본 연구는 지역적 범위에 따른 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성을 비교 분석함으로써 지역간 및 대도시 화물수요모형 추정의 차이점을 도출하고 지역적 범위에 적합한 화물수요모형 개발의 필요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 지역간 및 대도시 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성을 분석하기 위하여 화물자동차 속성, 출발지 특성, 도착지 특성, 적재품목을 고려한 서열로짓모형을 구축하였으며, 이를 통하여 다양한 특성이 화물자동차의 통행발생에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역간 화물자동차와 대도시 화물자동차의 통행발생 특성은 화물자동차 속성, 출발지 특성, 도착지 특성, 적재품목에서 모두 서로 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 지역간 화물자동차는 대도시와 달리 출발지 및 도착지 유형이 제조업이고, 출발지 및 도착지의 산업단지 생산액이 클수록 통행수가 많은 것으로 나타났다.

Objectives : To identify the association between cross-sectional area of lumbar regional muscle and stability(ST), center of pressure(COP) assessed by tetrax. Methods : Patients(n=55) who had taken L-SPINE MRI and Tetrax(Sunlight, Israel) were analyzed retrospectively. To evaluate the cross-sectional area of lumbar regional muscle, L-SPINE MRI was used. Data of ST, COP were accumulated by using dynamic equilibrium analysis by Tetrax. Of the lumbar regional muscles, the Psoas muscles and the Paraspinalis muscles were examined. Using Pearson correlation, we analyzed COP, ST and the difference between the cross-sectional area of lumbar regional muscles. Results : The variance of cross-sectional area of both sides of Psoas muscle and COP had moderate positive correlation(r=0.621). Between variance of cross-sectional area of both sides of Paraspinalis and lumbar regional muscle and COP there was low positive correlation(r=0.287, r=0.329) ST also had low correlation with variance of cross-sectional area of both sides of Psoas muscle. Conclusion : The variance of cross-sectional area between both sides of Psoas muscle had moderate correlation with COP.

세계화 시대에도 대부분의 세계인들은 각 지역이나 지방이 정체성을 지니고 공생관계 속에서 평화롭게 살기를 원한다. 이러한 관점에서, 세계의 도시 또는 산업지역 간의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화에 초점을 둔 신산업지구, 산업클러스터, 지역혁신체제, 세계도시지역과 같은 신지역주의 발전론은 세계의 몇몇 선진 산업지역에서 유도된 것으로 보편적 지역발전론이 될 수 없다. 본 연구는 대안적 지역발전론으로서 지역차이발전론의 개발을 시도했다. 지역차이발전론은 현실세계에 존재하는 지역 간의 차이 또는 상이한 산업발전이 세계인의 공생과 지역 정체성과 같은 두 가지 핵심적인 발전 가치를 내포하고 있음을 중시한다. 지역차이발전론은 지역의 지리적 요소 중에서 차이우위를 지닌 요소를 기반으로 이에 적합한 지역의 차별적 산업발전을 추구하는 것으로서, 지역의 지리적 요소 중 지역 간에 현저한 차이를 보이고 있는 위치, 자연환경(지형, 토양, 기후 등), 천연자원, 인구, 교통, 문화, 경관의 차이우위를 중요시 한다. 그리고 지역차이발전이 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 정부, 기업, 관련 기관, 지역주민과 같은 네 주체가 발전목표를 공유하고 협력과 갈등 관계 속에서 상보적 역할을 적극적으로 수행하는 것이 관건이다. 이 이론은 많은 경험적인 연구를 통해 이론의 보편적 타당성을 확보하는 것이 향후 과제이다.

콘크리트 포장의 환경하중은 온도하중과 수분하중으로 구분할 수 있으며, 이는 콘크리트 슬래브 내의 온도분포와 건조수축 및 크리프를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 공항 콘크리트 포장의 역학적 설계에 필요한 환경하중을 산정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 먼저, 대상 지역과 설계 슬래브 두께를 결정한 후, 포장 온도 예측 프로그램을 사용하여 예측된 슬래브 깊이에 따른 콘크리트 온도분포를 등가선형 온도차이로 환산하였다. 기존 건조수축 예측 모형을 개선하여 지역별 상대습도를 고려하여 콘크리트의 건조수축을 예측한 후 부등건조수축 등가선형 온도차이로 환산하였다. 또한, 응력이완을 건조수축에 반영하였다. 결국, 온도에 의한 등가선형 온도차이와 수분에 의한 부등건조수축 등가선형 온도차이를 합하여 최종 환경하중인 총 등가선형 온도차이를 산정하였다. 적용 예를 보이기 위해 지역별 기상조건을 대표할만한 국내 민간공항 8곳 및 군공항 2곳의 환경하중을 본 연구에서 개발된 방법으로 계산하고 비교하였다.

