"Does CRM benefit affect repurchase or WOM? What is difference between VIP customers and non-VIP customers on CRM benefit?" is the interesting issue on premium industry such as a hotel business. This study examines how social benefit, psychological benefits, economic benefits and customization benefits affect repurchase and positive WOM in premium hotel. Only three of the four benefits showed significant results in repurchase and positive WOM. Also interactions between customer type and benefits were different in repurchase and WOM. The results figure out that VIP customers depend on psychological benefits and customization benefits on repurchase, whereas VIP customers depend on only social benefit on WOM. This finding suggests that hotels need to develop VIP program and approach differently to increase the repurchase volume or positive WOM effect.
In spite of its popularity among practitioner and academic audiences, few existing studies go into any detail in examining the mechanisms of creating shared value (CSV), especially as applicable to the context of everyday operations. Nor do they provide recommendations to practitioners with regard to facilitating CSV concept. In response to this problem, I introduce benefit-sharing practice which I argue provides a solid route to the concept of CSV. Based on observations from the case study, 10 networks' benefit-sharing practices are analyzed and its featured characteristics are extracted accordingly. Findings demonstrate that such benefit-sharing models as 'Green-Development', 'Protection of the Environment', and 'Accreditation for Food Safety Management' can solve critical societal challenges while simultaneously driving greater profitability for both buyers and suppliers. The findings also suggest that benefit-sharing is a good vehicle of the realization of the CSV concept. I conclude by assessing how the findings add to the existing debate around collaborative supply-relationship and shared value. I suggest that benefit-sharing can contribute positively to the feasibility of CSV concept and, thereby, counter the assertion that CSV is the only immature-concept that lacks clear criteria of demarcation and cases for businesses to follow.

Public acceptance has become the most critical question for sustainable development of nuclear energy in recent decades. Many researches concentrated on risk and benefit perception, which were deemed as the most influential factors of Public Acceptance of Nuclear Energy (PANE). But few researches focused on psychological factors including regulatory focus. Therefore, this paper aimed to explore the moderating effect of regulatory focus on PANE based on Regulatory Focus Theory in order to find ways to increase/decrease PANE. An Internet-based survey had been carried out in China nationwide. The results indicated that trust in government was positively related to PANE and this relationship was mediated by risk and benefit perception. In addition, the strength of the associations between risk and benefit perception and PANE were moderated by regulatory focus, consisting of prevention focus and promotion focus. Prevention focus strengthened the negative relationship between risk perception and PANE, while promotion focus weakened. Moreover, promotion focus weakened the positive relationship between benefit perception and PANE, but no significant moderating effect of prevention focus was founded on the relationship between benefit perception and PANE. Some policy implications were also proposed on the basis of above-mentioned findings.

This article investigates the software acquisition problems as two dimensional : custom/pacakage and insource /outsource. The analysis adopts the cost-benefit frame work in explaining software acquisition problems and takes two leveled approach. The first level examines the cost-benefit relationship of the determinants affecting both dimensions, and these determinants are derived from theories of transaction cost, incomplete contracting, and agency. The second level focuses on the impact of general cost-benefit frivers of the software acquisition decisions. The results facilitate a broader and more detailed understanding on the software acquisition problems.
