지역의 교육환경이 사교육비 지출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Regional Education Environment on the Private Education Expenditure of the Households)

  • 본 연구는 가구의 사교육비 지출에 있어서 공간적 맥락이 중요하게 다루어져야하며, 사교육비에 관한 정책을 위해서는 지역의 교육환경과 여건을 고려해야 할 필요가 있음을 실증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 분위회귀모형(quantile regression model)을 이용하여 사교육비 지출이 높은 계층에 영향을 주는 '지역 교육열 요인'의 영향력이, 상대적으로 사교육비 지출이 낮은 계층과는 매우 다르다는 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 수도권 거주여부가 사교육비 증가액에 미치는 영향력은 사교육비 지출 분위가 높을수록 크게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 지역의 교육열의 심화에 따른 추가적 교육비 지출은, 기존에도 많이 지출하고 있던 계층에서 더욱 크게 증가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 지역적 영향력에 관한 이러한 두 가지 결과는, 지역의 경쟁적 환경이 사교육비 지출에 매우 큰 영향을 줄 수 있음을 의미하고 있다.

댐 환경을 활용한 지역환경 교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용 (The Development and Application of Regional Environmental Education Program Using Environment of Dam-Focusing on the Upper Zone of Hapcheon Dam (Geochang)-)

  • The goal of this paper is to develop a regional environmental education program using a regional environment of dam, and to set up a regional education for sustainable development with applying that program to the students. This environmental education program is based on Hungerford's project, which consists of 4 subjects. They are good and bad influences of dam environment which students can experience easily in daily life. Through the volunteering activities such as discussion, search and observation, pre- and post-test, study of value, presentation and game, students can decide which is a favorable strategy for preserving dam facilities well. And they are encouraged to take part in environmental preservation and practice what they learn everyday in the community. The following are the outcomes of this environmental education program: First, students are much more interested in regional and general environmental problems than before and participate in conservation activities voluntarily. Second, students express their willingness for the prevention of water pollution in Hapcheon Dam by collecting garbages and reducing synthetic detergent. Third, students demand some measures which connect the school program to citizen groups for the prevention of water pollution in Hapcheon Dam.

  • Educational environment that change rapidly, trial and error of system, breakdown of school environment by this and private education expense increase etc. are big social problem that we are facing present. Government is enforcing recognizing these problems and develops various program but the change and expansion of school facilities to achieve various program such as those are still unprepared. Now, important agenda that is lifelong education concept that is always can reeducate with social problem such as school leaving is come to the fore. So, specification high school for vocational education and alternative education cope in educational system and educational environment that is changed newly in existent school system. As the beginning step of the purpose of research, this study compares the attempt of school types and change of the school operation system for alternative education by between Korea and Japan and survey some regional cases. And the specification high school for alternative education which correspond to changed educational environment newly and architectural planning of educational facility that can activate those will be done. Also, this study aims that propose basic data that raise school facilities and educational environment by establishing guide line of optimum facilities for specification high school that wish to reorganize again or establish newly using existent school facilities and presents.

중등학교 지역학습의 구성원리와 내용 선정 (The Construction Principle and the Content Selection of the Regional Learning in the Secondary School)

  • 지리학습의 기본단위인 지역에 대한 학습이 교육현장에서 충실히 이루어지지 못하고 있음은 실제 수업에 적용 가능하면서도 지리적 기본개념까지 발전할 수 있도록 개발된 지역학습 자료가 부족하기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 지역학습을 위한 자료개발의 선행단계로서 지역학습의 구성원리를 제시하고, 그에 따라 지역학습의 내용을 선정하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 지리교육의 기본개념, 즉 인간-환경, 입지, 지역, 상호작용, 변화, 스케일에 의거하여 지역학습의 구성원리를 제시하였다. 다음으로 지역학습의 내용을 선정하기 위하여 지리학의 연구성과를 바탕으로 지역이해의 필요성과 방법, 자연환경과 주민생활, 자원과 산업활동. 생활공간의 형성과 변화, 변화하는 세계와 지역 등 5개 대주제를 선정한 후, 대주제별로 학습자의 필요와 사회적 요구를 반영하고 지리학의 연구성과와 학습자의 일상생활을 결합할 수 있도록 하는 중주제와 소주제를 세분하여 제시하였다. 이들 주제들은 지역의 특성에 따라 적절한 최상의 지역학습이 되도록 교수자 또는 학습자가 주제 계층의 한 부분 또는 일부분들을 결합하여 적용할 수 있다.