A survey was conducted to 890 radiological technologists working at 44 general hospitals of 16 cities and provinces across the county to determine their stress level according to regions divided into the capital city, metropolitan areas and small- and medium-sized cities. For this purpose, such factors as their working environment, role playing, job conflict and job burden were compared and analyzed according to the regions. The findings may be summed up as follows: 1. In terms of working environment, radiological technologists in the capital city were found to have the least stress(23.46), followed by those in metropolitan areas(24.53) and small- and medium-sized cities(24.85). There was a significant difference according to the regions as for the item 'worry about influence of radioactive contamination(genetic, decisive and plausible)(P<0.001). 2. As for role playing, radiological technologists in small-and medium-sized cities appeared to receive the highest stress(l8.25) followed by metropolitan areas(l7. 71) and the capital city(l6.69). There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.001) according to the regions 3. Regarding job conflict, those who work in small- and medium-sized cities turned out to get the highest stress(15.66) compared to those in metropolitan areas(15.35) and the capital city(l4.44). In terms of job autonomy, there was no significant result from the survey in spite of the difference between metropolitan areas(14.87), small- and medium-sized cities(l4.79) and the capital city(l4.66). 4. Little difference was detected according to the regions as far as the job burden(excessive or too little) was concerned. But their was a significant regional difference in tenns of patient-related factors with the capital city(11.50), small- and medium-sized cities(l0.75), and metropolitan areas(1.63)(P<0.001).

인터넷 쇼핑 판매액의 지역적 분포는 판매액이 많고 다양한 상품군을 구매하는 도시지역과 판매액이 적으며 단순한 의류나 가정주방용품 및 기타 상품군을 구매하는 농촌지역으로 크게 나눌 수 있는데, 이것은 인구규모와 25∼49세의 여성인구, 교육 및 서비스 산업의 지역의 발달정도에 의해 나타난 현상이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 현상은 그 동안 우리나라가 경제발전을 도모하면서 파생된 도ㆍ농간의 인구분포 및 각종 인구구성의 차별화가 그 배경으로, 이것이 인터넷 쇼핑에도 영향을 미쳐 농촌지역 소비자의 제한적 구매행태를 나타나게 하였다.

This study investigated and compared regional features of Aalto's buildings and Gaudi's on the assumption that their designs are based on the regional backgrounds. For it, two churches of each one we selected and analyzed about five divided spaces like disposition, the exterior, plan, structure and introduction and use of the sunlight. As result of analysis, following conclusions are induced: first, Aalto's church design and Gaudi's we similar in which they reflected the thought of regionalistic design. Nevertheless they are deferred in which Aalto accepted the international functionalism but Gaudi rejected it due to his deep belief. Second, they followed the tradition of the regional architecture. Third, both of them took in consideration the nature, but due to the difference of the contexts they are deferred in its use. Finally, both gave importance to the sunlight. But Aalto is from the country where lacks the light while Gaudi is from the country where abounds the light, so its use is different. This investigation shows several possibilities of design under the influence of its regional culture, which gets more important in this century.

For understanding skin temperature based on clothing design from a viewpoint of comfortable wearing, the skin temperature, physiological reactions(body temperature, blood pressure and pulse) and physilolgical response(thermal sensation, comfort sensation and perceptive sweaty sensation) were measured on condition tha t5 naked healthy male exposed to serveral environmental temperatures,( $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ ,$28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and $32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$). As the results of this testing, the regional skin temperature was varied for 90min just after expose to those the environment but was generally stabilized for the nest 90min. It was proved the difference of the regional skin temperature at low temperature environmental($20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$) was larger than at high temperature environmental($32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$) and inder serveral environmental temperature,the degree of the regional skin was not equal. Except in case of the thigh, the front of all regional skin temperature turned out higher than the back of them. According to change of environmental temperature, body temperature and pulse were altered. In the pshycological response, 'thermal sensation-comfort sensation' was felt to 'slightly warm - comfortable' at $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$of the environmental temperature, and 'perceptive sweaty sensation', wneh it was said 'sweat' at only $32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ of it.

The 3 Northeast Asian countries of Korea, Japan and China have been stricter to each other than to other countries of out-region in air liberalization. The prominent reason of this intra-regional protective policy in air transportation seems to be the difference in competitive strength of their national flag carriers. As the 3 countries realize the importance of their mutual cooperation in the region, since China grows to be one of the leading economies in the world and the intra-regional trade and visitors increase tremendously, they are now taking the policy of intra-regional air liberalization more vigorously than before. Especially air cargo liberalization is easier than air passenger liberalization because they realize that the development of open economy is based on free flow of logistics regardless of the competitiveness of their national flag carriers. As Korea is the leading country in the region to promote air liberalization, this paper reviews the importance and growing trend of air cargo, analyzes current air liberalization policy between Korea, Japan and China and the initial effects of open sky in the routes of Shandung-Korea, and suggests the new policies of air liberalization to promote free flow of air logistics.

The morphology, seed germination, and life history of Salix nipponica were investigated in the wetland of the Nam-River, Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea from 2000 to 2001 to provide the basic data necessary for riverine ecosystem restoration through understanding the growth characteristics of Salix nipponica. Salix nipponica had stomata on only lower side and stomata type was paracytic. Salix nipponica produced many small and light seeds. The seed number per mature ament was 1599.4, seed mass of 0.04 mg, and fertilization rate of 66.1%. Seed germination was little affected by light. Germination rate was high and mean germination time was short Under flooding condition, seeds were germinated normally and were viable after as much as 14 days of flooding. But there were no differences under various water depths on germination rates. Tree age was closely correlated with more stem diameter than tree height and there was no difference of growth rate between male and female tree. Growth rate was most rapid for 2 to 3 years after germination, and length growth was almost stopped for more than 11 years even though mass growth was done. Besides even a second-year indivisual was flowered.
