influence of affect in the purchase intention of mobile phones.
Dance movement program.
