관계 혜택이 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 영유아 교육기관을 이용하는 학부모를 대상으로 (A Study on the Effect of Relationship Benefits on Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty - For Parents Using Early Childhood Education Institutions)

  • Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to explore the factors that can increase parental loyalty from the perspective of management marketing in order to acquire information on strategies related to early childhood education institutions. Methods: For this purpose, frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and mediating effect analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0. Results: As a result of this study, first, among the sub-factors of relationship benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and customerization benefits were found to have a significant influence on customer value. Second, among the sub-factors of relationship benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and customerization benefits were found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Third, customer value was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, customer value was found to have a significant effect on loyalty. Fifth, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on loyalty. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the necessity and importance of forming a relationship that considers the psychological aspect, economic aspect, and customerization aspect in the relationship with parents who use early childhood education institutions. This study sets the relational benefit as an independent variable among the variables of management marketing as a factor that affects loyalty, identifies the relationship between the variables through customer value and customer satisfaction, and intends to use it as basic data for qualitative improvement of educational institutions for infants and toddlers.

지각된 프렌드십이 고객참여 및 시민행동과 협력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of perceived friendship on customer participation behavior and customer citizenship behavior as well as customer cooperation)

  • 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동은 서비스접점에서 이루어지는 고객의 능동적인 기능과 역할로 서비스품질 향상에 이바지하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 많은 연구들은 이 두 고객행동들의 관계적 성과에의 영향에 대해서도 주목하고 있다. 그러나, 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동의 성격적 특성을 살펴보면, 오히려 고객과 접점종업원(혹은 서비스제공자)의 관계에 의해 이들이 더 영향을 받을 수 있다는 사실을 알게 된다. 따라서, 상업적이긴 하지만 고객과 접점종업원 간의 프렌드십이 서비스접점에서의 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동을 설명하고 추가적으로 관계적 성과변수에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보아야 한다. 연구의 결과, 고객-접점종업원(혹은 서비스제공자)의 친밀감을 내포한 프렌드십은 고객참여행동뿐만 아니라 고객시민행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과는 관계가 있는 경우에 고객들의 서비스접점에서의 행동들이 더욱 적극적으로 이루어질 수 있다는 것으로 고객사회화 및 관계정립이 우선적으로 요구된다는 것을 알려준다. 또한, 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동은 고객협력과 같은 관계적 성과변수에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결국, 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동은 다양한 관계마케팅관련 변수들과 순환적으로 연결되어 있다고 말할 수 있다.

수출비용절감을 위한 3PL업체의 통합조직능력에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Integrated Organization Abilities in Third Party Logistics Korean Company for Reduction of Export Expense)

  • Third party logistics research is searching for increasing its logistics efficiency of organization. Perspective of resource-based theory, this study is to reveal the exploratory relation between integrated capabilities, organzaiton knowledge, and service performance. To develop the relational model, this study conducted a theoretical survey on Shang(2009)'s 3PL service providers research model and Synder & Cumming(1998)'s learning of organization knowledge. According to the result of correlation analysis, Integrated organization knowledge is positively correlated with service diversity advantage (correlation coefficient= .670, p-value= .000) and service quality advantage (correlation coefficient= .575, p-value= .000). The thesis argued that Korean companies try to apply integrated organization abilities and service performance for cutting their export expense.

  • Pollutant load using unit load method is calculated by simply equation, especially, very useful in the area that didn't exist about water quality data. However, it takes long time to calculate pollutant load with area in which there is various pollutants and if the boundary of a basin altered, the work of calculation about pollutant load must be begun from the first again. Therefore, a Total Daily Load Program(TDLP) was developed to calculate pollutant load automatically in rural area. The TDLP includes a geographic information system(GIS), relational database system(RDBS), User Interface. This Program can provide user with creating a boundary of the basin that user is concerned with to satisfy the water quality regulations and calculating daily load for various pollutants. The effort was conducted to apply the developed TDLP to calculating pollutant load in rural basin called Bok-ha river.

  • Computer-Generated Hologram (CGH) is made for three dimensional image of a virtual object. Error diffusion method is used for the phase quantization of CGH, and it is known to be effective to the image quality improvement of the reconstructed image. However, the image quality of the reconstructed image from the CGH using error diffusion method depends on the selection of error diffusion coefficient. In this paper, we derived the relational expression to obtain the error diffusion coefficient from the position of the input object and size of the input object for CGH. As a result, the method of this thesis was able to obtain an excellent reconstructed image compared with the case to derive the error diffusion coefficient from only the position of the input image.

