As proceeding Munmin and Kukmin's government, it is to bring in regionalism of genernal public administration and police administration, specialization, efficiency issue, demand inventing of audit technique to meet this trends. Especially, according to supporting qualitative improvement of the audit, its environment faced that orienting performance audit emphasis on not the legality but the efficiency more systematic and scientific theory or technique. In order to attain police audit's efficiency through performance audit, this study discussed that scientific management techniques should be applied police audit. Accordingly, the primary purpose of this study is to apply public audit to scientific management technique, bring to light limits in public sector(especially, police sector). To be efficiency audit(namely, performance audit), 1) OR techniques are explained linear programming, network modeling, PERT/CPM, queuing matrix model, simulation, 2) Statistical analysis methods are argued delphi technique, data envelopment analysis(DEA), analytic hierarchical process(AHP), time series analysis models etc.

The rapid expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the global economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can be discriminated. The purpose of this paper is to examine the competition policy theoretically, international background with issues, and discussion trend of global enterprise. By doing them, this paper suggests the responsive plan, future prospects, and policy directions for the competition policy by distribution service. There is not a statistically significant relationship between international diversification strategy and firm performance. However, we observed some tendency that the larger the firm size, the higher the firm performance, assuming the degree of international diversification or multinationality to be constant. However, the export productivity increase after 1~2 years, and there exits a clear evidence that the innovation investment increases a firm's export competitiveness as time goes on.

This article examines the nature of geopolitics and its impact on the international political economy of Eurasia/Silk Road. The research questions are exploratory and aim at revealing the differing geopolitical perceptions of the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the former Soviet Central Asian countries-Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan-within the context of an emerging "New Silk Road". Consequently, the main goal of this article is to contribute to a better understanding of what factors constrain and shape Silk Road initiatives in Eurasia. To this end, the article focuses on geopolitics and regional integration theories through a consideration of the Silk Road initiatives of a number of Eurasian countries.

This study is the seventh of series that have been interpreted as the view of regionalism for the block plans and floor plans of the traditional houses spreaded in Kyoung-Sang-Buck-Do Privince, and is investigated its subject in Sung-ju area. The purpose of study is to be analyzed the block types of the houses and the floor plans of An-chae(ladys inner house) and declared the typical case on the characteristics on each housing elements to Buk-Bi-Go-Teak on the conclusion. The block plan of the high-leveled traditional houses in Sung-ju area is typically the courtyard type that is opening at sides that 3 to 5 of I-shaped or L-shaped buildings are composed. The floor plan of An-chae is mostly typed I-shaped and its bay system is semi-lineal type(Teo-Kan-Gip).

In the changing glabal order, international aviation order is also challenged. Regionalism including EC integration press us to review and renew traditional international aviation legal order. Under such a significant circumstances, this paper examines the legal concept of freedoms of air and air cobotage and problems of their expanded applications. The papar particularly analyzes various concepts of cabotage and arguments in the interpretations of article 7 (cabotoge) of Chicago Convention and presents alternatives of future direction to accommodate problems which world aviation community faces today.

The purpose of this study is to consider critically the conceptural meaning and the arch itectural planning-techniques of environment-friendly architecture in Korean contemporary architecture. The related conceptual meaning and design-techniques on environment-friendly architecture are proposed by considering items in relation with adapting to natural environment, human life, historical imagination. These items are adapting technical methods to architectural design in a narrow sense. We have to reconsider its wide application. Through this consideration, this study is proposed a right direction of environment-friendly architecture in the future.

As the development of information and globalization of world economy enters new condition, the stake of every nation's makes more complwx, and multilateral negotiation lead by WTO is seriously delayed. But the number of agreement about FTA increase exponentially. In this study we aim to consider whether Korean FTA affects the relation of the trade of Korea and Japan or not, especially Automobile industry. The composition of this paper is as follows. Chap. 1 is Introduction. In Chap. 2, we consider the change of the Trade Policy of Korea focusing in FTA. In Chap. 3, we consider how Korean FTA affect the structure of Japan's Trade, especially the automobile industry of Korea and Japan. In Chap. 4, we have conclusion. As the conclusion, the impact to the automobile industry of Korea and Japan is that Korean FTA works to Korean automobile industry advantageously in micro level, but in macro level, the competition of world automobile industry move into a next generation technology market.

The development of industry compared late with another area but the apartment industry in Junrabukdo has called into expansion in volume to the demand increase suddenly because the population concentrates on the cities by growth of economy rapidly. Under that conditions, the regionalism is to be strong that the degree of dependence on the first industry is to be high. The purpose of this thesis is to study on the source, the introductive process and the phenomenon of the regional tendency into Korean modern interior design. To achieve the purpose of this study, the methods and contents are as follows : 1. Explaining the regionalism in the architecture as the source of the regional tendency. 2. Explaining the introductive process of the regional tendency in Korean modern interior design.. The expansion of regionalism has resulted in the creation of blocs of the world economy, so that those countries not belonging to one or more blocs can discriminated. Though recently singed on the bill of FTA with Chile, Korea is actually alienated from major stream of the blocs. Therefore, Korea government makes efforts to contract more FTAs with countries such as Singapore and Japan. FTA is believed to be an important method to secure export and national competitiveness in the long term. Therefore, we need to exactly understand critical issues and the long-run effect of FTA. The paper tries to find out important issues and potential strategies relating to electronic commerce in Korea-Singapore and Korea-Japan FTA. According to the historical facts, economic effect of FTA depends a lot on the contents of the agreement. Therefore, additional intensive studies are required before contracting FTA in the future.