    • 2006년 지역거점공공병원직원 혁신 및 서비스촉진 교육 효과 분석 (2006 Analysis of Education for Innovation of Regional Public Hospital Employees and Service Promotion)

    • In recent years, many of medical institution have reinforced educations for their employees aiming to secure competitiveness and to achieve higher performances. In an effort to actively response to the fast changing environment in the medical industry, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has implemented "Innovation and Service promotion" educations for employees of 34 regional medical institutions and 6 Red Cross hospitals. In this regards, the effect of the educations to change employees' mind for innovation and services and its results need to be evaluated. This study conducted surveys asking participants of the 2006 Education for Innovation of Regional Public Hospital Employees and Service Promotion and synthetically analyzes the effect of the education on their mind for services compare to their mind before the education. As a result, more them 92% of participants say that they are satisfied with the education, and many more participants agreed the effect of the education to change their mind for services. Under this circumstance, after the educations participants change more positively on "their mind for innovative services" and "their service skills in practice".

    • 일반적으로 웹기반 수업이 전 교과에 걸쳐 전개되고 있는 바, 다양한 WBI 자료를 교과특질에 맞게 특성화하는 일 또한 간과해서는 안 되는 중요한 수업현장의 과제이다. 따라서 웹기반 지역화 학습자료 개발이라는 당면과제를 사회과에서 해결하고자 하는 시도로써 본 연구를 추진하게 되었다. 전국 각 지역마다 '사회탐구'라는 별책교재를 개발하여 Text위주의 지역화 학습을 지도하고 있는데 이를 개선하는 노력으로 WBI 지역화 자료개발 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 우리고장의 생활모습 등의 다양한 내용을 WBI 자료화하여 학교 홈페이지에 올려 활용 지도하였다. 그 결과 Text위주의 교재감각에서 벗어나 역동적인 멀티미디어 환경인 지역화 웹페이지를 만남으로서 학생들의 자기 주도적 학습 능력 및 문제해결 능력이 신장되었다.

    • The ultimate goal of environmental education is to train the civilian who positively participates in solving environmental problems. To do above, not only accurate knowledge but also right value about environmental problems are needed. It is reasonable decision making that choose the first of all alternatives to solve the problems by accurate knowledge and right value of an individual. Teaching reasonable decision making in environmental education is related to raise the participant civilian toward regional environmental problem solving Simulation game helps that students have a opportunity to practice decision making skills about regional problems and give self-confidence to their decision making ability. So, the aim of this study is to present simulation games which is fit to elementary environmental education. The first one is for group decision making, the second one is for individual decision making. These can make a conclusion, winner and loser of games. But last one is open-ended game and aims to make explicit a variety of opinions, issues and conflicts to problem.

    On the Data Features for Neighbor Path Selection in Computer Network with Regional Failure

    • This paper aims to investigate data features for neighbor path selection (NPS) in computer network with regional failures. It is necessary to find an available alternate communication path in advance when regional failures due to earthquakes or forest fires occur simultaneously. We describe previous general heuristics and simulation heuristic to solve the NPS problem in the regional fault network. The data features of general heuristics using proximity and sharing factor and the data features of simulation heuristic using machine learning are explained through examples. Simulation heuristic may be better than general heuristics in terms of communication success. However, additional data features are necessary in order to apply the simulation heuristic to the real environment. We propose novel data features for NPS in computer network with regional failures and Keras modeling for computing the communication success probability of candidate neighbor path.