Proposal of Database Design for Construction of Service for Skill Learning

  • In this paper, we propose the database design for skill learning service through the internet from the viewpoint of service engineering. This paper we describe the outlines for a design theory for skill learning service, which can lead to the satisfaction of both learner and instructor. Compared to other services, motion control learning takes a considerable amount of time, and this leads to a difficulty for learners to rate the quality of the service as well as for the instructors to provide consistent quality and standard of teaching. To solve these problems, we use a relational database with MongoDB which is an unstructured database allowing to flexibly incorporate the demands of both learner and instructor into the database itself.

화장품업체 유니폼디자인 특성이 서비스품질 지각과 고객만족도에 미치는 영향: 20대 여성고객을 중심으로 (A Study of Effects of Characteristics of Cosmetics Manufacturers' Uniform Design on Perception of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on Women in Their 20s)

  • This study aims to the recognize the importance of uniform design and provide empirical data to companies after getting the effects of uniform design in cosmetics companies on service quality perception and customer satisfaction. For this, a preliminary survey was conducted against 30 college women (aged 20s) from 'K' University, and effective samples were obtained from 250 people. In terms of a research method, collected data were coded and analyzed using SPSS. The respondents' characteristics were analyzed using descriptive statistics. For reliability analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was used. For a validity test, factor analysis was performed. In addition, correlation analysis was carried out to examine multicollinearity among variables. The analysis results found that the characteristics of uniform design have a positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction. Among the characteristic of uniform design, however, functionality wasn't confirmed in a relational test. This kind of result was obtained because the uniform was mostly analyzed from customers' perspective, not from the wearer's standpoint. It is expected that the study results would be helpful in establishing brand identity through the improvement of the importance of uniform design.

품질관리시스템을 활용한 태양에너지자원 신뢰성 향상에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Reliability Enhancement for Solar Energy Resources Using the Data quality Management System in Korea (Focused on Data Error Analysis))

  • The Data quality management system(DQMS) organizes and helps manage and process time sequence data usually collected in monitoring networks and programs. DQMS places particular emphasis on data qualify while maintaining a highly organized and convenient structure for data. It operates with in a flexible and powerful commercial relational data base environment which can readily link to other software platforms from local spreadsheets to network server. The Korea Institute of Energy Research(KIER) has been solar radiation data since May, 1991 for 16 different locations. KIER's new data is expected to be extensively used by designer and researchers of solar systems in lieu of unreliable old ones. Unfortunately, the quality of the data has not always been properly mentioned. The purpose of this study is to systematically identify errors in such data set using DQMS in an effort to rehabilitate error-ridden old data. DET successfully uncovered solar radiation data that had questionable quality.

  • 본 연구는 물류 서비스 품질 인식이 물류성과를 매개하여 철도물류의 지속적 이용에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였다. 분석결과 경제품질, 정보품질, 관계품질이 물류성과를 완전 매개하여 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 철도물류의 지속적 이용의도 모형을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 철도물류의 지속적 이용은 철도물류 이용으로 인한 물류성과로 인해 형성되는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이를 위해서 이용고객의 경제품질, 정보품질과 관계품질에 대한 인식을 높일 수 있는 서비스 개선이 필요하다는 실무적 방향을 제시하였다.

  • 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서는 생명주기 각 단계를 거치면서 각종 개발 산출물들이 생성된다. 무형의 소프트웨어는 산출물이라는 형태로 가시화되며 품질관리 또한 산출물들에 대한 관리를 통해 이루어진다. 그러나 현실적으로 개발 과정에서 생성되는 산출물들에 대한 표준화가 정립되어 있지 못하므로 개발자들마다 서로 다른 개발 방법론이나 문서화양식을 사용하고 있으므로 품질평가가 표준화된 방법론이나 체계적인 절차에 따라 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 생명주기 단계중 분석단계에 대한 품질관리 체계를 구축하고 이러한 체계에 따라 품질평가를 지원하는 분석단계 품질평가툴킷을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 위해 소프트웨어의 품질을 평가하기 위한 품질 외부특성 및 내부특성을 구축하고 관련 메트릭스와 정성적${\cdot}$정량적 평가요인항목의 체계를 구축하였다. 그리고 이와 같은 체계를 바탕으로 품질평가 툴킷을 구성하고 기능을 구현하였으며 타당성을 검증하기 위해 실제 개발 프로젝트를 적용하여 산출물을 평가하고 분석하였다.
