We designed a security improved document DRM for protecting document based military information which is transmitted in the military information system environment. The user should be could not access document which not related to his/her role and duty, and must view the only document appropriate for his/her role and security level according to the security level of document. We improved the security of document DRM by adding to the access control module in DRM server. Our system allows operation mode authorizations for the document, considering the user's role & security level and the security level of document. And it prevents indiscriminate access to the document and damage the confidentiality and integrity of information.

We implemented the document DRM applying role based access control(RBAC) mechanism for preventing the information leakage of a document which is transmitted in network environment. It must prevent to access document not related to user role and duty, and must allow operation to document for improving security, considering user role and security level according to a document importance. We improved the security of document DRM by adding to the access control module applying RBAC for satisfying security requirements. Though the user access document, our system allows operation authorizations to document by the user's role & security level and the security attribute of RBAC. Our system prevents indiscriminate access to the documents by user who is not associated with the role, and prevents damage the confidentiality and integrity.

Document summarization aims to generate a summary that is consistent and contains the highly related sentences in a document. In this study, we implemented for document summarization that extracts highly related sentences from a whole document by considering both similarities and entailment relations between sentences. Accordingly, we proposed a new algorithm, TextRank-NLI, which combines a Recurrent Neural Network based Natural Language Inference model and a Graph-based ranking algorithm used in single document extraction-based summarization task. In order to evaluate the performance of the new algorithm, we conducted experiments using the same datasets as used in TextRank algorithm. The results indicated that TextRank-NLI showed 2.3% improvement in performance, as compared to TextRank.

On account of the text based mail system has it's limit to support multimedia applications, GUI based mail system platform was developed to control document flow and automatize information process. The existing mail systems's to transmit data must need additional functions to automate document flow control. The platform of document flow control is deeply related to EDMAS(Electronic document Management System), workflow, Electronic Banking, DMS(Document Management System) automation, so it needs an ability to control proper data and document correctly. To resolve this problems, we are need of browser and engine to design work flow and to control documents flow. In this paper, we develope a mail browser to design document flow by follow user's requirements. This system can generate executive script code for document flow, and we add the function of workflow and process management to automatize the document flow in this system, and then we implement this Data flow engine.

In these days. a lot of paper are made electronic document using the computer through the spread of computer and internet technology growing up. which is produced in construction project such as form document, report, account, specification and so on. Developed electronic document is distributed energetically through internet. Because existing electronic document is composed of various format, it is difficult that document data is shared and exchanged among the project participating groups in internet. So, it is required that construction-related technical document is made electronic document by standard information system and how to use technical document. Most document consists of primary content and supporting material, such as footnotes, detailed explanations, and illustrations, and the related supporting materials are linked as hypertext on web document. However, the content of hypertext links is appeared in the new windows on present web browser. Then the user will leave the primary material, may lose the entire context, and must have some difficulties to return to the primary context when the interest disappears. Using the technique for fluid links, we can solve these problems easily. If the mouse is putted on the link, the related material is presented in between lines or at margin maintaining the context of primary material. In this paper, we introduce the various browsing techniques using fluid links, analyze the forms and the features, and then we propose the way to implement in Java.

With the development of the Internet and the increase of smart phones, various services considering user convenience are increasing, so that users can check news in real time anytime and anywhere. However, online news is categorized by media and category, and it provides only a few related search terms, making it difficult to find related news related to keywords. In order to solve this problem, we propose a method to recommend related documents more accurately by applying Doc2Vec similarity to the specific keywords of news articles and weighting the title and contents of news articles. We collect news articles from Naver politics category by web crawling in Java environment, preprocess them, extract topics using LDA modeling, and find similarities using Doc2Vec. To supplement Doc2Vec, we apply TF-IDF to obtain TC(Title Contents) weights for the title and contents of news articles. Then we combine Doc2Vec similarity and TC weight to generate TC weight-similarity and evaluate the similarity between words using PMI technique to confirm the keyword association.

It is well blown that the product development time in manufacturing industry is critical. A new methodology for a product design knowledge management is required to reduce design errors and to optimize a design process. In this paper, Process-Related design knowledge management and Document Template are introduced to provide a design process to prevent previous design errors and a solution for the desist errors. Also the Document Template is more convenient interface in integrating the design knowledge into a system.

The document delivery service is an advanced service to satisfy information need of end-user by the cooperative utilization of information. At present there are various interpretation on library exemption of the document delivery service by interlibrary loan. The purpose of the study is to suggest a legal plan in order to solve the problems of library exemption dealing with the document delivery service by Fax and Ariel system. The study examined the international trends on library exemption related to the document delivery service in foreign copyright laws, analyzed the library exemption related to the document delivery service in the present Korean copyright law, and pointed out the problems of the present library exemption. As the result of this analysis, the study suggested a revised plan of the present Korean copyright law in order to provide regulation of library exemption dealing with the document delivery service by interlibrary loan. Thus the revised plan can be used as a basic data for providing the regulation for the future of library exemption in Korea.
