Purpose: This study examined the levels of traumatic event experience, self disclosure, social support, and posttraumatic growth of intensive care unit nurses and their relationships. Methods: Participants were 142 nurses who had worked for more than 3 months in six general hospitals, J province from August 7 to September 25, 2020. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the program SPSS version 22.0. Results: The posttraumatic growth was found to correlate significantly with self disclosure (r=.23, p=.005), individual support (r=.54, p<.001), and organizational support (r=.32, p<.001). Factors influencing the participants of the posttraumatic growth were individual support (β=.46, p<.001) and organizational support (β=.21, p=.007). These factors explained 32.0% of the variance of ICU nurses' posttraumatic growth (F=14.13, p<.001). Conclusion: Efforts to support positive changes after traumatic event experience for ICU nurses are needed. We suggest to develop individual and organizational supportive programs for posttraumatic growth for ICU nurses and to investigate the effects of the programs.

This paper examines the change and its meaning of marketing strategy in business administration, which is changing along with the development of digital technology. Unlike conventional marketing, digital marketing is creating new relationships and making changes through a two-way approach rather than a one-way approach between producers and consumers. And these changes are creating new approaches not only in the problems between businesses and consumers, but also in the relationship between public institutions and citizens. In particular, the potential of platforms, which are emerging as important in digital management, is applied to public policies, and efforts are being made to establish marketing strategies for public institutions. One case of this was applied to the cultural contents industry and policy to examine specific measures and visions. The cultural big data platform is in line with digital management and continuously utilizes digital marketing strategies in the public domain, and aims to promote creative work as well as publicize it to citizens and workers in the cultural content industry. The synergy effect that will emerge from the combination of the cultural big data platform and digital management is expected to continue.

The Tactile Internet technology is considered as the evolution of the internet of things. It will enable real time applications in all fields like remote surgery. It requires extra low latency which must not exceed 1ms, high availability, reliability and strong security system. Since it appearance in 2014, tremendous efforts have been made to ensure authentication between sensors, actuators and servers to secure many applications such as remote surgery. This human to machine relationship is very critical due to its dependence of the human live, the communication between the surgeon who performs the remote surgery and the robot arms, as a tactile internet actor, should be fully and end to end protected during the surgery. Thus, a secure mutual user authentication framework has to be implemented in order to ensure security without influencing latency. The existing methods of authentication require server to stock and exchange data between the tactile internet entities, which does not only make the proposed systems vulnerables to the SPOF (Single Point of Failure), but also impact negatively on the latency time. To address these issues, we propose a lightweight authentication protocol for remote surgery in a Tactile Internet environment, which is composed of a decentralized blockchain and physically unclonable functions. Finally, performances evaluation illustrate that our proposed solution ensures security, latency and reliability.

Purpose: The purpose of this study to determine the effect of distribution transformational and transactional project manager leadership style on the extra-role performance of project team members using multi-level modelling analysis. Research design, data and methodology: The role of psychological factors as the mediating variable namely is self-efficacy in the effect of project manager's leadership style on the project team members' performance was also studied using the Monte Carlo bootstrapping method. The sample of the study consisting of 370 project team members from 74 contractors registered with the Construction Industry Development Board in the Klang Valley was selected using a simple random sampling and a survey using a questionnaire. Results: The findings showed that the transformational leadership of project managers was a dominant predictor of extra-role performance of project team members. Furthermore, the study show the self-efficacy of project team members acted as a mediator in the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership of project manager leadership on the extra-role performance of project team members. Conclusions: The findings are expected to be used by the relevant parties in planning, arranging and implementing efforts to improve the work performance and ensure that projects are implemented according to the specified specifications.

Objectives: This study aimed to find a way to solve oral health inequality in old age by understanding the effect of the socioeconomic level of the elderly on oral health. Methods: We used data from the 7th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. A chi-square test was performed to investigate differences in oral health according to socioeconomic status and demographic and oral health-related factors. Socioeconomic status and oral health inequality were analyzed using multiple logistic regression. Results: The average number of teeth in the elderly was 17.20, which is insufficient for the minimum number of teeth required for mastication. In the analysis of the correlation between socioeconomic status and oral health inequality, education level, income level, and home ownership were factors influencing the oral health of the elderly; education level was found to have the strongest effect. Conclusions: Oral health inequality according to socioeconomic status was confirmed, and it is necessary to measure the level of oral health inequality with active efforts at the government level to resolve the gap in oral health by social class.

Using text network analysis, this research aimed to identify significant keywords associated with each period of the revised High School Engineering curriculum from 2009-2022 and to examine their interrelationships in order to analyse the observed changes. The results of this study can be summarised as follows. Firstly, a significant increase in the number of words was observed throughout the curriculum revisions, with prominent occurrences of terms such as 'engineering', 'understanding', 'problem', 'solution', 'learning', 'evaluation' and 'diversity'. Secondly, network analysis and examination of connection centrality for each subject revealed the connection relationship that represented distinct subject characteristics. Thirdly, the study of the engineering curriculum revealed shifts in emphasised content with each revision. Based on these findings, recommendations were formulated. Firstly, given the growing importance of engineering, it is imperative to conduct systematic research on engineering education in primary and secondary school contexts. Secondly, efforts should be made to strengthen the link between Engineering and Technogy･Home-economics subjects in secondary schools. Finally, high school engineering subjects should be used not only to explore engineering careers, but also to cultivate talents with interdisciplinary expertise.

Purpose: Social media's increasing adoption and the development of digital technology have completely changed how businesses interact with their clients. The current study is to examine the impact of live broadcasts on consumers' perceptions and actions across a range of fresh food goods. Research design, data and methodology: The scrutiny relies on the existing peer-reviewed literature, which may prevent a comprehensive evaluation of some recent advancements in the subject. Despite these caveats, the outcomes of this scrutiny are anticipated to contribute significantly to our understanding of the effect of live broadcast marketing on consumers' propensity to make purchases. Results: Previous literature review clearly states that 'Live Broadcast of Fresh Food' to attract relevant customers should be followed: (1) Increased Product Transparency and Trust, (2) Enhanced Customer Engagement, (3) Impact on Customer's Perception of Product Quality, and (4) sense of urgency and scarcity. Conclusions: All in all, the study's advice for firms in the food industry to improve their marketing efforts through live broadcasts have important practical ramifications. Promoting openness and trust in the production process and with the audience boosts a brand's reliability. Customers are more likely to participate and feel more connected to a brand.

Purpose - Once individuals in an organization don't comprehend with each other's culture and their interaction context differ, there is a bigger danger of poor communication in the organizations. Therefore, people must have a sufficiently comparable interpretation of data, communicative acts and the office itself. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and employee communication. Research design, Data, and methodology - The present researcher used categorization matrix development to review data for content. Additionally, the present researcher coded the data to correspond with the identified categories. The role of the categorization matrix is to ensure that the categories hardly represent the concepts and thus validating the findings of the study. Result - The findings from prior resources shows that the role of organizational culture on employee communication satisfaction is a pertinent issue that must be addressed and analyzed to help organizations make the desired profits and productivity. This study provides five solutions between organizational culture and employee communication satisfaction. Conclusion - This study concludes that every employee performs well where they think they are being appreciated and their efforts are rewarded. On the other hand, different organizations have instilled different organizational cultures to ensure they promote the level of satisfaction of their employees in order to yield them an improved employee performance and overall organizational performance.

Many organizations are implementing Knowledge Management(KM) technologies to promote knowledge sharing. An extensive review of recent articles and journals about such implementations reveals that one of the main barriers to implementation of KM technology is the absence of an organizational culture that supports knowledge sharing. The purpose of this research is to explore the possible relationship between the successful implementation of knowledge management technology and specific organizational culture attributes. The Organizational Culture Profile(OCP) and the Knowledge Management Technology Profile(KMTP) instruments were used to identify and rank the most critical organizational culture attributes and KM technology implementation successes. Data were collected from twenty six US organizations involved in a KM efforts.

The plant microbiota plays a crucial role in promoting plant health by facilitating the nutrient acquisition, abiotic stress tolerance, biotic stress resilience, and host immune regulation. Despite decades of research efforts, the precise relationship and function between plants and microorganisms remain unclear. Kiwifruit (Actinidia spp.) is a widely cultivated horticultural crop known for its high vitamin C, potassium, and phytochemical content. In this study, we investigated the microbial communities of kiwifruit across different cultivars (cvs. Deliwoong and Sweetgold) and tissues at various developmental stages. Our results showed that the microbiota community similarity was confirmed between the cultivars using principal coordinates analysis. Network analysis using both degree and eigenvector centrality indicated similar network forms between the cultivars. Furthermore, Streptomycetaceae was identified in the endosphere of cv. Deliwoong by analyzing amplicon sequence variants corresponding to tissues with an eigenvector centrality value of 0.6 or higher. Our findings provide a foundation for maintaining kiwifruit health through the analysis of its microbial community.
